You might believe in yourself today. You have had more time to assimilate the information we provided last year but we went a bit further. We had our messenger bring more understanding in a communication and other materials he prepared.

You were born innocent and unlimited; however, as you gained awareness of this physical world, you began to learn restriction, limitation, guilt, and shame. You then methodically placed those beliefs upon all of your life experiences, began to experience the results of that thinking, and then made an assumption that this was your truth.
When you notice a child under the age of one, you don’t recognize that behavior. How helpful it would be for you to remember who you truly are by envisioning yourself as that child before you go into any of your everyday affairs and activities.
Expect to be taken care of, expect to be given what you desire, and expect that you can do anything. That is true freedom and your birthright.

Anything and everything you have sought, are seeking, or will seek may only be found within you.
All is available to you when you begin to understand this on a deeper level. You have given yourself the opportunity to accomplish this through the physical illusions of events, circumstances, and people in your life experience.
You are indeed in charge of it all through the inherent power imbued in your thoughts. When you view the current state of your life experience, it is merely there to offer you that moment of reflection to either make a choice to reconnect with the true nature of your being or to disconnect from that Source and continue to believe the false illusions in front of you.
It all comes down to choosing which road you desire to take in every moment of now. The past is over, the future is an illusion, and your now is all that is real.

Simply take the next step in front of you. In your effort to be, do, and have all that you can, you may inadvertently project your past into your future. That action produces the same results you have experienced, yet your intention is always about more experience.
Your past has been limited, and so is your now. The best use you can make of your now moment is simply to be in it. When you are in your now moment, your past and future do not exist, and you avail yourself of endless possibilities in this moment.
Focusing only on the next step helps you to accomplish this and releases any unnecessary burdens.

Your willingness to be flexible provides you with the gifts you sought.
When you set forth on your particular tasks, goals, and things you wish to accomplish, it is always with the limited awareness that you have at that time. However, there is a power, Source, or greater intelligence always at work for your benefit that will provide you with more than you could have imagined—if you are willing to accept it.
When you fight, so to speak, to maintain your way, you are also saying to the Universe that something has gone “wrong,” and because you create your own reality, that will be the case for you. Your flexibility, on the other hand, always affirms that you know things are working together for your highest good.

You will always experience what you consider to be ups and downs during your physical life experience, and all of it is meaningful. You might think of them as emotional places on your scale or realm of emotions.
The difficult part of the process is believing that you would allow the down places to occur. You do so not from conscious awareness but more from an agreement, so to speak, because you knew the down places would provide you with the context to choose where you desire to be.
When you acknowledge that you possess the ability to choose, your down places become less.

Not all obsessions are bad for you.
Obsession means something that you do repeatedly that feels like a habit and compels you to continue doing it. It is not bad for you if it leads you in the direction of expansion or becoming more.
You always know the difference when you are willing to pay attention to the results you receive. When you receive a result that pleases you, you are heading toward expansion; and when you receive a result that does not, you can make a new choice.
It is truly as simple as that when you are willing to be honest with yourself.

Every decision you make is the right decision.
When you make a decision, you are exercising your free will of choice—one of your most powerful attributes. This understanding will help you let go of any regret about past decisions you made, which you later labeled as wrong. Those very decisions were valuable because they allowed you to gain knowledge and wisdom.
Even the decision to not make a decision is right, for in those moments, you know you may not have enough information to make a choice. The key is to remain conscious of your ability to choose.

Many times, you will procrastinate beginning something or allowing your thoughts to take you on new adventures because you are holding on to old ideas of what has occurred previously that did not please you.
What you fail to recognize is that all your past experiences—everything you have done in your life until this very moment—have given you the wisdom, ability, knowledge, and even courage to make your next thing your best.

Coming to trust yourself, expansion, and evolving are all the same thing.
You tend to wait for confirmation, validation, or approval from others that your beliefs, feelings, and ideas about reality are true or even real. The irony is that none of them know more than you or have a lock, so to speak, on reality.
You always hold your own litmus test, and that is results. You will know if your beliefs, ideas, and thoughts about reality are real by the results you receive in your life. If they make you feel good and produce the desired results, then they are real, valid, and good for you.
Now you will trust yourself, provide your own validation and approval, and that is all you were ever seeking.

The ego always gets in the way of you becoming the person you desire to be.
Think of the ego as a separate entity or a third person, if you will, that you created because you thought it would keep you safe. That is the purpose you gave it.
The ego attempts to keep you safe by never allowing you to venture into anything unknown, which you have also come to fear. It accomplishes this by making you believe you already know the answers and that the way you have viewed your life and the world is correct.
Now, when you fully understand how the ego has been operating in your life, and your desire is to experience success, abundance, and joy, you will relieve it of its duties.

We have had you string together messages given to you previously so that you all might better understand and accept the continuation of consciousness. When you find the earlier message, “Now You Know for Sure,” and place it here, awareness will be felt.
Yesterday, while meeting a new client, you noticed your doubt in who you are—something you all carry—and it is also purposeful. The client lamented to you that when they discovered you, they found us and continued to read our messages late into the evening. The moment of disbelief you experienced was an indication of your doubt in who you are and your abilities.
Here is the gem: You could not know who you are now unless you knew who you were not before. Have fun with that riddle.

Now you will be successful.
The word success will mean something different to each of you, and there is no measure of success that exists—only what you each label it to be.
Yesterday, Roger was in conversation with a friend who noted they no longer understood him or us, and the messages delivered. The success in that instance was that Roger accepted this and felt good about it. We have often said you are all meant to be individuals, and not all will understand you.
Then, Roger had an inspiration—of course, from us—to record a video about depression and his bouts with it. When he finished and published it, he felt uncomfortable, which indicated an achievement. That means Roger was releasing old habits and embracing a new version of himself. Immediately after, someone sent a message stating how timely the video was for them.
The timing of all of this was perfect, for Roger is creating a program tomorrow that, if he trusts himself, will enable many more to manifest success as well. Study this for a bit, and every person who chooses will find the value we mentioned.

You have always known who you wanted to be, but you may be deciding to do it now.
We have said you are moving through a massive restructuring, and we have also said you have done this many times before. That is why we continually offer assurance by saying you will be fine.
Last night, Roger opened a video from his friend Kathy Eldon, who held an online event on Valentine’s Day, of which Roger was unaware. As Roger watched the recording, he began to put together more pieces of his life. Kathy began reading our messages more than ten years ago and immediately recognized their power. However, Roger was not yet ready to acknowledge himself fully.
Now, Roger has seen that his guides have always been around him, as they have for you. But now, due to this restructuring, they are more apparent to you.
You are uncovering your own truth. You will be fine.

Judgment and resistance have been your difficulties.
You come into the world to evolve and expand personally, knowing full well that as you do so, you add to the experience and future manifestations of your world. But you must contend with the two things we mentioned: judgment and resistance.
You might be changing so much and so rapidly that you think you might be losing your mind—when in fact, you are attempting to find yourself.
You might be fighting your governments and those you believe control you, crying out for freedom, knowing full well that freedom is within you, yet resisting that truth.
You may be experiencing financial instability and believing that money provided power over others when, in reality, you are taking these actions to feel powerful because underneath, you have held a feeling of insecurity.
You may believe that subjugating others would provide you with self-esteem, but that has never worked.
There are specific periods in your world’s history where shifts occur to place you on a new trajectory. This is one of those times. You must now accept yourself, for that is why you are here.

This period on your planet is your restructuring, and you exist at this time to aid in that purpose by allowing yourself to become all that you can be and to love yourself unconditionally.
We have provided messages for several decades designed to raise your consciousness and awareness so that you might experience the life you desire. This process requires you to release outdated ideas about who you could become and what your world could be.
You were born with something to offer the world that would allow it to expand. That only happens if you become willing to acknowledge and own your authentic self and allow yourself to succeed. You are connected to God, Source, or all that is, and no connection is more important than yours.
Many on your planet are doing work similar to ours, but we gave our work through Roger in written form because it will be the most personal for you. It causes a permanent change in your consciousness, for we have used your neuroscience discoveries. You already know how to change and transform your life; it only requires your willingness.
