My Journey
In 1989, at a time of personal struggle and uncertainty, I decided to try something I had never done before: automatic writing. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I needed guidance, and I was open to whatever might come through. To my surprise, words began to flow onto the page — words that were not my own but felt deeply wise and aligned. This was my first encounter with Wilhelm, a presence that would become my guide, my teacher, and the source of profound transformation in my life.
At first, I kept these messages to myself. I was hesitant to share them, fearing judgment or disbelief. But over time, the wisdom I received began to heal me in ways I couldn’t fully understand.
I had suffered from numerous illnesses and physical challenges throughout my life — cluster headaches, HIV, allergies, and surgeries that left me with partial loss of my left foot. Yet, as I continued to engage with Wilhelm’s messages, something extraordinary began to happen. My body started to heal. The cluster headaches disappeared. My HIV diagnosis, which could have been a death sentence, miraculously shifted. Even my allergies vanished, and I began to walk better despite the physical limitations I had faced.
At 75 years old, I found myself experiencing a level of vitality and well-being that defied conventional explanation.

In 2017, I made a pivotal decision. After 35 years as a successful vocal coach — a career I had built entirely on intuition, despite having no formal musical training — I walked away. It was a difficult choice. But I knew deep down that it was time to focus on the spiritual work I had been given.
The Akashic record readings I received in 2021 confirmed what I had always sensed but struggled to fully accept. I was told that I carried ancient memories and a profound purpose tied to this transitional period in human history. The philosophy I had received was not just for me — it was a gift to the world.

The illnesses and conditions that once plagued me have faded away, not through conventional medicine alone but through a deep alignment with the energies and wisdom I received. 2017 — Emotional Sovereignty: “You always get to decide how you feel. That statement is incredibly powerful, and your acceptance and understanding of it provide you with the ability to create the life you desire.”
2019 — The Search Ends: “It would never take any of you thirty years to end your search if you were to accept who you are now. Teach that.”
2023 — Self-Acceptance as Ascension: “Self-acceptance and ascension are the same goals.”
2024 — Planetary Ascension: “It is also a planetary ascension. We have called it your restructuring, and it is the reason for your presence on the planet.”
