The Wilhelm Phenomenon – http://bit.ly/4h9E2GW
We wanted you to be surprised. We might accomplish that today as you view your lives and world. Today, you will be more motivated to take ownership of yourself and live your best life. We remember who you are.
Reflection Questions:
- What aspects of yourself have you been avoiding taking full ownership of, and what would change if you fully claimed them today?
- If someone who truly knew your potential was watching you, what would they be encouraging you to remember about yourself?

All of your emotions are valid and serve you well when you are willing to look at them in a new way. While they may appear to take many different forms, they all come down to being either comfortable or uncomfortable. It would be beneficial then for you to think of them as signposts or alerts of sorts. It was your intention to live a physical life where you fully trusted the integrity of that experience. In that effort, you were granted your emotions to help guide you along the way. It will not serve you, however, to try to ignore or deny them. Simply ask new questions when they arise. “Where have I cut myself off from my intended destination?” There is great fun and joy in this process. Simply embrace it wholeheartedly.
Reflection Questions:
- What uncomfortable emotion have you been trying to ignore lately, and what might it be signaling about where you’ve veered from your intended path?
- How would your relationship with difficult emotions change if you viewed them as trusted guides rather than obstacles?

Nothing in your physical world has any meaning except that which you give it. You then have the creative ability to pick and choose, so to speak, the particular meaning you desire to assign to anything at all. This is precisely how you intended to live your life experience so that you would offer yourself the greatest opportunities for your evolvement and greater awareness. As you ponder that concept, you will also deliberately decide what meaning you desire to assign to your events, situations, and people that will provide you with the greatest joy and freedom. You never intended to accept those meanings from others, for you knew you always had a free will of choice to decide for yourself.
Reflection Questions:
- What situation in your life have you been accepting someone else’s interpretation of, and how might you redefine its meaning to serve your growth?
- If you could assign any meaning to a current challenge that would bring you the greatest joy and freedom, what would that new meaning be?

Anything is possible, yet your belief in limitation will prevent that fact from being made manifest in your life experience. Your belief in limitation will also cause you not to ask for what you desire because you do not believe it is possible. Your belief in limitation will even obscure from your awareness what you truly do desire. If you were to do nothing but consciously make an effort to eradicate that belief, new horizons, possibilities, and manifestations begin to show up in your experience. Your difficulty comes from trying to know how it will be done, and that is not always possible for you, for you have limited awareness, wisdom, and knowledge from where you are now. It only requires new beliefs.
Reflection Questions:
- What dream or desire have you not even allowed yourself to fully acknowledge because you believe it’s impossible?
- Where in your life are you limiting yourself by needing to know “how” before you allow yourself to believe in the “what”?

Any judgment that you place on any of your past behaviors is a waste of your now time, and completely defeats your intention of expansion. Judgment, as it is used here, refers to the “negative” connotations you place on yourself. If you were holding a state of appreciation for your past behaviors, you would not then consider them judgments. While this does not mean that you would not have thoughtful contemplation of your past actions or behaviors, it does mean that you would merely view them all as experiences that have provided you with valuable information and greater awareness and wisdom. You may think the difference in this process is small, but it is vast for your continued advancement.
Reflection Questions:
- What past behavior are you still judging yourself for, and what wisdom or awareness did that experience actually provide you?
- How would your present moment change if you transformed all self-judgment into appreciation for the lessons learned?

One of the best ways to begin your day is with the conscious thought to choose wisely. When you make this decision each and every day, you will set forth all manner of energy that allows you to do just that. Any choice you make then throughout your day will have a different intensity of light that appears. You will make a choice from your present moment level of awareness and wisdom, which is always the most you can ever do. When you do choose in this manner, you also become vividly aware that you are making choices you know will lead you to greater expansion, and you are also trusting the integrity of your choices and your life experience.
Reflection Questions:
- How might your daily decisions shift if you began each morning with the conscious intention to choose wisely?
- What choice facing you today would benefit from trusting your present moment awareness rather than second-guessing yourself?

You will only ever experience full power to guide and direct your physical life experience when you become willing to accept responsibility for the results that show up in your life, especially the ones that displease you. Those results, in particular, mean that there was something that you failed to do or were completely unwilling to do. This does not include results that show up in which you had no part in their creation, because those come from a source beyond your current awareness, but they were still designed to offer you guidance and direction, and only when you accept them as well. Accepting them does not mean that you consciously created them, but it does mean you are willing to examine them for what they offer you. You will only use this process effectively when you refuse to use blame. Ultimate power is always available and within your grasp.
Reflection Questions:
- What displeasing result in your life might be revealing something you’ve been unwilling to do or face?
- How would your sense of personal power shift if you stopped using blame and started examining every experience for its guidance?

Just keep walking. Sometimes that particular direction is the most effective that you can give to yourself. Sometimes you will keep walking away from certain things in your life that you know no longer serve you, but you may need that direction as motivation. Sometimes you have to keep walking in a new direction that, on some level, you know is for your highest good, but the prospect of that frightens you, so that direction to yourself can be helpful. Sometimes you will find that direction helpful, where it feels to you that you are not sure of your particular direction in your life, but to just keep walking will serve you well. You recently studied what can be thought of as the hero’s journey, and that is only accomplished and achieved when you decide to keep walking.
Reflection Questions:
- Where in your life do you need to “just keep walking” even though the path ahead isn’t completely clear?
- What are you afraid to walk away from, and what are you afraid to walk toward?

You would do well to reexamine the meaning of purpose for yourself. Every soul comes into physical existence with an intended purpose or something they desire to achieve. Your purpose was being of service and allowing your benevolent nature to expand. At times, then, you will allow yourself to have what seems to you like difficult experiences so that you might rise above them, if you will, and then use that gained wisdom and knowledge to help others. In this process, however, you have judged yourself for having those difficult experiences because you have momentarily forgotten your own purpose. You have done this over and over, and you alternately acknowledge it and attempt to ignore it. Decide now to simply embrace your purpose, and you will rise above everything.
Reflection Questions:
- How might your difficult experiences actually be preparing you to serve others in a unique way?
- What would change if you stopped judging your challenges and started seeing them as essential preparation for fulfilling your purpose?

Your experience of frustration in your life is always helpful for you when you embrace it in that manner. This applies to your experience of frustration in your personal life as well as your world. The experience itself is uncomfortable for you, and because it is uncomfortable, you will then be motivated to do something to alleviate that discomfort. Now, you may initially think that in certain instances it is not within your control to change something that is out of your control, and that is never true. You always have the ability to change the way you feel when you decide to change your perception. The bottom line is, when you desire to experience comfort in your personal life and your world, you can do something to achieve that.
Reflection Questions:
- What current frustration in your life is actually motivating you toward a necessary change or new perception?
- Where have you been feeling powerless to change something external, when you could instead shift your internal perception?

Stop trying to figure it all out. That sentence was meant to capture your attention. You will find yourself in a particular situation and then question what you might do next, and then you rely on your logical thinking to try to figure it out. Your rational thought is always limited because it can only replay to you, so to speak, what you have already known and experienced. Now, on the other hand, you possess the best and most reliable resource and guidance you could ask for, and that is how you feel. The difficulty here and what has held you back most of your life is that you don’t trust yourself, so then you don’t trust how you feel. Please change all that.
Reflection Questions:
- Where are you overthinking instead of trusting what you feel to be true?
- What decision would you make right now if you fully trusted your feelings over your logical analysis?

The most important thing you can do is the thing that is right in front of you. There is no better advice you could offer another than the wisdom gained through your own experience. You all have ideas of what you want to do in your lives or something you want to create. And because it is something you are creating, and you have no valid way of knowing what it will be or if it will turn out as desired, doubt will emerge. The way to move beyond this is to decide to stay in your present moment as you are working on your project. The trepidation you experience in starting is caused by your worrying about the result. The result will be that you evolve, and that is all you wanted.
Reflection Questions:
- What project or idea have you been postponing because you’re worried about the outcome, rather than focusing on the growth it will bring?
- What wisdom from your own experience could you share with others if you stopped doubting its value?

Please throw caution to the wind. Roger wondered why he kept hearing us say that and referring to a time in his life some nineteen years ago. At that time, he was attempting to be creative. He was writing a song for his dying sister-in-law. Because this was so important to him, he held an urgency of doing it quite right. Roger was stymied. We told him to only think about what he wanted to communicate from his heart. When he shifted his thinking in this manner, the song flowed, and to this day, he sees it as one of his proudest works. Roger is embarking on a similar project now, as it is important to him, and he has felt stuck as to how he might begin or fashion his project. The same advice applies here. Find what you want to communicate from your heart first, and fashion your project from that model. Throwing caution to the wind means there is no model for you to follow but your heart.
Reflection Questions:
- What important project or communication have you been overthinking instead of expressing from your heart?
- Where in your life would “throwing caution to the wind” and following your heart create something you’d be proud of?

Your hypocrisy serves no one, and least of all you. We struggled with Roger for quite a while to get him to write those words, as they are somewhat embarrassing for him. But Roger also knows that his “job,” to which we continually refer, is to teach, and you cannot teach what you do not know. Yesterday, Roger held his webinar on life purpose, which we told you would be brilliant, and that it was. During his talks, Roger told the attendees that everything they were given in their lives was meant to serve a purpose. And it would do that when they owned every experience and circumstance of their life and sought to extract the wisdom the event was meant to foster in their lives, and therefore the world…Roger lived a life with more illnesses and physical difficulties than most and has “somehow” managed to move through them, also despite his chronological age. Why would he not speak on this? Now you understand the hypocrisy of which we spoke. You each have it, as does your world, but the good news is your current restructuring is causing you and the world to adjust as Roger is now.
Reflection Questions:
- What wisdom or experience do you possess but haven’t shared because you don’t feel qualified, despite having lived through it?
- Where are you being hypocritical by teaching or advising others about something you’re not fully embodying yourself?

Live your purpose now. We intentionally used every word in that sentence, for we knew it would cause you to read our message. If you have read our messages previously, you have also had those strange experiences where what we said made sense to you in ways you could not explain. We are making this one a bit more direct. We used the word live in the title, for we wanted you to think of it as an action verb. We used the word now, to indicate this moment in your evolutionary journey and the current restructuring of your world. And we used the word purpose, because you have spent a great deal of your life doubting that you had a purpose or that it was significant, and again, that is where you were wrong…
Reflection Questions:
- What aspect of your purpose are you waiting to live instead of embodying right now?
- How has self-doubt about the significance of your purpose kept you from taking action today?

You might be ready to awaken now. If you choose to do so now, it will cause your physical life journey to become far more enjoyable. You are in the process of evolving, ascending, or moving to oneness or whatever term resonates for you. We had said you and your world are in massive restructuring, and we provided guidance through all of our work…All we wanted was for you to thrive and succeed, and you do that by becoming your authentic selves, and now you have a blueprint through Roger. But he, too, must lead, and it will require him to become more public and do what he has avoided, which is to own himself, just like you.
Reflection Questions:
- What part of your authentic self have you been avoiding owning publicly?
- If awakening would make your journey more enjoyable, what’s keeping you from choosing it now?

You are different and the same. That statement is one we have given you repeatedly, but it is also one that you come to understand and accept individually and eventually collectively. It has been the most significant dilemma in your life and world, and you use your consciousness to accept it for yourself, and in that moment, you discover your life purpose, and you can provide that information to others, for that is how you evolve in your life, and then the world follows suit. That awareness comes to you using your linear time, but we are not that restricted and pointed out your hypocrisy three years ago. It is that you are told you hold all power and then simultaneously denied that you possess it. That behavior allows you and your world to remain in chaos, but this restructuring could help you resolve your inner conflict.
Reflection Questions:
- How do you simultaneously claim and deny your own power, and what would change if you fully accepted it?
- In what ways are you both unique and universally connected, and how does accepting this paradox reveal your purpose?

You have the power to move beyond your limitations. They are mere constructs of your mind, and when you embrace them and strive to transcend them, they can become stepping stones in your journey of personal growth. We have always desired your growth and that of your planet, and the message we shared several years ago on this date is here to guide you today. You are not alone in this journey of self-improvement.
Reflection Questions:
- Which mental limitation could become your next stepping stone if you embraced it as an opportunity for growth?
- How would knowing you’re not alone in this journey change your approach to transcending your current limitations?
