The planet could not evolve without your unique contribution. Evolving means moving gradually into becoming more of who you truly are. Each of you is on a personal journey of growth, and this journey is unique to you. It’s a journey that requires you to let go of the limitations you have held in your thinking and the thinking you have believed about others.

The word expansion, which we have continually used, means becoming more inclusive of yourself and all others. You can only accomplish that when you let go of the previously limited thinking you’ve held in your life and society.

We gave you a message on this date in 2012 that will make much more sense to you now, especially on this particular day in your world.

Your expectations are only set by you. It becomes vital for you to remember this fact, for you often feel what might be termed as pressure from expectations you believe others have placed upon you or you must live up to. 

You can, however, use those feelings as the impetus for you to do something, but it is never mandatory, for you are the one guiding your physical life experience.

Your goal in this lifetime is to continually expand or evolve, and if accepting those outside expectations as motivation helps you do so, so be it. 

However, it’s important to remember that no one is forcing you to do so but you. You are the one responsible for your own growth and evolution.

Seek to know what you desire to accomplish with anything you attempt to do, and your way is made easier. Accomplish, is being used here rather than a goal, as you might think of it, for the word accomplish can hold the idea of contribution. Contribution is what you desire to give to yourself and all others.

You can think of it as a legacy if that helps make it easier to remember, but all of it involves the expansion you have always sought. When you become distracted by other superfluous goals, it can be easy to lose your way. When you remain focused on the contribution, your vision is clear.

You have indeed grown up now. That provocative statement is meant to bring your attention to the fact that you have gone through your adolescent phase as a human being and matured into an adult. Many

times, however, you still maintain the mental age of a child where you believe you need to ask for permission, so to speak, to guide your own experience.

This practice becomes an insidious habit, mostly hidden from your conscious awareness because you needed it as a child, but it was also meant to be outgrown as you mature. This process will also make you aware of how often you feel a child’s chronological age. However, you would be wise to accept the actions and behaviors of an adult.

During your physical life, you may experience periods that you perceive as abandonment. However, these are not moments of neglect but purposeful intervals you have orchestrated. They are opportunities for you to delve into solitude, discover your inner strength, and claim it as your own.

When you view these periods in this manner, you will also come to value them and use them better. You never intended to feel dependent on anything in the physical world, so having moments where you think some of this is taken from you allows you to connect with your trustworthy source.

Take a moment to reflect on how you aspire to grow and evolve during these precious times of solitude. Your desires and intentions will shape your journey and lead you to the next phase of your spiritual evolution.

Sacrifice is never a requirement; it is a choice. As it is used here, sacrifice narrowly refers to the material things you desire. Whenever you begin to think that you must sacrifice one thing so that you may have another, you have limited your entire physical experience.

You only make those sacrifices because you are unwilling to put in whatever effort is necessary to manifest your desires. It becomes vital for you to remember this so that you maintain the free will of choice to know what you desire and put in the effort to achieve it.

That is why you were born, and you change your world and the collective one with every thought, action, and belief you hold. Many of those beliefs you have brought into the world with you, and many of them, you wanted to release.

You are not just a passive observer in this time of restructuring your world. You are a crucial participant, attempting to manifest a new world. To do that, you must release your judgment, enabling you to do the same for others. This is a moment of planetary ascension, and you are here, alive, to play a significant role in that ascension.

Your decision to love and embrace every aspect of yourself is a powerful catalyst for this transformation. 

Understand that you have never made any mistakes. It’s about shifting your perspective on yourself, your past, and your world to align with your goals. Your life has never been more significant than it is now. Remember, your self-judgment is a challenge, but it is not insurmountable. You have the strength and resilience to overcome it. 

But as we have always said, you will be fine.

Guilt, shame, and embarrassment can be helpful. You came into the world to evolve and become more, and at times, to accomplish your task, you will have momentary experiences in those states. They are meant to awaken you to a part of yourself you have denied, overlooked, or believed you didn’t possess.

Much of the shame you brought with you as all beings will be specific to your physical life experience. When you seek to know why you feel shame, you might have difficulty identifying the cause. Still, during this time in your world, you will find it is generational, and you want to move beyond those limitations, which you can only achieve when you feel them emotionally, mentally, and sometimes physically.

The guilt you might experience is due to you recognizing your reluctance to accept and love every aspect of yourself and your journey. The embarrassment you might feel indicates you are still too concerned with the opinions of others, and that has placed a stranglehold on your life and who you could become.

When you become willing to embrace all your emotions when they arise and, at that moment, raise your emotional vibrations until they pass, you will have made a crucial step in your ascension journey. Remember, these uncomfortable temporary states are not obstacles but opportunities for growth. They can all be helpful when you decide not to ignore them but turn them to your benefit.

You have everything you need to manifest a beautiful life and world. This week, you will want to release the lower vibrational energies within yourself, the fruits of which will be reflected in your life and world.

Your physical life experience is like a symphony orchestra, with you as the conductor. All the events, situations, circumstances, and people in your life are like the instruments of this orchestra.

You conduct this orchestra then through your thoughts, actions, and words. Many times, some of the instruments that comprise the orchestra do not make sense to you, or you even question their involvement; however, as you conduct this orchestra, all the pieces or instruments begin to make sense and demonstrate meaning and purpose, which is the beautiful musical piece that is ultimately created.

The creation, then, or that beautiful musical piece, is the person you desire to be. All you ever need do is become willing to be the conductor and create your masterpiece.

Keep seeking your vision. At first, that statement may seem odd, but as you attempt to understand it, the relevance to your physical life experience will become apparent. Vision not only refers to what you find with your physical eyes, but it comes to you in many different forms and through all your physical senses.

Sometimes, your vision will be clear because of how you feel emotionally. Other times, it will appear to you in the form of what you consider to be instinct. Sometimes, your physical vision will spark something that causes you to experience inner vision. In any of those scenarios, the purpose is always to lead you to greater expansion.
