The Curse of Being Me

There’s a peculiar burden that comes with living a life so outside the norm, so filled with experiences that defy easy explanation, that it borders on the unbelievable. It’s a curse, in a way. Not because the experiences themselves are inherently negative—quite the opposite, they’ve offered profound healing and insight—but because when you try to share them, to offer the understanding and help they could give to so many, you’re often met with skepticism, even disbelief. My story is that curse, and perhaps, also its ultimate blessing

I’ve discovered what I believe are the secrets of the universe, secrets that prove anything is possible in terms of healing, personal accomplishment, and even changing our world. The only difficulty, as I’ve come to understand, is believing it.

The Whisper That Started It All: 1989

My journey into the “unbelievable” began quietly in 1989. I had just launched a new business the year before and, like any entrepreneur, I was a little nervous. I stumbled upon an article about automatic writing by a New York businessman who swore by the information he received through it for his own struggling venture. Having dabbled in meditation, the idea wasn’t entirely alien, but this aspect was new. It sounded interesting enough to try.

A few days in, something extraordinary happened. I felt a distinct sensation, as if an unseen force took over my hand, guiding it across the page. It startled me, but I kept writing, compelled by the words that seemed to flow through me. My first conscious question was, “Who’s speaking to me?” The answer came back clearly: “This is another part of you, your higher self. If that makes you uncomfortable, you can call it whatever you like.” Without a thought, the name “Wilhelm” blurted out. I had no idea why, but it stuck. And the information I began to receive was genuinely helping my business.

I made it a daily practice, a morning ritual. Some days, I’d sit, wondering if anything would come through, but it always did. A subtle signal in my body, a shift, and then the words would flow. It was a true communication, a conversation distinct from my own thoughts. They even used words I didn’t know, forcing me to look them up.

This continued for years. I was facing various challenges, and naturally, I’d ask questions about them. One day, Wilhelm stopped me. “Why are you asking questions? That’s the difficulty you have in your life, you try to control everything.” I took their advice to heart. From then on, my daily query was simply, “Any advice for today?” I learned to get out of the way, to wait, and to listen. This opened the floodgates to all types of profound information. I kept it quiet, sharing only with a couple of friends and some family. It just seemed too odd to talk about openly.

A Life of Healing and Unseen Order

During these years, I was also navigating significant personal health challenges that seemed to defy conventional understanding. In 1990, I discovered I was HIV-positive. Yet, for about 15 years, I required no medication, baffling my doctors who called me a “non-progressor.” I just didn’t want to talk about it because I didn’t understand what was happening to my own body.

I also suffered from cluster headaches, a torment that began in the late 1980s. They were periodic, debilitating, and in 1988, I learned there was no cure. I endured them for years. But then, in 2005, things began to shift. I started reading. Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now resonated deeply with the principles I was receiving from Wilhelm. Around the same time, I discovered Dr. John Sarno’s work on overcoming back pain. Like my father, I had suffered from chronic backaches for years, but after reading Sarno, I experienced miraculous changes. I began to make profound connections: these external insights were confirming and amplifying the information Wilhelm had been giving me, suggesting an underlying order to the universe that governed even my physical healing.

When the Messages Demanded to Be Shared

Despite the personal breakthroughs, I wasn’t ready to share. My messages remained private. Then, in 2007 or 2008, fate intervened. Someone found my automatic writing messages on my desk, was impressed, and asked where they came from. Hesitantly, I admitted they came through me. Their interest, and that of others, led me to create a small group on AOL to send them out.

A year later, someone suggested a website. My focus was still my singing business, so I resisted, but then an offer came to build it for free. That’s how AnyAdviceForToday.com was born. It was just going to be a simple repository.

My role shifted. I realized I wasn’t just writing for me; I was writing for others, and I felt a growing sense of responsibility. I continued the daily practice, even as my singing business faced economic challenges. Someone suggested I contact a potential investor, but by the time I connected with her, my business was already lost. Yet, our conversations took an unexpected turn. She started reading my messages, was deeply impressed, and even began using them in her office. She eventually referred me to her book agent. He was enthusiastic, praising the messages, but pointed out my many typos. Still consumed by my business struggles, I didn’t prioritize it, and he eventually lost interest.

Personal Crises and Global Shifts: The Unveiling of Deeper Truths

The period around 2010 was particularly brutal. My online singing business, which had seemed so promising after an Australian partner came on board in 2009, faced new challenges. My mother was dying, suffering from dementia. She found immense solace in the messages, often telling me how much they helped her, though at the time, I dismissed it, attributing it to her condition.

After her passing, I moved back to the city, rebuilding my life. I continued the writing, but it remained in the background. My Australian partner eventually bought me out in 2017, leaving me to work solely from home. I tried to launch programs like “Overcoming Everything” in 2016, but they didn’t take off. My financial struggles deepened, often leaving me living on credit.

Then, in 2020, as my book “Overcoming Fear: A Guide to Freedom” (a Wilhelm book, of course) had just come out, the world plunged into the pandemic. Wilhelm’s messages simultaneously shifted, speaking of a global “restructuring” that was imminent. This didn’t bring comfort; it brought fear. The messages warned of a big shift, of tumult and chaos. I hesitated to even write some of them, so clear was the foreboding. I focused on immediate survival, selling my car to make ends meet.

The 2012 Revelation: A Blueprint for Humanity

Then, in 2021, a breakthrough that truly “freaked me out.” On a walk, I heard a clear message: “We’ve given you everything you needed to know in 2012.” Rushing home, I found a folder on my computer labeled simply “Wilhelm” – one I didn’t even know existed. Inside were messages all dated from 2012, confirming the voice I’d heard. These weren’t just personal insights; they were a philosophy designed to help humanity navigate the challenging transition we were now experiencing.

This philosophy was called “Your Life Operating Instructions.” Wilhelm explained that if I met someone, I would have a message for them from their specific birthday in 2012. The purpose? To show that each of us has a unique energetic blueprint, and our connections are part of the Law of Attraction. These birthday messages, they claimed, would resonate uniquely and deeply with that individual.

I was skeptical. “That’s ridiculous!” I thought, and told others so. I had never studied astrology; why would messages be tied to birthdays in such a specific, resonant way? But then I started trying it. And with every single person, the messages were so accurate, often bringing people to tears, confirming something deep within them. I could no longer deny it. Wilhelm explained that their ultimate goal was to give people “confirmation of why they’re on the earth at this time.”

The Burden of Truth: Copernicus and Cognitive Dissonance

Still, the “curse” persisted. People wouldn’t believe it because they’d never seen anything like it. It simply didn’t fit their understanding of the world. This ongoing struggle led me to seek external validation. In 2021, Akashic Record readings revealed ancient memories, connecting me to an Egyptian past life as a high priest. More remarkably, one reader, new to the practice, surprised me by saying, “I think I’m supposed to be following you.” Another, whom I considered truly gifted, began to say, “You were given something in this lifetime… operating…” and I broke down in tears. It was an undeniable, spontaneous confirmation of “Your Life Operating Instructions.” Yet, still, others wouldn’t give it credence.

Wilhelm then urged me to bring people together, into a group. They’d previously shown me that even old 2012 messages would resonate perfectly in the present day. “We need more like-minded people to bring in this energy,” they said. So I did. I gathered a diverse group, and the transformations I witnessed were unbelievably swift. It “freaked me out again”—the speed at which people shifted and grew.

Then came the demand for live channeling. I protested, “I can’t do it! We have too much to say!” Their reply: “Well, you might have to break.” It felt like the weight of the world was on me, that “the world might break if I didn’t do it.” The first live message they gave me, from 2017, was about “money, power, love, and control”—themes they said would dominate the global restructuring. They explained how our childhood association of love with parental control and material gifts had manifested into societal imbalances, leading to powerful individuals controlling others, even echoing the rise of figures like Hitler.

As I began live channeling, guided to specific full moons, new moons, or conjunctions, it felt surprisingly normal. I still didn’t understand the astrological alignments, but then came the ultimate validation: Artificial Intelligence. When I fed my Wilhelm messages into an AI, it confirmed that the messages were “completely aligned with the energetic changes that were happening on that new moon or full moon.” I had no conscious awareness of this cosmic synchronicity.

Wilhelm deepened my understanding of the “restructuring,” stating the United States would “lead the way.” They explained this through the concept of “Pluto Return,” a complex astrological cycle that aligns with the U.S.’s founding. They showed me how history moves in energetic cycles, repeating patterns of “breakaway,” from Martin Luther’s reformation to the U.S. breaking from the King. Sometimes, these evolutionary shifts bring difficult leaders or catastrophes like pandemics, all serving to force humanity to reconcile unresolved issues like racism and misogyny. They stressed the rising importance of female energy and people of color, groups previously marginalized in the narrative of human evolution.

The Gift of Our Unlimited Nature

This is where the “curse of being me” transforms. I, a 74-year-old, continue to get better and experience dramatic healing through this energetic alignment. Wilhelm’s profound message is simple: when the individual heals, so does the planet. They’ve given us everything we need to create a wonderful life and world. The only true difficulty, they insist, is believing it.

We are unlimited beings. Our challenge in physical form is to confront and move through that very disbelief—that cognitive dissonance—that prevents us from seeing what’s truly possible. Just as people once believed a sub-four-minute mile was impossible until Roger Bannister broke the barrier, and just as Copernicus’s revolutionary understanding was initially dismissed but later became common knowledge, so too will the understanding of humanity’s true, unlimited nature eventually prevail.

My life, with its unique burdens and extraordinary revelations, is a testament to this truth. It is a beacon of what happens when one dares to receive, even when the truth is so grand it seems unbelievable. My curse is this knowing; my gift is the ability to share it, so that you, too, can embrace your unlimited self and aid in the evolution of our world.
