Message: You each have so much to give now. We are referring to our message from last year on this date and hope that more of you share our sentiment, including our messenger.
You have been encouraged to evolve more during this restructuring, but its impact will only be felt by you individually and collectively when you take ownership of your contribution.
At times, it can be challenging, as you may not be sure what it will be, but you will see what we have given you through our messenger today.
Reflection Questions:
- What unique contribution do you feel called to make in this time of global restructuring, even if you’re not entirely sure what it looks like yet?
- How might taking fuller ownership of your gifts and abilities change both your personal experience and your impact on the collective?

Message: You are not your body, things, possessions, work, or money.
You have spent a great deal of your life trying to find your identity there, and in actuality, you set out to experience your spiritual being through very physical means.
You desired to know your abilities, gifts, and joy, and you may at times use the things of your physical world to experience them, but in the end, when they are taken away, you are still you.
This is the truth you desired, and you find it when you simply exercise your innate abilities to create it.
You will have difficulty when you have them confused.
Seek to simply experience your abilities, for that was your goal.
Reflection Questions:
- In what areas of your life have you been seeking identity through external things rather than recognizing your inherent spiritual nature?
- What innate abilities do you possess that remain constant regardless of your external circumstances?

Message: There is nothing in your life experience that you deem to be a problem, challenge, or obstacle that does not also hold the solution. All you ever need to do is allow the solution to come to you.
This is part of that very process of expansion. The duality that exists in all these situations and circumstances is there to allow you to continue that same expansion. Your difficulty has been that very early on in your life, you learned restriction and limitation. This was purposeful, for you would not come to experience freedom and being unlimited without them.
When you embrace those problems, challenges, and obstacles with the mindset that they are only there to assist you on your journey, that is precisely what they will accomplish. You create your own reality in this very moment of now.
Reflection Questions:
- What current challenge in your life might actually contain the seeds of its own solution, and how can you shift your perspective to see it as an opportunity for expansion?
- How have past limitations or restrictions in your life actually prepared you to experience greater freedom and possibility?

Message: Death does not exist in any form. The word or term itself is merely something your collective society has made up to try to define transition or change. Unfortunately, because you are so oriented to your physical world in this moment of now, you have come to define that term as something detrimental, which could not be further from the truth of it.
You requested a constant state of death, if you will, for in that manner, you continually discover and find something new, and that is always expansion. Even your changes in your physical surroundings, friends, and circumstances could be considered constant deaths, for they always do change; however, you do not seem to fear those as much as you do the death of the physical body.
Simply re-frame your thinking on this subject, and you’ll embrace it more.
Reflection Questions:
- How might viewing life’s transitions and changes as forms of rebirth rather than endings shift your relationship with uncertainty?
- What aspects of your current life are you ready to let “die” or transform in order to discover something new about yourself?
July 8, 2011
Message: The unforgiveness you hold toward another is a reflection of the unforgiveness you hold against yourself. While the situation that arises that causes you to experience that unforgiveness may not be exactly the same, rest assured that your reaction to it is always an indication of the lack of forgiveness you have yet to give yourself.
You are all one, and had an agreement when you came upon the physical plane to enable each other to expand through your examples and demonstrations of certain behavior. While you may argue that another has done something that you simply cannot forgive, you will also come to know that there are no mistakes; therefore, in true awareness, forgiveness is not necessary.
Reflection Questions:
- What unforgiveness you hold toward others might be revealing areas where you need to extend compassion and forgiveness to yourself?
- How might viewing difficult people in your life as teachers who agreed to help you expand change your relationship with them?
July 8, 2012
Message: If you were to continually focus on what you can give, you would never want for anything at all. When you take into consideration that you create your own reality, this concept will become much easier for you to accept.
The idea itself simply follows Universal Law, and it is not possible for you to change it. When you are focusing on what you can give, you are affirming your own worth and abundance. The moment you shift your thinking to what you might get, you are affirming lack and therefore creating more of the same in your experience.
The real you has more than enough to give.
Reflection Questions:
- How does your life experience change when you shift from asking “What can I get?” to “What can I give?”
- What abundance do you already possess that you could share more freely with others?
July 8, 2013
Message: Clarity always shows up for you eventually. It is important for you to understand this point because you have developed a habit that can be thought of as beating yourself up, so to speak, because clarity arrives, and you feel you should have known it earlier.
First of all, the mere use of the word “should” will tell you that you are operating from a false belief. Secondly, the entire process of expansion means that you come to understand things and gain more wisdom and knowledge as you have various experiences, which all lead to that clarity.
When the clarity does show up, that indeed is a cause for your acknowledgment and celebration. When you perform those acts, you call forth more of that clarity, for you know it exists, and because you create your own reality, that will be the case for you. Now you can move on.
Reflection Questions:
- How can you celebrate the clarity that comes to you rather than judging yourself for not having it sooner?
- What “should” statements in your thinking might be preventing you from appreciating your natural learning and expansion process?
July 8, 2014
Message: Every difficulty that you experience throughout your physical life experience is based in fear. You may attempt to find exceptions to that statement, and you will not find them.
You can think of your road to expansion, then, as the process of overcoming fear. You have known this on an intellectual level for some time, but often neglect to apply it to all difficulties in your life, even the mundane ones.
The biggest irony is that your goal is to fully be yourself, and the only difficulty you experience there is also based in fear. You fear being judged or rejected, and even think you might die from the entire process. Even the fear of your own death never happens.
Now decide to use this information for your benefit by deciding to notice the fear, and then make a conscious decision to do anything in your power to overcome it.
Reflection Questions:
- What current difficulty in your life can you trace back to its root fear, and how might addressing that fear transform the situation?
- In what ways do you hold yourself back from being fully authentic due to fear of judgment or rejection?
July 8, 2015
Message: Self-sufficiency is indeed a goal that you have because it can only be achieved, realized, and felt by you in your own process of evolving. It seems to you that there have been many times in your life where it felt as if things were being taken away from you or they never materialized in the first place, and that was precisely so that you would get busy, so to speak, and experience your ability to achieve self-sufficiency.
It is almost as if you use those prior periods as motivation to go deeper into yourself and find your creative richness, and through that experience, come to know, appreciate, and finally accept your own worth. It is not that you do not need others, but you do desire to know intrinsic self-sufficiency.
Reflection Questions:
- How have past experiences of loss or disappointment actually pushed you to discover inner resources and creative abilities you didn’t know you had?
- What is the difference between healthy self-sufficiency and isolation, and how can you cultivate the former while remaining connected to others?
July 8, 2016
Message: When you understand momentum and then decide to use it, you will have gained the ability to change your life and help change your world.
Momentum is the collection or accumulation of a particular type of energy. That energy then gains or builds power and force by how much of that type of energy is added to it.
You individually and collectively add to any particular type of energy by the thoughts you hold, the words you speak, and the actions you take. This applies to every area of your life and your world.
You can attempt a simple experiment to prove it to yourself. You desire more money, so decide to carry much more money with you than you normally would. Then, over a period of time, because you have the energy of money, as you know you have it, more will be created by momentum. You do this with everything.
Reflection Questions:
- What type of energy or momentum are you currently building in your life through your thoughts, words, and actions?
- How could you consciously create positive momentum in an area where you desire change by aligning your energy with that desired outcome?

Message: The next step is always the most difficult. That sentence is meant to make you aware of a very natural phenomenon involved in any manner of creation, progress, expansion, or evolving.
To help you understand this, think back to your studies in school or history. You would study explorers who would feel inspired to discover new worlds. They had no idea what they would find, but the excitement of all those possibilities was their motivating factor.
They also knew there would be a lot of fear and trepidation because they were moving into something unknown. The prospect of what they might find became much bigger than their fear, so they ventured on.
You are now grateful for their courage and persistence because it has revealed to you new worlds today. You stand in the shoes of those great explorers now. Carry on.
Reflection Questions:
- What “next step” in your life feels most difficult right now, and how can you let your excitement about possibilities become bigger than your fear?
- How might viewing yourself as an explorer discovering new territories of your own potential change your relationship with uncertainty?
July 8, 2018
Message: You and others would do well to allow yourselves enough time to absorb this message fully, as the reward will be worth your effort.
Examine the next sentence. You wanted to forgive yourself. Every word was intentionally used. You wanted forgiveness, but it was not necessary because you never did anything wrong; however your thoughts that you had, caused consequences to show up in your life, only as a result of your thinking.
You allow others to come into your life to facilitate your expansion or help you to evolve. Many times, you don’t know why they are there, but it is revealed to you when you are ready and able to acknowledge that purpose.
You allowed another into your life to whom you could offer forgiveness because you wanted to provide it to yourself, but that was a bit difficult. The good news is, whatever you offer to another, you offer to yourself. You accomplished your mission.
Reflection Questions:
- How might recognizing that you’ve never actually done anything “wrong” change your relationship with guilt and self-criticism?
- What person in your life who has been difficult to forgive might actually be there to help you learn to forgive yourself?
July 8, 2019
Message: You know what to do, but won’t do whatever that might be. You all have found yourselves in these situations, and you would do well to question why, which you are doing now. You even know the answer before the question, but don’t want to answer. It always comes back to this scenario.
You see what you want, which at the same time, think that pursuing it will take you out of your well-known, by now, comfort zone, and throw you into an unknown reality that you fear, and at times, you even question if you want that goal. You question this because you think you might not achieve or accomplish what you want. But now you have enough awareness to see through all these illusions, but that doesn’t necessarily make it easier. The good news now is that your desire for what you want is becoming larger and stronger than your fear of having it. You will now do what you know to do.
Reflection Questions:
- What do you know you need to do but have been avoiding, and what fears are keeping you from taking action?
- How can you nurture your desire for growth until it becomes stronger than your fear of leaving your comfort zone?

Message: You are a teacher responsible for the condition of your world today. Yes, we mean you… [Extended message about Roger’s journey and purpose]
When you decide your life has meaning and value, and you become willing to share it with the world, you will fulfill your role as a teacher, and your world will experience great healing. Now it will do that regardless, but how quickly will be up to you.
Reflection Questions:
- In what ways are you already a teacher to others, even if you don’t formally recognize yourself in that role?
- How might fully believing in the meaning and value of your life experiences change how you show up in the world?
July 8, 2021
Message: Don’t give up this time. Yes, we are speaking to you, or you would not be reading this message at this particular time in your world’s history… [Extended message about not giving up during the restructuring]
We are reminding you all that your role now is essential, and the only person who can actualize it is you, and you each decided in your own way that this restructuring would be the time if you don’t give up. You will be fine.
Reflection Questions:
- What dreams or purposes have you given up on in the past that might be calling you back during this time of global change?
- How can you maintain faith in your essential role during times when you feel small or insignificant?
July 8, 2022
Message: You always win. Today, we are referring to your collective, you, or your world. You exist in the physical world at this time because you want to evolve and help your world accomplish that task. You will achieve both tasks by being willing to embrace every aspect of who you are.
Everything we have given you was to help you on your journey, for we knew you might observe the conditions in your world and falsely believe things are falling apart, and they are not. You are coming together…
Reflection Questions:
- How can you maintain perspective that “you always win” even when external circumstances appear chaotic or challenging?
- What aspects of yourself have you been reluctant to embrace that might be essential for your evolution and service to the world?
July 8, 2023
Message: No one is more powerful than you. And you are no more powerful than anyone else. That is the awareness you are attempting to awaken to, and it is the same one your planet wants to achieve now. The achievement of that goal can only come through you.
Power is a state of mind or consciousness, for that is the only place it exists, and the only way you manifest the life you want is to access your power through continually raising your awareness…
Reflection Questions:
- How does understanding that everyone holds equal power change your relationship with both authority figures and those you might perceive as less powerful?
- What would it look like to fully own your personal power while simultaneously honoring the equal power in others?
July 8, 2024
Message: You have so much to give now. We say that because you have evolved. A part of your life journey is to recognize what you have gained and become grateful for that. Then, you manifest the life you want and aid your world in its restructuring, as you do for yourself.
We provided a message several years ago that you will understand and utilize today. You may not have known how much you have to give, but now you will. Visit 2012.
Reflection Questions:
- What have you gained through your life experiences that you might now be ready to share with others?
- How has your personal evolution prepared you to contribute to the positive transformation of the world around you?
