Whatever you resist persists is a familiar saying; however, you should examine it more closely. Nothing shows up in your physical life experience arbitrarily, meaning that all things offer you some value when you allow it to be revealed. Even those uncomfortable times of distress, dis-ease, and emotional depression offer you something.

When you attempt to pretend they are not occurring through your resistance, they will continue to grow or change form and appear in another area of your experience.

You resist certain things because of your attachment to and belief in physical things. When you allow yourself to become available to their spiritual meaning, you will release them quickly, gain the greater awareness they provide, and continue to expand.

Your true identity has nothing to do with anything about you physically. Now, you will understand why you have difficulty identifying with particular groups. Your only true identity can be found in your spirit, which is all you desire to experience and explore. It is also the only thing about you that is eternal.

It becomes incredibly difficult for you then to attempt to find your identity in your appearance, your age, your ethnicity, your sexuality, your religion, and even your gender. You will begin to attempt to identify with those elements and find that you are still searching to find meaning and purpose in who you are.

When you attempt to identify with any of those characteristics or associations, you only create separation from others. It is like searching in all the wrong places.

Now, you will be successful. We hope you gain value from this message, for much is here. The word success will mean something different to each of you, and no measure of success exists, only what you each label that to be. 

Of course, we will use Roger as an example. Also, we will include an earlier message at the end, for it will tie everything together nicely. It does make the message long but so impactful.

Yesterday, Roger conversed with a friend who noted they no longer understand him or us and the messages delivered. Roger accepted that and felt good about the success that occurred in that instance. 

We have often said you are all meant to be individuals, and not all will understand you. This experience was essential to Roger because he, like many of you, held himself back, attempting to gain acceptance and approval from others. Most of you do this in the way you were trying to achieve those things from your parents or elders. 

Then Roger had an inspiration, of course, from us to record a video speaking on depression and his bouts with it. When he finished and published it, he felt uncomfortable with the achievement. That means Roger was releasing old habits and embracing a new version of himself. 

Immediately after, someone sent a message stating how timely the video was for them as they were experiencing what Roger described. The timing of all this was perfect for Roger to create a program tomorrow that, if he trusts himself, will enable many more to manifest success as well. Study all this for a bit, and every person who chooses will find the value we mentioned. 

NO ONE WILL UNDERSTAND YOU!

No one will understand you, and that is what you want. That sentence may sound crazy until you know its meaning, and you and others will experience more acceptance of who you are.

You are all born with intentions, goals, desires, and life paths you never understand entirely. If you don’t understand it, why would you expect others to understand you?

You, my friend, have laid out a life that provided you with all the opportunities you wanted to fulfill your contribution to the world. We will now give you what you were born to do and why you are in the perfect place now to do so.

You came to teach mastery, knew you could not do that if you didn’t know it, and knew you could not leave any situation until you have achieved that. Please live this goal.

Whenever you attempt to place blame or fault on others for any part of your life experience, you may very easily miss the point of what you were attempting to create. 

In other words, you have set up a path for yourself in this lifetime to attain, remember, and experience something. For you to realize these things, you allow others to come into your life to facilitate your desired goals. You are always at cause and will blur your vision when you sometimes forget that.

The experiences others offer you are always for you, not to diminish, halt, or take anything away from you. It would be helpful to ask the question when you begin to blame others; what did I desire to gain and experience here, and how does that help me further my goals?

All you, or anyone else, ever desire is to experience, know, and be Loved.

That was your original goal on your life journey. While at times you may think that you desire your money, your things, your work, your relationships, or any other things, they are merely avenues to aid you on your desired path.

All your life’s people, situations, and circumstances have the common goal of helping you achieve this. Forgiveness is merely a step to return to Love, which is always all you seek.

No matter what appears in your life experience, you have the free will of choice to decide, in your very moment of now, to be Love, the true nature of your being. You will continually do this as long as you are in a physical body, for there is no finish line, simply evolution.

When you notice events on your planet today, especially in the United States, as they lead the way, it is to awaken each of you to what limitations and darkness you have held, but you can change it all in your consciousness.

Noting in your physical life experience is a struggle until you name it so. You would do far better to recognize that everything that shows up for you where you could have the urge to call it a struggle is merely a challenge that you allowed because you desired to be inspired to expand.

Nothing is ever hidden from you, but you and most others attempt to play a game of hide and seek, which you never win. Now, you want to contribute to others, and all that is, through the stories of your life, and you can do so here.

You had an intention of who you wanted to be in your life when you were born but continually doubted that was possible, so you allowed challenging situations to show up to aid you. That sentence may not make sense, but that is what you did.

You made the unknown fearful so that you will never approach it, and then you believe you have won the game because what you were seeking was not found.

You will overcome this dilemma by embracing the unknown and becoming willing to jump into it, and then you will win.

When you failed to ask questions in past situations, it was because usually you did want to appear ignorant or unintelligent on some level, or you believed that your actions might seem annoying to others. The result of that behavior was also finding yourself in unpleasant situations, which could have been avoided with more prior information.

Self-acceptance is your only goal. We have given you many messages of this nature, and we are doing so again because the process is continuous.

In “Your Life Operating Instructions,” we told you the best way to come to accept yourself now, for you are new if you embody the expanded being you have become. We asked Roger to find two paragraphs and add them to this message, and the more of you who remember it during the coming days, you will not be as fearful and accomplish more of your self-acceptance.

“Progression occurs in increments. It is important for you to remember this fact so that you might allow that process to happen as you intended. In other words, your intention was always to evolve or progress while on the physical plane. You agreed to be involved in the linear time sequence so that you might have the “time” to experience, feel, notice, and, most importantly, acknowledge that progression.

You often place a particular amount of judgment on your life experience because you think that time should move much faster or you should be in a different place. You never intended for it to be a race.”

You were supposed to change things. That is the condition into which you are born, no matter when that might have been. You came to the world to offer something new that would cause your world to become better, and it is within you. 

When you do not allow yourself to recognize your worth and value and what you came to offer, you continue the old limited thinking and paradigms that no longer serve you or the world.

All the work we have given you was to aid you in actualizing who you are meant to become because it will make a tremendous difference in your life, and that action affects your world. You each hold the same ability to manifest and create the life and world you want. Still, you also carry old generational limitations, many of which you are unaware of, but others you’ve held yourself and have known you were doing so.

An idea that you have carried for a great deal of your physical life experience is that of being careful. You remember being told when you were younger there was a way others operated that you were to follow. You equated that to not wanting to hurt yourself physically, but the concept itself took on a life of its own and began enveloping other areas of your life.

You inadvertently started being careful not to disturb the new you that you have come to know. That also prevented you from exploring your own expansion, for it entered an unknown realm. This manner of being causes you to shut down many other areas of your life, and then you experience the consequences of your actions. Now, a little reckless abandon would be welcome.

You could end your suffering. We mean what you have experienced in your life and what you witness in your world. 

We have said you are moving through a planetary ascension, and you came to aid in that endeavor by remembering who you are and what your existence was meant to demonstrate and contribute to the world.

It is a gradual process you move through individually, and your civilization does so in linear time. We are not limited in that way, so the message we provided a year ago will aid you today and be a conversation you will more readily accept. You end your suffering when you remember to continue the journey to your authentic self.

Everything you want is within your authentic self. That statement is challenging for many of you to accept, but it is the only reason you were born. No one is born without the ability to manifest the life they want, and it is within their God-given authentic self. Your life will change when you allow yourself to access who you are.

That goal has been the purpose of everything we have given you, but it also takes time to accept who you have become. You use your consciousness to accomplish that goal, which you never complete, for there are always higher dimensions of consciousness you could reach if that is your choice.

You exist at a time of restructuring, so your movement has been much quicker and frightening for some. But you are attempting to create a better life for yourself and your world, which only happens when you become your authentic self and reconnect to the essence of yourself as an integral part of creation.

Even though we send our work through Roger, he must still absorb it like you. We held a live session yesterday where we revealed the nature of our work, and when it is published, you all will have a much better understanding of your life and world and how essential it is now for you to become who you were meant to be. The more of you who do so, the more love and light you bring to the world to aid in this transition.

All the global events that appear to tear things apart are there to cause you to come together. That is honoring and loving who you have become and recognizing you cannot return to who you used to be. You will be fine.
