You are more than adequate now. You will move through periods in your life when the feeling of not being enough or inadequate in some way will appear. It is an erroneous feeling and thought that you move beyond while on your ascension journey.

The restructuring of you and your world has made this time much more lively than usual, but we gave you a message last year that you can more readily embody now. You have evolved even when you have failed to notice how much.

You were always adequate. If there were one theme we wanted more of you to accept, it would be that one. We provided a message ten years ago that you could not have understood then, but you have advanced to accept it now. You also have free will so that it will be up to you.

Your interpretation of yourself is vital in your life and world now, for you came to bring in the new world, and you cannot accomplish that while carrying limiting old beliefs about who you are.

You feel inadequate because you desire to become more. You can use that statement to propel yourself forward or hold yourself back; the choice is entirely up to you.

When you embrace the feeling of inadequacy, you can propel yourself forward because you know what you are up to achieving. When you choose to fear feelings of inadequacy, you cause yourself to feel less than others and ultimately allow trepidation to enter every aspect of your physical life experience.

When you remember your childhood, you will notice the times when you embraced inadequacy, which aroused your curiosity and desire for more knowledge, wisdom, and awareness. Try that now.

Your greatest fear is of yourself. We could not state that more clearly as we know that many of you are finding it difficult to move beyond your anxiety so that you can fulfill your mission and love yourselves to contribute to your world and your evolutionary journey.

Yes, many of your gifts began to emerge over the last several years. However, you have still pushed them away or not believed them, just as you had difficulty believing we provided guidance years ago, but our guide was to aid you in remembering your own.

You each typically hear yourselves in hindsight, just like our channel. We had him find a recording of a session we held on a pivotal day last December. We did it on that day, so you might remember you are here to cause an evolution in consciousness, which can only occur when you move through your self-judgment and doubt and love yourself and your life journey, for all of it has been perfect.

You do not have accidental experiences, and you align with your world. Now is the time more of you need to own your gifts and energetically shift your life and world.

That is the aid we have given you, but as you will hear in the recording, our channel has doubted like you because he feared himself. Today, things will change for you all.

You still can heal all conflicts. We said still for it is the same message we provided on this date a year ago. It is not to offer judgment but to encourage you to continue healing your internal conflicts, which means remembering and owning who you have become. You are not the same as last year.

You can heal all conflicts. We mean the ones that exist with you and your world, for they are the same. When you decide to own who you are through your evolutionary process, you will resolve your internal conflict of thinking what you have to offer isn’t enough or that somehow you are inadequate. Those beliefs are in direct contradiction with the nature of you as an all-powerful being.

We provided guidance ten years ago, but you have evolved enough to understand and implement it.

You only experience internal emotional conflict when attempting to go in two different directions simultaneously. You do this by holding particular thoughts and ideas about what you desire in your life and who you desire to be, and then you take adverse actions or speak words conflicting with your initial intentions.

You are the one who created the conflict, and you are the only one who can resolve it. First, you resolve it by not attempting to pretend the conflict does not exist and then becoming willing to make new choices. The choices usually involve letting go of something so that you may have the other. 

It is impossible for you to continually hold in those conflicts, so to speak, and not have them create chaos in your life experience.

Shame and embarrassment are gifts. While they may not have felt that way to you when you are feeling or experiencing them, we can assure you they are a natural part of your ascension, which you could not accomplish without your recognition of those feelings, which makes them gifts for you.

Anything you are ashamed of or embarrassed by indicates your lack of understanding of your experiences and the value they held for your progression. But this time in your life and world, which we have called your restructuring, will bring these qualities to your awareness individually and collectively.

When you embrace and recognize yours and begin the practice of self-forgiveness, you also embrace more self-love. In that action, you have caused your expansion to accelerate, and you have aided the planetary ascension.

There was never a need or reason for you to hold any shame or embarrassment about who you are, and now is the best time in your life and that of your world for you to own who you have become. This process will aid you even more now as you understand it and accept your valuable role on your planet.

Whatever you resist persists is a familiar saying; however, you should examine it more closely. Nothing shows up in your physical life experience arbitrarily, meaning that all things offer you some value when you allow it to be revealed. Even those uncomfortable times of distress, dis-ease, and emotional depression offer you something.

When you attempt to pretend they are not occurring through your resistance, they will continue to grow or change form and appear in another area of your experience.

You resist certain things because of your attachment to and belief in physical things. When you allow yourself to become available to their spiritual meaning, you will release them quickly, gain the greater awareness they provide, and continue to expand.

Your true identity has nothing to do with anything about you physically. Now, you will understand why you have difficulty identifying with particular groups. Your only true identity can be found in your spirit, which is all you desire to experience and explore. It is also the only thing about you that is eternal.

It becomes incredibly difficult for you then to attempt to find your identity in your appearance, your age, your ethnicity, your sexuality, your religion, and even your gender. You will begin to attempt to identify with those elements and find that you are still searching to find meaning and purpose in who you are.

When you attempt to identify with any of those characteristics or associations, you only create separation from others. It is like searching in all the wrong places.

Now, you will be successful. We hope you gain value from this message, for much is here. The word success will mean something different to each of you, and no measure of success exists, only what you each label that to be. 

Of course, we will use Roger as an example. Also, we will include an earlier message at the end, for it will tie everything together nicely. It does make the message long but so impactful.

Yesterday, Roger conversed with a friend who noted they no longer understand him or us and the messages delivered. Roger accepted that and felt good about the success that occurred in that instance. 

We have often said you are all meant to be individuals, and not all will understand you. This experience was essential to Roger because he, like many of you, held himself back, attempting to gain acceptance and approval from others. Most of you do this in the way you were trying to achieve those things from your parents or elders. 

Then Roger had an inspiration, of course, from us to record a video speaking on depression and his bouts with it. When he finished and published it, he felt uncomfortable with the achievement. That means Roger was releasing old habits and embracing a new version of himself. 

Immediately after, someone sent a message stating how timely the video was for them as they were experiencing what Roger described. The timing of all this was perfect for Roger to create a program tomorrow that, if he trusts himself, will enable many more to manifest success as well. Study all this for a bit, and every person who chooses will find the value we mentioned. 

NO ONE WILL UNDERSTAND YOU!

No one will understand you, and that is what you want. That sentence may sound crazy until you know its meaning, and you and others will experience more acceptance of who you are.

You are all born with intentions, goals, desires, and life paths you never understand entirely. If you don’t understand it, why would you expect others to understand you?

You, my friend, have laid out a life that provided you with all the opportunities you wanted to fulfill your contribution to the world. We will now give you what you were born to do and why you are in the perfect place now to do so.

You came to teach mastery, knew you could not do that if you didn’t know it, and knew you could not leave any situation until you have achieved that. Please live this goal.

Whenever you attempt to place blame or fault on others for any part of your life experience, you may very easily miss the point of what you were attempting to create. 

In other words, you have set up a path for yourself in this lifetime to attain, remember, and experience something. For you to realize these things, you allow others to come into your life to facilitate your desired goals. You are always at cause and will blur your vision when you sometimes forget that.

The experiences others offer you are always for you, not to diminish, halt, or take anything away from you. It would be helpful to ask the question when you begin to blame others; what did I desire to gain and experience here, and how does that help me further my goals?

That was your original goal on your life journey. While at times you may think that you desire your money, your things, your work, your relationships, or any other things, they are merely avenues to aid you on your desired path.

All your life’s people, situations, and circumstances have the common goal of helping you achieve this. Forgiveness is merely a step to return to Love, which is always all you seek.

You made the unknown fearful so that you will never approach it, and then you believe you have won the game because what you were seeking was not found.
