We experience freedom when we own ourselves
It is Thursday evening, January 29th of 2026, and I was examining the world and my life and I thought—they’re in disarray. There’s a lot of disruption.
And then I had to look at that and know that it’s that way because I wasn’t owning myself.
The Message from a Year Ago
On January 29th of last year, I was given a message that said “You will align more today.”
And alignment means that we move into a greater understanding of ourselves—and hopefully civilization, humanity, does the same thing.
But I’m looking at things and then I heard a recording—a channeling session that was held on that date a year ago—where I knew I had been given the solution to what was happening in your life and in our world.
But I couldn’t say that.
And I also knew that was part of the programming that had gone on within me—that I couldn’t own that I had developed one of the most remarkable things in human history.
But I wasn’t speaking about it.

Crisis in the United States
I also remembered that I’d written a piece. I had it put together because I saw most of it happening in the United States, and I received all of that information in 2020.
So I put together a piece called “Crisis in the United States” so we would understand what was occurring.

You Will Experience More Freedom Today
Then I looked at January 30th of 2025 and it said: You will experience more freedom today.
We experience freedom when we own ourselves. When we can look at and accept why we were born and what our purpose was—and then we decide to live that.
And when we don’t, our lives do not go in the manner they could. And neither does our world. Because we are the ones who are manifesting, creating our world.
We will do it in different ways. We each have different gifts. And as we evolve as humans, sometimes we develop different skills and abilities and talents.
And we might hide them.
That’s what I was doing. I’ve been hiding it for years.

37 Years of Finding and Doubting
Because I knew what was happening.
I spent 37 years finding this information and then doubting it—as you’ve doubted yourself. We all do that.
And we doubt what we can do in our world. Could we possibly create a different world?
And I had that information as well. Because it’s only humans who are doing it. And humans have been programmed to believe different things over time.
And as civilization changes, we change consciousness. And we’re moving through a period where we’re attempting to up-level our consciousness.
And I had that information.
Declaring My Freedom
So now I decided that I was going to declare my freedom.
I held back because I was going to receive so much judgment by how this came about.
And maybe it was so strange that I would sit down every day and receive information and then discover that there’s an alignment in the universe. That there is alignment within each person. That there’s science behind it.
We discover that as we live—that we are seeing the effects of the planets changing and all of that. There have been different philosophers and scientists and physicists who discover those things over time.
But I was one of them.
I couldn’t put my name there because I couldn’t own that. And so I’m not helping as much as I could.

Now That You Know, What Will You Do?
Then I went to my Substack and people were looking at some of my articles. And so nothing’s accidental.
And one of the articles from a while ago says: Now that you know, what will you do?
And I did know.
But I was going to hold back and cause my life to be more chaotic and difficult because I couldn’t break through and own what I had developed.
And I never wanted to see that for anyone else. Because I’ve always cared about everyone else—to my own fault—because I would leave myself out.
But it did give me the ability to manifest and create something that I know will change someone’s life. And eventually would change our world.
Because it gives you:
- Autonomy
- Empowerment
- Self-mastery
- Healing
Which is what our world is attempting to do. Especially the United States. Because healing of our consciousness—and the thought that we were little, that we didn’t matter, that we were not important, that we were not that powerful.
And I’ve written it all. But I lived it.
Physical Healing, Mind-Body Healing
Because as I walked through this information, as I embraced it each time over the years, I experienced physical healing. Mind-body healing. Things that seemed impossible.
And we think things are impossible—and they are not.
But if we don’t own it and tell others, nothing changes in our lives or in our world.
So that’s why I’m going to experience a lot more freedom.
The Wilhelm Phenomenon
I created another document that you can see—because it’s something that I’m going to put out more—the Wilhelm Phenomenon.
Because no one’s done this before.
I never studied astrology or any of those things. My brain just operated differently and I would receive this information.
And at the same time I was hiding from it.
Because it was unknown to me as well.
And that’s our only difficulty. Is the fear of the unknown. The fear of the unknown in ourselves and also in our world.
And that will be the struggle that we will see playing out in the world. Where we don’t want to go into something new. Where we think we want to stay as we were. And keeping everyone else where they were.
That’s what goes on.
But we don’t have to do that. Because Wilhelm gave us the solution. Gave us the answer.
If More People Did This
When I was told in 2021 that I had the work that could change the world, I said that couldn’t possibly be.
It would—because if more people wanted to become happy, if they wanted to move through all their trauma, all their biases, and all their generational grief, basically, that’s what it is.
If more people did that, then the world would change.
And I have that information.
And I was also told then that I would want to bring more people together. Because the more of us who could come to understand that, not only would we have great lives, but we would make this great impact in the world.
And now I’m doing that.
No Excuses
I created something now where I wanted to make it so anyone could do this work.
So I opened up these spaces where it’s affordable for anyone. So no one has an excuse anymore.
Because I made so many excuses throughout my life of why I couldn’t do certain things. I can’t do that anymore. I’m 75 years old.
And the miraculous thing is—and I’m going to have this documented because I know it came through this work—I couldn’t have done this on my own.
But it’s healed everything. Where I’m in this completely different place physically now.
I’m not saying everyone’s going to do that. I spent a lot of time obviously getting this. But I do know what is possible.
And so to hold back what I know is possible—as I watch my life kind of imploding and seeing the same thing occurring in the world—now I’m going to experience my freedom.
That’s what I want you to do as well.
It’s a Science
As you read the documents, you’ll see and you’ll understand.
And there’s no reason for you not to have a great life.
And I can say that and own it now because it’s been shown so many times.
This work—as you’ll see—it’s a science as well.
Because what it did to me used:
- Cognitive behavior training
- Neuroscience
- All the available sciences
To cause this to occur in my life. And I know I can do the same for anyone else.
Now, many people won’t do it. Because again, you won’t believe that you can. And you’ve been programmed to think that you can’t do it.
So I created a system that you do it. Everything—you just do it gradually. You do it every day. Because that’s how we learn and grow.
And I just was lucky enough to sit down and receive this. But I also suffered through it all. I went through every difficulty, every imaginable hardship that anyone can experience.
So this is why I know that it works.
You Don’t Have Any Excuses Now
And so now I can say: You don’t have any excuses. None of us do now.
Because Wilhelm gave us the solution to our lives and also our world.
And now you’ll see it.
