Sometimes the most profound teachings arrive wearing simple clothes. “You will understand more, care less, and love more” sounds almost too easy—until you realize what it’s actually asking of you.
I received this message from Wilhelm on January 10, 2021. They told me then that it would become useful “in the coming days during your world’s restructuring.” Five years later, on this exact date, I finally understand why they chose those words so carefully.
The Three-Part Formula
Understand more. Not accumulate more facts, but truly comprehend the mechanics of how your life works. Wilhelm’s teaching on cause and effect—which they gave back in July 2009—reveals that your current life experience is simply the effect of previously held thoughts that became beliefs. When you absorb this, really absorb it, everything shifts.
Care less. This isn’t about becoming callous. It’s about releasing the weight of others’ opinions. Wilhelm used me as an example in this message because I’ve struggled for decades with doubt and fear of judgment. They advised me to let go of that—to care less about criticism so I could actually deliver the guidance I’ve been receiving since 1989.
Love more. This is what allows everything else to work. Loving yourself means embracing every aspect of who you are. And here’s the planetary piece: you will only accomplish your world’s goal when you extend that embrace to all others.
The Key Hidden in Plain Sight
The 2009 message embedded within this teaching contains what Wilhelm calls “a magnificent key to creating the life experience you desire.” It’s deceptively simple: your current situation reflects prior causes—your previously held thoughts and beliefs. When you examine your life and place blame anywhere else, you simultaneously give away your ability to create your future.
This isn’t about guilt. It’s about power. In every moment of now, you can choose the thoughts you desire to hold, and you will experience the result you truly desire.
Wilhelm acknowledges this takes diligent practice “simply because you have practiced something else.” But they also promise it doesn’t have to be difficult. That, too, is your choice.
Why Now?
Wilhelm said our world would experience “an accumulation of cause and effect.” We’re living in that accumulation now. The restructuring they’ve described since 2020 is intensifying, and the guidance they provided years ago is becoming increasingly relevant.
This is evolution in action. And no matter how things appear right now, Wilhelm’s promise holds: you will be fine.
