The practice of gratitude will produce myriad results in your physical life experience. Gratitude means that you actively notice and take the time to appreciate something that exists in your here and now. The process of doing this places a certain amount of energy on that thing and thereby also causes it to increase and grow.
You know when you are practicing gratitude effectively because you experience it in many of your senses. You experience it mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The practice of gratitude also never involves any expectation, for in doing so, you are actually acknowledging something you do not have and will create that experience. You practice gratitude merely to feel good, which is a noble goal.
