You can achieve self-mastery. That is the only desire any of you have as you live your physical life experience and during the restructuring of you and you world, we have given you a guide. We called it an ascension guide but you can also add to that the idea of evolution which is what you came to the world to achieve and offer.
You each have your evolutionary path, which is aligned with the universe, and no role is more important than another, but you each make choices daily as to whether or not you feel your role matters, and we know that it does, which is why we have given you our philosophy to aid you all while you usher in the new world which will happen when you fulfill your potential and that is what we urged each of you to do last year on this date.
But it has become more urgent now so we asked our messenger to put together messages we have provided since another galactic shift in your world. As you read them you will elevate your awareness to the degrees you will become willing to embrace more of your authentic self which is the same as fulfilling your potential.

You never intended to carry your past with you.
Your life is an ongoing, ever new adventure, that provides you with fresh new experiences in each now moment, which is exactly what you intended.
When you let go of the old, you open yourself to those new experiences.
Your life journey is not measured in terms of successes or failures but merely in experience. You knew that when you came into physical form, that was your intention. There was nothing that you needed, for you already had it all; you simply desired to have the experience of picking and choosing those new experiences as you went along.
There is great value to be gained in the phrase “carrying the baggage of the past.” It is indeed heavy and only burdens your new experience.
Let it go.

The freedom that you truly desire to experience is when you are able to live your life experience without dependency on the thoughts and opinions of others. It is not possible for you to even find your own desires and clarity on what it is that you desire to create and manifest when the thoughts and opinions of others rule your every move.
This has become an insidious habit for you that most times you are not aware that it is occurring. This is where the meaning, and action, of courage comes into place. The courage to be exactly who you desire to be is the greatest contribution you can possibly make to yourself and therefore all others.
When you are willing to take that step, you experience the joy in freedom.

When you find it difficult or uncomfortable for you to accept appreciation or compliments from others, it will also indicate to you the nature of the core beliefs you hold about yourself.
Beliefs are what guide your actions, thoughts, and deeds, and the ones that are core beliefs are ones you have held for quite some time and, most times, are unaware they exist. When you begin to notice those uncomfortable moments, you can use them as your opportunity to begin to instill beliefs that serve you and will allow you to create the life experience you desire.
It is not possible for you to manifest anything in your experience that is contradictory to the core beliefs you hold. This is not a process to be feared but embraced joyfully.

While the word right is indeed relative wherever it is used and to the one who uses it, it can be very powerful for you when you decide to use it conscientiously in your life experience.
You will then use it to take actions, make decisions, or cause movement in your life experience that you know, in your moment of now, are in alignment with who you desire to be or become.
It only ever eludes you when you do not take the time to examine what you are up to and if your actions, decisions, and movements are leading you to that goal of the person you desire to experience in this lifetime. Your expansion accelerates when you do so.

It is not necessary that you excel in everything you attempt to do in order to cause your own expansion. You will attempt many different things during your physical life experience, and some you will do better with than others. That is precisely as you intended it to be, for each and every soul has their unique gift to bring forth, and that is the one you will find and do well with.
There is an emphasis in society in general on attempting to everything well, and in many cases you actually work against yourself, so to speak, as you intended to do well with your contribution. All the attempts at other things actually helps you to excel in your arena.

Your physical life journey could be described in the following manner. You never fully appreciate who you are or what you have accomplished. You never fully know what you are capable of and what your full potential might be. You never reach that full potential while you are in your physical body. All of these conditions are perfect, if you will, because they all cause you to continually seek your expansion as you intended.
When you begin to accept and become comfortable with these conditions, you will release your self judgment, begin to use those conditions to your benefit, and truly begin to enjoy your journey. This is also simply another way of saying that your physical life journey is an on going process.

The quickest path to expansion is revealed to you when you become fully willing to embrace not knowing. When you can become comfortable with all the things that you do not know at this moment, you open yourself to all the infinite wisdom and knowledge that is available.
When you continually profess that you know everything, there is nothing more that can come to you. This is also meant to point out to you that when you or others are continually in a place of professing what you know, it is usually a defense against not knowing or an ego defense meant to keep you exactly where you are.
With so much emphasis placed on education in your society, which is great in one sense, it can also cause you to feel less than when you attempt to hold that imaginary standard instead of maintaining the wonderment and curiosity of a child.

Defending yourself is probably one of the least productive activities in which you can engage. Defending yourself is not the same as offering further explanation or clarification, and you always know which one you are doing by the way that you feel.
When you feel the need to defend yourself, it may indicate you are still developing and owning your own beliefs, thoughts, and essentially who you are. Any time there is a person that you might feel you need to defend against that is also a pointless venture, for you have no idea the motivations or intentions that person has held to offer any judgment or criticism of you.
All of these activities serve as mere distractions from what you are really up to, and that is to expand and evolve.

You have spent a great portion of your life believing that you were attempting to live up to the expectations of others. This is a very natural result of how you grew up because, in your earliest years, you attempted to live up to the expectations of your parents, teachers, or anyone else in authority.
Now you carried this behavior into your adult life. This can either feel like a prison of sorts to you, or it can be a powerful motivating factor for you when you recognize what you are truly up to.
You have been using all those others as reflections to alert you to the fact of whether or not you are living up to your own expectations. You do this because you only desire to become more and expand. That is a far more powerful thought to hold.

You find yourself again at the edge of that proverbial cliff, meaning you are about to take a leap of faith, of which you are not sure of the outcome. You never expected to have any guarantees of anything that you might attempt to do in your life, for you knew that living in that manner, which many would call being safe, was never your intention.
The bigger or greater the doubt you might have about doing anything in your life, the bigger the opportunity for you to discover your greatness. You will decide whether to jump or not.

Yesterday, you had what could be called the experience of mastery. It is referred to as an experience because, at times, you tend to think that this is a place you would live continuously, but that would not offer you the awareness you sought even to know you were utilizing your power of mastery.
Do your best now to explain this. You were having a challenging and emotionally uncomfortable experience while embracing it wholeheartedly and noticing you were able to “see” the perfection of the event.
You knew that it was helping you to heal, move beyond, or release your limitations, and simultaneously understanding and accepting the process itself. That is mastery.

You each move through your lives with endless questions for which you desperately seek answers. You want to know your purpose. You question if there is any meaning or reason for your life experience. Then, ultimately, you question the existence of anything outside of what you can touch or grab physically.
You will continually seek to find a way of alleviating your doubt about who you are and the nature of existence, and you wonder if there is an answer. We will tell you there is an answer, and all of you will discover it eventually, and most after they leave their bodies. If you seek to understand this message, you might come to your answer sooner.
We usually say Roger is having difficulty delivering this message because that was true due to his doubt. Not today. We decided to remove it, and his example will aid you all.
Roger has spent the greater part of his life searching for meaning and direction while doubting he was receiving it. He even vehemently denied it was occurring. He would exclaim, “I don’t want to be that person!” Last night, he decided to organize some papers in his office, picked up a folder, and “inadvertently” found a message that was thirty years old. We will have him post it here, but there is far too much to fully explain. rest assured, more will come.

Any advice for today and comments on my awareness on my low self-esteem in relationships? You are indeed embarking on new information for yourself on a conscious level. While this information has always been available, it has also been too difficult to really look at and experience. The mere fact that you have had the awareness and your willingness to delve further should indicate to you the tremendous capacity you have for understanding and coming into more acceptance of yourself. You are no different than anyone else living on the earth plane in physical form, and you should take pride in the fact that you are now more honest with yourself and have made available to yourself the tools, so to speak, to complete some much-desired work of this lifetime, as well as previous ones. You are discovering many “reasons,” as it were, for your development or lack of development of a healthy self-image. This is the experience you wanted, for to come into mastery through the experience itself, rather than trying to go around it, you provide yourself with enormous opportunities for self-actualization as well as being a teacher for others. This is not to say that your destiny is to be the example but to live the example and experience your own deep fulfillment. As you might have gathered, gaining the true self-worth you deserve is in process, and if it were not, you wouldn’t even know there was a “problem.” There is great value gained through all of your current activities, and the key, as you found yesterday, is to follow through without your normal “trepidation”. When you release the judgment of the behaviors within the experiences, you gain a deeper personal insight, and this is what self-worth is all about, knowing you have a life of valuable experiences to be experienced to their fullest. When pats on the back become unnecessary, you will stop looking for them.”

Become willing to think bigger. As you move through your life, you are presented with numerous opportunities to become the person you desire in this lifetime, but most times, you don’t believe that is possible because those things have yet to manifest. This scenario is real for every soul, or you would not be alive now.
We have given you the idea of possibly having lived many lives, but you don’t have to believe that to understand this story. Roger received a message from a former associate of many years ago. When they met, this person stimulated some thinking within Roger as to how to increase his business. When the associate blurted out what this entity might be called, Roger noticed his resistance. That resistance arose from his lack of belief and inability to embody fully the vision he was given. You each have done this throughout your lives, but it is what you wanted to do as each moment of your life is another step forward to embracing all of you, which is, in essence, evolution. You are doing it now.
The other part of this story that we didn’t want Roger to miss was that the last time this associate appeared, Roger’s business increased. Then, when the name that the associate suggested was mentioned, we had emojis on Roger’s phone to alert him to our feeling that this was the right step. Roger doesn’t know whether or not to believe those things were signals, but they were, and you each receive them, but again, you don’t believe them because they are not here yet. They will show up if you decide to think bigger.

It was never possible for you to be on the wrong path. As we told you decades ago, you are not born with a predetermined destiny, for you always have free will. You were born, however, with direction. It comes to you in the form of feeling, intuition, and then trust. You always know which one you are paying attention to and which ones you choose not to believe, but often, you do decide to trust, and that is when you come to know you were always on the right path in your life.
We are speaking today to you, the individual, for as we have said to each of you during our Sunday talks, your presence in the world now is essential. And you decided to be here now to experience and aid your restructuring and that of your world, which are the same.
You have recently felt an urge to move in a new direction in your life which we told you might occur. Then we also said that you will always have free will to decide who you want to be, and you have an excessive amount of energy available to you now due to this particular reshaping of your world, but that again is why you were needed.
We know many of you are feeling the meaning of this message. That, again, was our intention, for we also said we would continually encourage you by noticing our synchronicities. Even your regrets of your past are a part of the acceptance we would like you to embrace, because that is the only manner you can acknowledge you were on the right path, for you gained knowledge and wisdom you will utilize now. As we also said to you on Sunday, it will be far more effective and valuable now.
If you believe more now that you are on the right path, you will be, and you and the world will be fine if you continue, and we will help.

You were only meant to become yourself. Everything we have provided was to enable you to ascend to a higher place on your evolutionary journey, and by doing so, you aid your world in its transition.
Many of you, like Roger, might have done many other things in your life to arrive at this current place, but it is where you wanted to be. The only challenge any of you have is doing what you felt called to do rather than what you believed you had to do, and there is a significant difference between the two.
We will again share the message from 2012, for you are in alignment, and you will surprisingly understand what we provided then, but you have always had guidance.
