There is a feeling that comes when you have finally stopped running from yourself.
It isn’t dramatic. It doesn’t arrive with fanfare. It arrives as calm. As peace. As a quiet settling into something that was always true but that you spent years — sometimes decades — refusing to fully accept.
That is what self-actualization feels like. What ascension feels like. What personal development, at its deepest level, is actually moving you toward. Not achievement. Not performance. Not a better version of the story you’ve been telling about yourself. Something simpler and far more profound: the real you, accepted, inhabiting your own life without apology.
That is what I am choosing today.
The Message I Tried to Ignore
On February 18th of 2020, I received this message from Wilhelm:
When you know you have found yourself, you know because it feels right in your body. You each do have that thing for which you are searching that will make everything okay. Many of you will read and understand this message and decide to make radical changes in your lives.
Roger had often spoken, through us, about everyone having a place in his world, and something they were meant to do that would not only cause them to evolve but also the world. While he so wanted to believe this, there was a part of him that did not, just as so many of you. To prove our point, we will have him post a message we gave him almost a year ago that Roger only believed yesterday. To emphasize the point, it is also something we gave him years ago, but only now he knows for sure. We even had to trick him to pull this off.
We have spoken of the program Roger has attempted to create for many years. Much like the things many of you have been waiting to do. The night before, we gave him an experience that felt disastrous to him, but it was merely to distract him from what was coming. Yesterday when he was preparing for the video shoot for the program, he didn’t feel prepared. We said, “you have been prepared for years.” When he arrived at the shooting, he had not eaten but immediately began filming. Roger spoke for five hours straight and could have continued longer, but he didn’t want to do that to the videographer.
This message is a bit long, for it is crucial. When Roger began speaking yesterday, it was like an out of body experience, and at that moment, he knew he had found himself. When you each come to this point in your lives, there will be no question. The only problem you have, as Roger did, is allowing yourself to reach this point. Have someone push you, as we pushed Roger.
I attempted to ignore that message. I am good at that. Being a double Scorpio, I have spent most of my life hiding things — hiding myself — and doing it well enough that even I believed the performance.
And then on February 18th of 2025, Wilhelm said: Our philosophy will change your life and world.
I attempted to ignore that one too.
I can no longer do that.
What Wilhelm Knew Before I Did
Embedded inside that 2020 message was something Wilhelm had given me nearly a year earlier — on February 27, 2019 — that I had only just come to believe:
Now you know for sure, again. We wanted you to use that title so you and others will begin to think of the process of evolving, which you are all doing in your own way. As you move through your life, you have ideas of who you think you want to be. Then you begin receiving and believe doubt, so those original ideas you held are obscured.
Then you will have moments, as you did last night, where you know for sure that you are doing what you thought you wanted, and even felt destined to do, in a manner.
You are doing it again now because you are in a different place than where you were, and this will continue, so embrace it now, and it all accelerates.
That is the process. For all of us. We know. Then we doubt. Then we know again — from a deeper place, having earned it this time. Then we doubt again. And slowly, if we’re willing to keep going, the knowing becomes louder than the doubt. The peace becomes more familiar than the hiding.
That is what evolution actually looks like from the inside.
Where I Am Today
I am 75 years old and I have been receiving Wilhelm’s messages since 1989. That is 36 years of a curriculum I was given to share — and for most of that time, I shared it halfway, or hid it entirely, or convinced myself the world wasn’t ready for it when the truth was simpler: I wasn’t ready.
That 36-year cycle completed last year. What comes now is different.
