When you desire to change or relinquish any particular habit, way of thinking or behavior, it is counter productive to rail against the thing you desire to change or relinquish, for in that moment, you have fertilized its growth by your very attention. You are always making choices of what you desire to be, do and have based on the ever evolving vision of who and what you desire to be and become. You are seeking awareness and that awareness arises through your experiences which offer you choices. It would be much more beneficial to decide first what you will gain from your new choices and how they will facilitate your very own becoming. The unwanted, undesirable things, whatever they may be, will fall away of their own accord for you have not given them your attention and you no longer have need for them.
Your journey is always made lighter when you have clarity of where you desire to go. None of it was meant to be a struggle.

- What am I currently struggling against that I could release my attention from?
- What positive outcomes am I seeking through the changes I want to make?
- Where do I desire to go in my journey, and how clear is that vision to me now?

Your physical life experience is a journey you decided to take so that you could continually evolve and expand in order to return home being the highest version of yourself possible.
You are an eternal being who decided many times to take this journey, and each time with your own individual set of circumstances and events, that you knew would help you with your intended goal. Every other physical being does this, and they all add to that collective progression and expansion. There is no one individual journey more or less important than the other. You will always underestimate your particular contribution to this, for that was your purposeful forgetfulness as you arrived, for you knew that re-membering, or putting back together the true nature of your being is indeed evolvement.
Simply view everything that comes into your life experience as something you ordered up, so to speak, to become more.

- In what ways might I be underestimating my contribution to collective progress?
- What recent challenges can I reframe as opportunities I “ordered up” for growth?

You navigate your way through, come to know and experience your physical world internally. It is important that you understand the difference, for many times you become distracted by and react to what appears in your physical world and thereby give up your ability to control how you experience all of it internally.
Your internal world is all that is ever real, and this may also be known and thought of by yous as your Spirit. Your Spirit is eternal and all that exists. Your physical world is composed, so to speak, of mere illusions that you use to experience your internal world, or again, your Spirit.
When you seek to understand this more completely, you also help to eliminate the importance you place on the physical, and also the stress you create attempting to control it.

- When was the last time I reacted to external circumstances instead of choosing my internal response?
- What aspects of my physical world am I stressing about trying to control?
- How might focusing on my internal experience change my relationship with external challenges?

Regret is what you experience when you have yet to gain the awareness of the meaning and purpose of whatever it is you are feeling the regret about. This is not to be confused with having a conscience. You have that very conscience as your own personal guidance system that you know is leading you to the person you desire to be by everything you do, think, and say.
In this instance, you do understand that the process itself will involve self examination, but regret would entail some form of self judgment. When you are able to release that judgment, you release the regret, and then are able to receive the awareness, wisdom, and information you sought.

- What regrets am I holding onto that may be blocking my awareness or growth?
- How is my conscience guiding me toward the person I desire to be?
- Where can I release self-judgment to gain deeper wisdom and understanding?

Every bad thing is a good thing in disguise. Many subjective words are being used here in order that you might gain a deeper understanding of this premise. This particular premise is one of the most difficult for you and many others to accept, because as you are going through what you consider to be the bad thing, your vision is impaired and your foresight is hindered.
You most times come to realize this later, and that knowledge should help you to know the truth of the concept. This refers to your personal life or reality, as well as your world at large.
Every bad thing brings greater awareness, wisdom, knowledge and experience. Experience is all you ever seek, for that enables you to expand.

- What current challenge might actually be a blessing in disguise?
- When have I previously experienced something “bad” that later revealed its gift?
- How has my vision been impaired during difficult times, and how might I see more clearly now?

Focused attention is one of the most powerful tools that you possess, and when you decide to use it effectively, you can cause whatever that focused attention is upon to become more. It is a simple matter of energy. Energy is that force that causes anything physical to become more or expand.
You can think of it as deliberately using your energy in one direction to cause an aspect of your life to grow. This is something you continually do, but many times it is a bit scattered for you so it looses its effectiveness.
Your focused attention can then really only be used for your benefit when you also decide that you will live in your moment of now. You were born with the innate ability to do anything at all, but it comes to fruition when you use focused attention.

- Where is my attention currently scattered, and how might I focus it more effectively?
- What aspect of my life would benefit most from my focused attention right now?
- How can I become more present in the “now” to harness my focused attention?

If your intention during your physical life experience is to expand, then you need become willing to think bigger as well as practice thinking bigger. You become hypnotized, if you will, with your current life or where you are now, and because that is all you choose to see, you keep creating more of the same.
You also find a sort of safety net within your current life that keeps you bound and holding the belief that you are comfortable. You never intended to only be or stay comfortable, and you knew that in order to evolve and expand you needed to risk more and actually embrace feeling uncomfortable, knowing that it is leading you to your desired destination.
Your thoughts and beliefs are what create your experience, so make them bigger.

- In what ways have I become “hypnotized” by my current circumstances?
- What comfort zones am I clinging to that might be limiting my expansion?
- How can I practice “thinking bigger” about one specific area of my life today?

While you may think you have many different goals throughout your physical life experience in actuality you only have one, and that is to experience being fully you. You were born with everything in place to accomplish this but it is all hidden from you, so to speak, and you then spend the rest of your life remembering this, or putting it all back together.
You only experience complete freedom in any aspect when you embrace and become fully you. In order to accomplish this and no longer be afraid of it, you must acknowledge that the true nature of your being or how you were born was as a benevolent being. When you accept that you know that you do not do anything intentionally to hurt or harm yourself or another and then you can fulfill your one goal. Think on this.

- How might acknowledging my inherently benevolent nature change how I see myself?
- In what situations do I feel most “fully me,” and what can I learn from those moments?

You always maintain what can be thought of as ultimate control over your life experience. Now there are many times during your life when it seems to you that others exert some manner of control over you, and that is merely because you have agreed to be under that temporary control.
This is how you maintain an orderly society. You will give control over your life to those you place in certain positions, law enforcement, political figures, gurus, and the like. This causes you to forget who maintains that ultimate control, and that is always you.
You can even think of extreme situations such as being imprisoned, and yet even in that scenario you still maintain ultimate control. The reason all of this is true is because ultimate control always exists in your thinking when you decide to claim it.

- In what areas of my life have I given away my control to others?
- How might I reclaim ultimate control through my thinking in challenging situations?
- What beliefs do I hold that make me feel powerless, and how can I transform them?

You will never have the experience of true happiness as long as you believe that experience is dependent on the actions of anyone else. When you first read that sentence, it might have felt to you to be a dire state of existence until you understand that the full acceptance of it is also your personal pathway to the experience of true happiness in your life.
What you have done in the past is set up certain conditions that you felt needed to exist in order for you to experience happiness. You do this with everything in your life, but it is far easier for you to recognize this behavior when you apply it to others in your life. When someone behaves or acts in a manner you desire, then you experience happiness. Now you understand the self-imposed prison you have created.

- What conditions have I set that I believe must be met before I can be happy?
- How have I made my happiness dependent on others’ actions or behaviors?
- What would it look like to choose happiness independently of external circumstances?

There is a very prevalent notion in your world now that says how beneficial it might be to say yes to things. That is true to a degree for it would indicate a possible emergence of fearlessness on your part or new found courage.
There is a balance, however, that you are attempting to establish in your life for you also know that everything exists in duality. For you saying no is the balance you sought. It is not possible for you to know empowerment in your life without the willingness to say no when you know that what is before you is not what you desire, or in your best interest. You always know the difference.

- Where in my life do I need to practice saying “no” more often?
- How might saying “no” to certain things actually empower me?
- What internal signals help me know when something is or isn’t in my best interest?

You are becoming more compliant. We want you to examine the definition of the word compliant, and then know that you are becoming obedient to who you wanted to be in your life. You know that you often fight against or deny our information coming through, but recently you have found it more difficult to do.
You heard us say to you that it would be helpful to review an older message, “Stop Being Surprised.” As you post that message here, there will be nothing more you need to know. At least for now. Smiley face.

It will become more uncomfortable to deny who you are. Yes, you guessed it; we are speaking to you. It took a while to drag this message from Roger, as his initial shock and feeling of embarrassment took over. Several days ago, we touched upon a conspiracy theory circulating regarding the current pandemic. We say we touched on it as it was as much as Roger would allow at the time. He, as many of you, has continually doubted information he receives or knowledge that seems to spring from places unknown to him. Because of this, he holds back his expansion, as you each have done.
Last night we had him revisit that theory as he needed to hear all of it to know what others were hearing to offer his interpretation. The theory sounded convincing, and of course, elements are real as all things in your world are connected. However, if a belief elicits fear or feels uncomfortable to you, it is pointless and has no helpful purpose in your life experience.
We told Roger in 1987, through another source, that he holds back what he might offer, and in that manner never helps others, as he intended. When we led him to a message this morning, and he saw how many years ago we delivered it, he felt that embarrassment. Now he is over that and can give you the message which will help you all at this time.
November 20, 2014 Manipulation
All manipulation is an expression of fear, and when you use it, you are attempting to mask your own feeling of powerlessness. Now you indeed have a pathway to follow to expand and truly become your authentic self.
Manipulation can take many different forms, including bending the truth, hiding who you are, and not being willing to experience your true feelings and the nature of the experiences you are having.
You will only use manipulation of any sort when you fear that unless you do so, you will not “get” something. That something is always of a physical nature and has nothing to do with the real you, and will always block your own vision of your authentic self. All discord in your world and society is born out of manipulation.

- What truths am I afraid to express or share with others?
- Where in my life might I be using manipulation out of fear?
- How am I “holding back” my gifts or insights that could help others?

Every experience of your life is to help you develop mastery. Each of you was born to evolve, and every experience, situation, or circumstance appears in your life to aid you in that goal. You may judge some of them as good or bad, but you can only do that from your human perspective, which is always limited.
Yesterday we told Roger to listen to a particular video several times. He proceeded to forget that guidance as he does with much that he has received, as many of you do, because somehow you believe it might be easier, but the opposite is true. While achieving mastery in your life is always possible, sometimes it is challenging and uncomfortable. If it were not that, you would not notice you were changing and evolving.
When Roger finally followed through and listened to the video, it helped him move beyond his anger this morning. Yesterday his friend had taken his car and managed to damage it somehow. Roger judged himself for this, which might sound odd to you but not to Roger. He knows he has allowed certain distractions to exist in his life for decades in an attempt to block his vision from what he wanted to do in his life and if he accomplished that, he might not notice he let go of his dream.
That last sentence was for each of you to consider during this restructuring, for you are not complete, but you are moving through a vital part, and you will be fine.

- What guidance have I been ignoring or “forgetting” that I should revisit?
- What distractions am I allowing to block my vision of what I truly want to accomplish?

You will believe in yourself more. We gave you something in 2012 that we intended you to see today as you examine your life and world.
The most important aspect we would like you to notice when do glance at yourself and your world is how much you have changed and found more unity within yourself.
The other aspect you intended to include was yourself. The dream you had was meant to be fulfilled now because if you did so, you would accomplish your evolutionary goal and aid the healing of your world as you intended.
Please do your best to absorb the most profound meaning of this message, as it will cause you to glow even brighter, and that is what you and the world wanted. You will be fine.
“Conflict and unity always coexist in physical life experience and are necessary for expansion and evolvement. This is true in your personal experience and your world at large.
You cannot know unity within yourself without having experienced the questions that conflict brings to your awareness. You spend your entire physical life experience coming to know who you are, which can only occur with the contrast that conflict offers you.
The end result then is always a period of unity. When you have sufficiently answered those questions about who you are, you experience unity; and through unity, you generate more energy and awareness to expand and evolve. This is true for you and your world.

We gave you a roadmap. You exist at a time in your world of meaningful change, and you are here to add your essence to the world and experience the life you want to have. Yes, you took on a big job that can only be accomplished when you decide to love yourself.
You have judged your past experiences and circumstances and did not understand the full value of yourself and your life. You create your life and the world energetically by how you interpret your experiences. Everything we provided was to aid you in developing a powerful mindset, for that is how you guide your life.
You have reached a critical place in your life and the world, and it is not the time for you to give up. You can shift your consciousness to accept your value, and not doing so causes you to suffer needlessly.
Your world drastically shifted in 2012 when we began providing this guidance, and we knew you would need it today. You are so close to your dream life and world.
