It was all in your head

September 16, 2025

It was all in your head. We are using that terminology because it is one that most humans will react to, but we were hoping you could accept it as being true, for that is what it is.

You are the creator of your life and world, but you come to accept that more each day of your life and the existence of your civilization.

We provided guidance on this date so that more of you will understand today.

Reflection Questions:

  1. In what ways have you already experienced being the creator of your own reality, even if you haven’t fully acknowledged it?
  2. What would change in your daily approach to life if you fully accepted that your thoughts and beliefs are actively shaping your world?

Seek peace first in all that you do.

You create your own reality, and in that process, everything you think, do, and say forms a sort of electronic signal that charts your path. When you seek peace first, you are ultimately saying to the Universe that all is in Divine Order, that it all works out for you according to your highest good, and that your safety is always assured.

When you find yourself anxious, hurried, or in fear, you have momentarily forgotten the true nature of your being.

This is exactly how you knew you would live your life, and you knew that you would enjoy it all.

All you need to do now is remember it in your waking, conscious hours.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What specific situations in your life would benefit from approaching them with “peace first” as your guiding principle?
  2. How can you create reminders or practices to help you remember your true nature during moments of anxiety or fear?

It is not possible for you to be in your present moment state of happiness while you hold judgment of anything at all. Your understanding and implementation of this concept is your lifelong goal. When you examine it at its root, the clarity and logic of it become evident.

You are one with all others; therefore, when you are judging another, you are indeed judging some aspect of yourself. When you judge yourself, it is typically with a negative (in your terms) connotation of bad, wrong, or somehow evil. In that very moment, the state of happiness you always seek to experience in your now is lost.

This does not mean that you will not hold preferences, for preferences allow you to define who you desire to be. Judgment halts that process.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What patterns of judgment (toward yourself or others) do you notice most frequently in your daily life?
  2. How can you distinguish between having healthy preferences and falling into judgment that blocks your happiness?

To surrender requires strength and courage. While words carry with them certain feeling tones or have semantics you associate, surrender is one that you would do well to revisit.

You have gained the idea, individually and collectively as a society, that to surrender shows a particular weakness, when in actuality, the opposite can be true for you. When you surrender, you offer no resistance to what shows up in your physical life experience, and therefore allow yourself to gain the valuable wisdom offered by the experience itself. To surrender also means that you trust the integrity of your life experience, and because of that mindset, you will attract all that is for your highest good.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What current situation in your life might benefit from a shift from resistance to surrender?
  2. How can you reframe surrender as an act of strength rather than weakness in your personal context?

The most valuable gift that you possess is that of conscious thought. This does not merely refer to the function of your physical brain, but the operation of your spiritual mind. Because you have conscious thought, it provides you with choice. That free will of choice then allows you to experience your life in any manner you choose.

You may be tempted to think that you are forced to think a particular way because of what occurs in your physical world; however, your conscious thought actually allows you to experience anything anyway you desire because you will interpret or perceive everything based on that conscious thought.

You might think back to past events that seemed horrible to you at the time, but now have no effect. That is conscious thought.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Can you identify a past experience that once felt overwhelming but now serves as a source of wisdom or strength?
  2. What current challenging situation could you approach differently by consciously choosing how you interpret and respond to it?

September 16, 2013

Every physical life experience is unique, perfect, and important to the soul who has that experience, as well as mass consciousness. This is one concept that you and so many others find difficult to comprehend because, by necessity, you have grown up, so to speak, in a physical world based on comparison.

Comparisons in and of themselves are important for they do provide you with a sense of reference or contrast, as you may think of it, but they can also be problematic for you when they hold value judgments. It is not possible for you or any other physical being to measure the value of one life experience as better or worse than another, or more important than another. You would be wise to seek to come to know your own value.

Reflection Questions:

  1. In what areas of your life do you find yourself caught in comparison rather than appreciating your unique journey?
  2. What practices could help you recognize and connect with your inherent value independent of external comparisons?

September 16, 2014

Then you wake up. As you move through your physical life experience and gain more wisdom and knowledge, you will experience certain times when that statement seems applicable. It is as if all of a sudden you see or discover something that you know will cause your life experience to become easier and more fruitful, and you know that it was there all along, but you did not notice it.

When these times do occur, you can also encounter some difficulty if you begin injecting the word should instead of rejoicing. In other words, when you do discover these things, there is a tendency to beat yourself up, so to speak, because you think you should have seen it before. You would do far better to rejoice, become grateful for the new awareness, and take the bull by the horns and go for it.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What recent “wake up” moment or new awareness have you experienced that you could celebrate rather than judge?
  2. How can you cultivate more gratitude for your learning process and timing, even when insights come later than you think they “should” have?

There is indeed a correlation between how you feel and what you are doing. In other words, you came to the physical plane with certain intentions, desires, and goals, and they all were designed to cause you to expand and evolve. When you veer off, as it were, from the plan you intended for yourself, you will allow all manner of signals to be revealed to you to alert you to this fact.

They have been physical ailments, mental and emotional depressions, and at times, inexplicable feelings of not feeling good. This is precisely the emotional guidance system you have studied.

So now this could be seen as a “good” thing because when you notice them, you can seek to know where you have veered off your plan, and how you might get back on.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What physical, mental, or emotional signals might be trying to guide you back toward your authentic path right now?
  2. When you feel most aligned and energized, what activities or ways of being are you engaged in?

Seeking and even receiving acceptance, approval, and praise from others will never truly provide you with what you desire, and that is self-reliance. This has been what can be thought of as a particular problem area of your life.

This has also been confusing because, at times in your life, it appeared that you were being self-reliant by some of the actions you took, and stepping out, so to speak, to seek your independence. Many times, however, your actions were actually an attempt to receive that approval and acceptance from others.

Self-reliance does not mean you do not accept information, criticism, and opinions from others, but it does mean that you filter that through your internal sense of self, and then you experience self-reliance.

Reflection Questions:

  1. In what areas of your life are you still seeking external validation rather than trusting your own inner knowing?
  2. How can you strengthen your ability to filter outside opinions through your own internal wisdom and values?

Every soul has certain objectives or things they desire to accomplish or achieve in their lives, as did you. You might think of it as the adventure you set for yourself before you were born.

Even if you don’t fully accept that premise, when you hold the idea, this will make sense. When you know your objective or what you personally desire to accomplish, then the events, circumstances, situations, and even people who show up in your life begin to make sense.

As you examine your life, you notice that you “allowed” yourself to experience what felt like hardships, lack, illnesses, near-death experiences, so-called accidents, and difficult or challenging people.

It may make sense to you now that your primary objective was to overcome fear. Carry on.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Looking at the major challenges you’ve faced in life, what common thread or growth opportunity do you see running through them?
  2. If your primary objective were to overcome fear, how would this reframe your understanding of past difficulties and current challenges?

This message will be the most powerful one you have written to date, not only for you but for others who decide to accept its content. The details here will be important.

You had a dream thirteen years ago that you recently revisited, actually a few times, and felt there was still something to be extracted from the experience, and you were correct. While all dreams are meant to be interpreted by the individual who receives them, there are some, such as yours, that resonate with others because you are all connected.

In the dream, you were sitting with a group of people who were all leaders of some sort. A question was asked, and you immediately answered, and it felt to you as if you volunteered for something. Then you questioned why you would ever do that, and you wanted to retreat. Then you thought maybe you had made this all up, and you could go back to your old self. Then you also knew that was not possible.

Now, what you volunteered for was to become a leader in your own life, and you, at times, accept this and other times try to take it back, as in the dream. Every soul is faced with these questions, and you each get to decide in each now moment if you will be that leader in your life and live up to that for which you volunteered. We know this was long, but also essential.

Reflection Questions:

  1. In what ways do you find yourself stepping into leadership in your own life, and in what ways do you try to retreat from that responsibility?
  2. What would it look like to fully accept the role of leader in your own life without the desire to go back to your “old self”?

I love myself. Many of you will examine that statement and recognize it as the goal you have been seeking, while at the same time realizing you are not entirely able to mouth those words. You then continually ask yourself why and assume that you are missing something that others have found. Roger would like you to appreciate the great lengths to which he is willing to go in ignoring his pride to deliver this message. He could not utter those words with confidence until recently, and then only momentarily, which is also part of the evolutionary process.

Then we had Roger “mysteriously” hear a recording where the speaker repeated the phrase, “the truth shall set you free.” Now it all makes sense to him, and hopefully will for you. We will now give you what he discovered, which you all can accomplish.

He examined his life experiences, conditions, and circumstances, and decided to believe that they all had meaning and purpose. As he did that, he found both. Then, when he understood that, he could release the judgment he had placed on himself. Then he could appreciate where he is now in his life due to all of those occurrences. Now the truth did set him free, and he could say, finally, “I love myself.” You all can do this.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What specific life experiences or circumstances have you been judging harshly that might actually contain meaning and purpose for your growth?
  2. How would your relationship with yourself change if you truly believed that all of your experiences have contributed to who you are meant to become?

You are growing again. We often say that you have lived before, and each time you do, old habits of limitation are released. You are doing that now. We mean you and the world, as you are all impacted.

Here’s the good news. It is uncomfortable due to the resistance from you, and we mean the collective you, as in the world you observe. What you see is you and others attempting to hold on to your old selves and limitations. What you feel now is the pull to become more of yourself, and that is oddly uncomfortable.

As we said, you have lived before, we have given you this message before, and we want Roger to place it here, as it will be enormously helpful for him, and hopefully you as well, throughout this day.

June 13, 2014 You do indeed experience what might be considered growing pains. These are not of a physical nature as you may have thought, but they are of a spiritual nature. Growing pains are merely a metaphor, meaning that you become uncomfortable, slightly disoriented, and feel a bit out of sorts, as it were. This is because you gain more wisdom, knowledge, awareness, and come to know and own who you truly are, which moves you into unknown territory.

The entire process is helpful, though, because if you did not have those growing pains, you would not know you had accomplished anything at all. Roger noticed yesterday that he perceived what might be a negative comment about himself, and noticed it had absolutely no effect. Even that experience was new, uncomfortable in a sense, and an excellent reason for having growing pains.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What “growing pains” or discomfort are you currently experiencing that might actually be signs of positive spiritual evolution?
  2. How can you embrace the discomfort of growth rather than resisting it or trying to return to old, familiar limitations?

Your dream can be bigger now. What we mean by that statement is you have lived enough life at this point to have discovered that dream you came into the world with, and now, due to the perfect timing of this current restructuring, you have garnered enough wisdom and courage that you can finally own who you are.

We know we are speaking to you, for our intention was always to attract you to our words at this time. If we touch a part of you willing to let go of your resistance to being that powerful being you know exists within, you will fulfill your original goal of making a difference in your life and the world.

We know some of this might be challenging for some to accept, but then there is you, who have known what was within you or imagined might be within you, and that is now ready to mature and blossom, for as you might have noticed, the world does need you.

We are speaking on the same subject we have talked about with all of you. That is your evolutionary journey. We told you last Sunday that this is your most crucial lifetime, and you will come to understand more this Sunday, but our methods will make sense, precisely as will your life, experiences, and dreams, which also will be realized. You will be fine.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What is the bigger dream that’s calling to you now, and what resistance do you still feel toward fully embracing it?
  2. In what specific ways do you sense that the world needs the unique contribution only you can make?

September 16, 2022

You seem to be on board now. What we mean is some of you have made sense of the messages we provided in 2012, and you appreciate the synchronicity we used with the dates, and today is no exception.

You might even understand what our work is all about. We wanted you to become your courageous self during this time of transition.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How has your understanding of courage evolved over recent years, and where do you see yourself being called to be more courageous now?
  2. What synchronicities or meaningful coincidences have you noticed in your life that might be guiding you toward greater alignment?

September 16, 2023

You hold all power. We would like you to study the definition of the word power and apply all the meanings given to your life and world. Then, break that definition down into thoughts. Now, please think of the quality of your thoughts and the energy they activate in your life and world.

We will give you the message we provided in 2012 as we began guiding you through your restructuring or the planetary ascension. As you do so, you will understand that there is no power greater than love, and you hold that awareness and knowledge, and we are reminding you.

The more of you who remember now, the better your life and world will become because it is all in your hands.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How do you currently understand and exercise your personal power, and how might this understanding be limited or incomplete?
  2. In what practical ways can you align your thoughts and actions more closely with the power of love in your daily life?

September 16, 2024

Your conscious thought will be more helpful today. We are stating it in that manner because many times you do not pay attention to the thoughts you have been holding and then become surprised by the results that manifest in your life.

The message we gave you in 2012 is the one we would like you to absorb before your coming full moon. We want you to take full advantage, for you deserve the riches your life experiences have yielded.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What recurring thought patterns have you been unconsciously holding that might be creating unwanted results in your life?
  2. How can you become more intentional about directing your conscious thought toward what you truly desire to create and experience?
