You are always innocent until proven guilty by you. There are rules and laws of your physical world which you make a collective agreement to abide by. When you stray from those, there may be consequences of those actions but, again, in your physical world. What does have more consequences for you are the judgments, blame and guilt you have placed on yourself with your very own thoughts about the nature of your being and how you perceive your behavior. When your own thoughts have labeled you as “wrong” in some manner, you set up a resistance to being, doing and having what you truly desire in your life. Now you will more fully understand why forgiveness of yourself and others is one of the most beneficial things you can do, for in that moment, you acknowledge your innate innocence. You are always doing the best you know how at the moment in your effort to “be” the real you, nothing more. Anything else you think about that process is made up by you and can just as easily be undone by you.

  • In what areas of your life have you been judging yourself harshly?
  • How has self-judgment created resistance to what you desire?
  • What would change if you fully embraced that you’re always doing your best in each moment?
  • What is one act of self-forgiveness you could practice today?

Mistake, accident and coincidence are labels you place upon particular events and situations of your life experience where you have yet come to understand their purpose and value.

You do not live in a random universe. All things that come to you give you the opportunity to use your free will of choice to decide the purpose and value of those very events and circumstances. Your decision, in your moment of now, will determine your future “nows”, simply because you create your own reality.

You may decide that your state of lack of something means things are being held back from you, or you are somehow undeserving. Or you may decide your state of lack of something is simply your opportunity to fully experience the true nature of your being, which is magnificently abundant. Only you can make that decision.

Reflection Questions:

  • What recent “coincidence” in your life might have deeper meaning?
  • How have you interpreted experiences of “lack” in your life?
  • In what ways could you reframe challenges as opportunities?
  • How might your perception of events be shaping your future experiences?

Assimilation of anything that you do, think, or become in your physical world is accomplished through repetition. It is important for you to understand this so that you may utilize all that is available for you effectively.

One area that you would do well to practice this very repetition is in the knowing that everything you desire comes to you, and not the other way around. In other words, you attract into your life experience what your desire through your attention to it. Therefore, if your focused attention is placed on what you do not have, then it would stand to reason that you simply attract more of that. If your focused attention is on what you do have, and expanded, if you will, with appreciation and gratitude for that, then you attract more of the same. It need not be more complicated than that.

Reflection Questions:

  • What thoughts are you consistently repeating throughout your day?
  • Where is your attention most frequently focused—on what you have or what you lack?
  • What practice could you implement to consistently direct your attention toward what you desire?
  • How might your life change if gratitude became your default response?

You can never be too big. The word grandiose usually carries a somewhat “negative” connotation, if you will. You have on some level accepted part of that belief, and thereby limit to a certain degree what you intended to accomplish on your physical life journey. The bigger you allow yourself to become, the greater contribution you make to not only yourself, but to all others.

Your example of what can be done or accomplished, can also be used by others just as you have used examples of others to inspire your self. On that note, you may also recognize that because of that previously held belief, you do not allow yourself to even begin to think big enough. You can do it now.

  • In what ways have you limited your thinking about what’s possible for you?
  • What would “thinking bigger” look like in your life right now?
  • Who might benefit if you allowed yourself to fully express your greatness?
  • What fear arises when you consider expanding beyond your current boundaries?

You always receive that for which you ask, however the form in which it manifests may be quite different from what you had previously thought. Many times you are focused on the specific form you expected to manifest, and therefore do not notice you have received your desire; and because of this you are not able to express your gratitude which would cause even more of that to manifest.

All of this is to say that you would do well to broaden your vision, thinking and flexibility. When you do this, you will begin to notice all those manifestations of precisely that which you desired has miraculously been delivered.

  • What desires have you been holding that may have already manifested in unexpected ways?
  • How might your attachment to specific outcomes be limiting your awareness?
  • In what areas of life could you benefit from greater flexibility?
  • What unexpected gifts in your life deserve acknowledgment?

Gratitude accelerates your expansion. While you have often entertained the idea of practicing gratitude, you would do well to understand why it can impact your physical life experience in this manner.

When you are in the process of practicing gratitude, you are seeking to acknowledge those things in your experience for which you are grateful. This can be thought of as a gathering of energy. Energy is the force that causes creation, or moves you in a particular direction. It is not possible for you to go in two directions at once. Therefore when you are using gratitude, you are placing that energy on things with which your are pleased and creating more of the same.

As you apply your logical thinking to this concept, you understand its importance on a deeper level.

  • How does the idea of gratitude as “gathering energy” resonate with you?
  • What happens energetically when you focus on complaints versus appreciation?
  • What three things could you express deeper gratitude for today?
  • How might intentional gratitude practice redirect your creative energy?

The one minute rule is when you decide to consciously experience your life one minute at a time. This is how you live your life, but deciding to do it consciously allows you to accomplish so much more.

It will bring you into your moment of now where you find your joy. It will help you stop worrying about your future or regretting any aspect of your past. The additional benefit of this process is that you are better able to harness, direct, and purposefully use your energy to create the life of your dreams.

Everything that you have always desired to do will become much easier for you when you use the one minute rule. Those difficult tasks, challenges or changes you desire to make are all done one minute at a time, so decide to be aware of it.

  • What would change if you approached this day one conscious minute at a time?
  • In what situations do you find it most difficult to stay present?
  • How might the “one minute rule” transform a challenging task you’re facing?
  • What joy might be available to you in this very minute that you’ve been missing?

Another great milestone for you, so to speak, is when you notice that you have become comfortable with embarrassment. This is another sure indication that you are on the road to expansion that you sought.

This means that you are comfortable in your own skin because you have recognized that when you experience those moments of embarrassment it means there is something you do not know and that you are open and willing to gain that information and wisdom. It means that any form of shame never serves you and only causes you to pretend you are something you are not or that you have information you have yet to possess. You never thought embracing embarrassment could also feel good.

  • What was the last situation where you felt embarrassed, and what might it have been teaching you?
  • How has the fear of embarrassment limited your growth?
  • In what ways do you pretend to know more than you do to avoid embarrassment?
  • How might embracing your “not knowing” lead to greater authenticity?

Your entire life is a quest for understanding. This is true for you and everyone else. When you come to fully understand this and others do the same, you come to realize that this is the only path to real world peace or any semblance of that.

Your quest for understanding is about understanding your world, but also and maybe more important for you to realize is you seek understanding from others of yourself. That is the only acceptance that exists and that is real.

You also realize that more of your biggest experiences of regret are when you come to understand that you did not offer your understanding to another. The greatest gift you can offer another is that understanding, and when you do that you will receive the same. You are making great strides in this area.

  • When have you felt truly understood by another person? How did it affect you?
  • Who in your life might be seeking your deeper understanding right now?
  • What judgment could you suspend in order to better understand someone else?
  • How might seeking to understand rather than to be right transform your relationships?

There is only one problem that still exists for you in your life. There is only one challenge that still exists in your life you have continually worked to overcome. There is only one obstacle that ever existed in your thinking, and because of that, it prevented you from recognizing the one problem in the first place. There is one solution that you have always offered to others which would also solve your problem, yet you missed recognizing it in yourself while attempting to instill it in others.

You have been given certain clues along the path of your life that if you had been able to notice them, you would have been alerted to that one problem that still exists. That one problem is a lack of belief in yourself.

Reflection Questions:

  • How does lack of self-belief manifest in your daily decisions?
  • What advice do you readily give to others that you struggle to apply to yourself?
  • What evidence in your life contradicts your self-doubt?
  • What one small action could you take today as an act of self-belief?

You experienced the greatest joy ever, and your story will help all others. You held a thought about a particular word. Then you searched that word within texts you had written. The search did not reveal that specific word, but it led you to information which you recognized readily was indeed what you desired. Now you know how life works.

You could not explain how the entire event occurred, but you also realized that you did not need to explain it to anyone else. Now that is the experience of certainty which you sought, and that is the greatest joy ever.

Reflection Questions:

  • When have you experienced synchronicity that led to exactly what you needed?
  • How comfortable are you with unexplainable yet meaningful experiences?
  • What inner knowing have you dismissed because you couldn’t logically explain it?
  • How might trusting your inner guidance bring more joy into your life?

What would Jesus do? You have attempted to avoid writing this message for quite a while, but today, we would not allow that to happen because it is what you wanted to acknowledge and accept finally.

Today you were faced with making a decision, and that decision was only about an interpretation that you might have on your current life situations. The type of judgment you would make is the one you knew Jesus would make. But you felt the imagined judgment you assumed others would have about your choice. Now you see the struggle you have experienced and attempted to ignore your entire life.

Please acknowledge this part of your experience and share it with others. We led you to a video several times during the last year. You even referred it to others but didn’t fully appreciate its value until today as we had it “miraculously” play in a loop so you would have to place blinders on to not see it. You have done that in your life, as do all others.

Now we will make a bold, true statement. As you and others study and accept this message at its core, you will have everything you want.

  • When have you made choices based on others’ judgments rather than your inner truth?
  • What message or guidance have you been avoiding or ignoring?
  • How might you be “putting blinders on” to insights that could transform your life?
  • What would choosing from your highest wisdom rather than fear look like today?

You cannot go back to who you used to be and be happy. We are speaking to you personally, and your world at large. What is occurring now is a total transformation in each of you and the world. We told you yesterday that Roger would experience significant benefit from his presentation, and that occurred in innumerable ways.

First of all, Roger felt as if he had his voice finally, and it was an exhilarating feeling. Then he spoke to a friend who told him they did not believe in his work and wondered where the money was from what he had done. This problem has been a life long one for Roger, and many of you. You all will confront this during these times. Roger thought we had given him this message previously, and he searched to find it, and could not find that exact title. The message we will post will explain why.

  • In what ways are you trying to go back to a former version of yourself?
  • What transformation are you currently resisting?
  • Where in your life have you finally found your voice?
  • How do you respond when others don’t believe in your path?

How to be happy again. We said again because you will all come to know that either in this lifetime of after, we promise. It took a while for this message to flow from Roger, but not for the usual reasons. Typically he is resistant to receiving information, but this time he is receiving so much he is attempting to organize it in terms you will understand.

First of all, this morning, we directed him to search our message for the phrase, “you can’t go back.” As Roger performed the search, he was surprised to find how many times we have spoken on this topic. We have done that because each of you does not always accept that you are in a continual state of evolving, so you don’t come to a new awareness of who you are. Now because you have become accustomed to your known experiences of who you thought you were, and you fear the unknown, you set up difficult situations in your lives to cause you to seek comfort. So what you come to understand is that you are only ever unhappy when you are refusing to be who you are. That is what Roger did, and due to that, he can give you the path to happiness. Ready?

Listen to your inner voice and decide to believe it. Let go of the opinions of others or any comparison to others. Do not value yourself in any physical measurements such as money or possessions. Then finally, decide that it is much too uncomfortable to do anything else, and you are determined to be happy.

  • How do the opinions of others influence your decisions?
  • In what ways do you measure your worth through external things?

You were not meant to know who you are until now. This message is intended for every person, although many may reject it in an attempt to continue to feel safe in their current reality. We will have it make sense.

We have said you are moving through a massive restructuring, and you would not be alive now unless you intended to actualize another part of your being during this time. You are born to evolve, and your role in the process, while different from everyone else, is essential to the evolution of all that is.

Yesterday Roger was working on a promotion with another company, and it is something he has not done before, so it wasn’t very safe. Roger tortured himself about this to the point where he could do nothing else last night as he felt he should have known what to do. That last sentence is one that each of you may use to hold yourselves back from becoming who you intended.

This morning Roger discovered his fears were unfounded, as they always are for each of you. He has plenty of time, and with that awareness, we led him to something we have in his program, and we have written about it here several times, and that is, your point of power is in the present. You cannot accomplish what you desire in your life if you are depleting your available resources and energy attempting to change anything that occurred outside of this moment of now. You can, however, use what you learned from your past to create your new future.

We then led Roger to a video of a writer he had not known who wrote under a pseudonym as Roger does. Still, this guy lived more than a hundred years ago but wrote much of what Roger has in his program and lived a life path quite similar to Roger’s and noted that he did so and became quite successful living from the principles he developed.

You each are to do that now, which is why you wanted this restructuring, and you will be fine.

  • What part of yourself are you now ready to actualize?
  • How does the belief that “you should already know” hold you back?
  • Where are you depleting energy by trying to change the past?
  • What principles could guide your unique contribution during this time of change?

Self-acceptance was your only goal. You each are born with the ability and talent to manifest anything you desire. But the problem you encounter along your journey is a fundamental lack of self-acceptance.

You each hold different levels of that self-acceptance depending on various factors, but they have to do with what you wanted to accomplish on your physical life journey, which we will now explain in greater detail.

In our program, “Your Life Operation Instructions,” we set the primary goal you would achieve to be total self-acceptance. The only challenge we faced was your and Roger’s belief. But now we have that, for he reached complete self-acceptance even though it took us a while, which is also a natural progression you each experience.

Last night we had Roger listen to a video discussion of two other coaches in an association where he is a member. They discussed their disappointment with the many programs they have either created or participated in and did not receive whatever the promised results were. As Roger listened and the coaches discussed all the problems, he discovered ours did not encounter those, and all the participants received the desired results, which shocked even Roger. None of you know what you possess until you become willing to find out.

Our program worked and why Roger could wake up and feel total self-acceptance because we began at the cause rather than the effects you experience in your lives. The cause is always in your thinking. You only change anything when you change your thinking, and that begins with the cause, and that is you. It also required time.

Roger did not know this until he put the program together and could review what we gave you in 2012 that was challenging for him to accept as you each have difficulty accepting the gifts you were given at birth.

We will explain more, leading to our live conversation Saturday. But in the meantime, study what we gave you at the very beginning of our program. Roger could not have known the truth of this until today. You will accept yourself at the time that is right for you. You will be fine.

  • What gifts were you given at birth that you struggle to fully accept?
  • How has focusing on effects rather than causes kept you from self-acceptance?
  • What one aspect of yourself could you practice accepting more fully today?

You are continually “working on” your very own self-acceptance. The term working on is being used so that you might gain the idea that it is something in which you put forth the effort. It does not always feel like fun, but in the end pays you great dividends.

As you begin to look at this concept, you should also come to the realization that your judgment or thinking that you should “be there” already, or should have met this goal, is useless and absurd. It should also give you the idea that you never get it done, and it was precisely your reason and the intention for having a physical life experience.

You could do nothing better than continually looking in a mirror until you find self-acceptance.

  • What if self-acceptance is a lifelong journey rather than a destination?
  • What do you see when you look in the mirror—literally and figuratively?

You didn’t know who you could become. None of you know that when you are born, but it emerges as you live. It is then up to you to embrace what appears because you each have a divine plan and a gift within to develop and offer yourself and the world. We guided you on this date in 2012 when we wanted you to understand and accept this transition. You are meant to bring in your new earth, which is the guidance we provided and why we gave you further advice in our live talk yesterday. We want you to thrive.
