There is nothing you cannot do, be, or have

October 18, 2008

The explanation for October 18 http://bit.ly/4hhubyP

There is nothing you cannot do, be, or have.

In your effort to experience this on a physical level, you may bring up everything unlike that. This offers you the opportunity to make new choices when you remember that you create your own reality.

This will also point out to you that some of your greatest achievements have been accomplished during what you may have termed your most difficult challenges.

When you welcome all that comes to you, more and more is given. Hindsight is valuable in this regard, for then you more readily see how circumstances, events, and situations always worked together for your highest good.

Simply bring that thinking into your present now.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What current challenge in your life might actually be laying the foundation for your next great achievement?
  2. How would your perspective shift if you chose to welcome everything that comes to you today?

Your uniqueness is the greatest gift that you possess; period.

It is what provides you with everything and anything that you could possibly desire on your life path and journey.

It is what you intended to contribute to the world, or all that is.

It is the single most important aspect of your humanness.

It holds the key to your creativity, abundance, love, and joy.

As you understand this on a deeper level, continually seek to embrace and own it, you live the life experience you always intended and desired.

It is the only “lesson” you seek to learn.

It is your ultimate goal and only path.

That’s it.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What aspects of your uniqueness have you been hiding or suppressing, and why?
  2. How might your life transform if you fully embraced and owned your unique qualities today?

October 18, 2010

Everything that shows up in your physical life experience holds an element of fun, and all you need to do is look for it. You always intended to enjoy your life experience, and you knew that you held the ability to do so because you have free will of choice. You can decide that everything you attempt to do, be, or have can be fun in that very process, and it all begins with your attitude.

Even what you term as the most difficult or challenging circumstances and situations hold that fun. Now, you may not always know this as you are having these experiences; however, when you look back now on those very events, you will find that some element of fun was included. It always is.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Looking back at a difficult time in your life, what element of fun or lightness can you now recognize that you missed in the moment?
  2. What would change about your current experience if you decided to look for the fun in everything you’re doing today?

October 18, 2011

Everything you do is perfect, and there are no mistakes. Your initial reaction to that statement will be to question its validity based on what you think of as crimes. Everything again is always subjective. Certain societies condone killing, and others condemn it.

What is then important is how you relate to what you do and how you use that information to further your expansion. A good analogy is thinking of learning to walk. In the beginning, you continually fall and then decide that does not feel good, so you become determined not to fall and feel good. It is the same with everything you do when you decide to use all your experiences, which provide you with wisdom to make choices that feel good.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What past “mistake” taught you the most valuable lesson about who you want to be?
  2. How can you use your current challenges as learning experiences rather than defining them as failures?

October 18, 2012

Your focused attention is a very powerful gift you have been given, but many times, you are unaware of how you are using it. Focused attention means where your conscious or present moment awareness decides to direct your energy. Energy is what creates or manifests anything physical.

The difficulty you have is observing where you are now and focusing your attention there, instead of using that focused attention in a manner that creates what you truly desire to experience, manifest, or create.

As you study this concept more closely and accept the premise behind it, your logical thinking will make sense of it, and you will begin to use your focused attention in a different manner.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Where is your attention habitually focused throughout the day—on what you want or what you don’t want?
  2. What would you create if you redirected your focused attention toward your desires instead of your current circumstances?

October 18, 2013

There are always two of you here. This concept may sound a bit strange to you at first, but you would do well to attempt to accept it, become comfortable with it, and use it to your advantage.

You decided to have a physical life experience in order that you might expand or become more. When you incarnate physically, you begin to become aware of yourself as the you that you know now. This is not quite as apparent to you when you are younger, but when you think about it now, you can easily identify the part of you that is busy having your experiences, and then also what seems to you as another you that is simply observing what you are up to.

This is a purposeful setup, so to speak, because the you that is observing is always asking questions. The process of asking those questions is what causes you to seek more knowledge, awareness, and wisdom, which is the expansion you sought.

The only difficulty you have ever had in this process is allowing the you that is observing you to also harshly judge the you that is having the experiences. You may think you are being judged by something outside of yourself, but it is always you. You will have a glorious physical life when you seek to reconcile the two yous.

Reflection Questions:

  1. Can you notice the observer within you right now, and what is it saying about your current experience?
  2. How might your life change if your inner observer became a compassionate witness instead of a harsh judge?

October 18, 2014

You will continually experience, as you have in the past many times, where you come to what feels to you like a fork in the road. This means that there are two choices you can make in terms of the direction of your physical life experience. The only choices are whether you choose fear or expansion.

When you think of the acronym for fear, false evidence appearing real, this will make more sense to you. If you choose to believe or accept the fear, then it is not possible for you to expand. If you choose to expand, then you will find all manner of things that you can do to change your current experience.

You have done this over and over again, but tend to forget this whenever you reach a new fork in the road. Simply decide in your moment of now to make a choice.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What fork in the road are you facing right now, and what fears are keeping you from choosing expansion?
  2. When you chose expansion over fear in the past, what became possible that you couldn’t have imagined before?

October 18, 2015

You have difficulty continuing your physical life expansion, progressing, or merely feeling good because you continually focus on the wrong things. Subjective words need to be used here so that you may relate to this message.

When any event occurs in your life, it contains within it a myriad of results, outcomes, benefits, and disappointments. You can then form a habit of focusing on the one element of those results that continually creates more of the same, that is, disappointment.

When you do this, the benefits and all the other results that would cause you to feel good completely escape your awareness. Now you understand how to know which you are focusing on, and that is when you focus on the things that you gained and all the other benefits, you feel good.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What situation in your life has multiple outcomes, and what benefits have you been overlooking?
  2. What happens to your emotional state when you deliberately shift your focus from disappointment to gain?

October 18, 2016

You will move through your life and set particular goals for yourself. In your effort to achieve or accomplish those goals, you will find yourself using tactics and methods you could consider to be whatever works. Now, as long as whatever works does not harm you or another, you would do well to use those methods.

You, however, have formed an aversion to your awareness that whatever works requires someone else to offer you motivation or encouragement to move forward. Now this should indicate to you your own lack of belief or faith in yourself.

Now, as you decide to work on developing belief and faith in yourself, it is completely acceptable to use whatever works.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What support or encouragement do you resist accepting, and what does that resistance reveal about your self-belief?
  2. What goal could you accomplish more easily if you allowed yourself to use “whatever works” without judgment?

October 18, 2017

It is now entirely up to you. While this is always the case in your life, there are times when it is much more evident to you. Every soul is born with particular, and entirely individual, things they wish to accomplish in their lives. It is not about what you might gather concerning physical things, but it is more about the person you desire to be.

To accomplish your original goal, you will allow certain situations, circumstances, and most importantly, people to show up to help you. At times, it doesn’t feel like help, but that is because you do not see the bigger picture.

Now, all of a sudden, it begins to make sense to you, and now you know what to do. For you, it was to be an example of human potential and to be an example. It is now entirely up to you.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What person or situation that felt difficult at the time can you now see was actually helping you become who you wanted to be?
  2. What kind of person do you truly desire to become, beyond any material accomplishments?

October 18, 2018

Awareness can also bring judgment, and you would do well to embrace the entire process. One of the biggest impediments you experience in achieving whatever you want to do in your life is moving beyond self-judgment. It is not possible for you to be in a moment of experiencing your self-empowered being while you are judging yourself.

You have done this so often, you don’t notice. Pay attention to the self-talk you deliver when you have made a simple mistake that does not even deliver any meaningful consequences in your life.

When you understand that awareness is progressive and that you come to know what you were supposed to know when you come to know it, then you will stop judging yourself, and your expansion will be explosive.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What harsh self-talk do you use when you make small mistakes, and where did you learn to speak to yourself this way?
  2. How would your energy and creativity expand if you replaced self-judgment with self-compassion?

October 18, 2019

You were never meant to know how. Some of you will receive this message and finally understand how you have been screwing up your manifestations. Some of you might become upset with us as we change your perception of a popular song.

We awakened Roger in the middle of the night and gave him the idea to visit the lyrics of the song, “The Impossible Dream.” When the song became popular, he was in the early years of establishing an adult life. You all become hypnotized or influenced at a mass level because when things become popular, they somehow seem more real to you. The title of that song should have given you all pause. You begin to think that dreams are impossible. Moreover, as you visit the remaining lyrics, you come to believe that you have to fight for what you want until you die, and then you will be rewarded.

Roger lovingly agreed to use his example. That was facetious, as it is uncomfortable for him. Roger has had an idea of what he wants to create in his life, and it feels like a legacy for him. He put together an outline, but then he discussed it with others. All humans will first try to figure out how to do something based on what they have known and experienced. If you all follow that model, your world will end now. Roger spent the night in physical discomfort and doubt because of the discussion.

We would like you all, now, especially Roger, to change the title of the song to “The Possible Dream.” Then your only “job” is to create your dream in your thinking and stop trying to figure out how it gets done. Your vision is real.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What dream have you abandoned or delayed because you couldn’t figure out “how” it would happen?
  2. What becomes possible when you hold your vision as real without needing to know the path to get there?

October 18, 2020

Did you want bondage or freedom? We thought that title might get your attention, but Roger was also asked when he awakened this morning, and did not know why. Then he came to his computer, and uncharacteristically for him, he opened an email before conferring with us. We are making this message as “light” as possible for more of you who understand it, which will eventually lead you to more of your freedom, as it will for Roger. We say more of it, for as humankind, you never achieve that entirely, or the world would cease to exist or evolve. Now that sentence will help all of you move through the current restructuring of your world.

[Message continues with Roger’s story about family, acceptance, and choosing freedom through acceptance rather than bondage]

One more thing. Study your history. Every pandemic or global disaster always leads to the evolution of all when you choose freedom. And that is complete and total acceptance of all, including your family. Every eon you get better.

Reflection Questions:

  1. In what areas of your life have you chosen the bondage of control over the freedom of acceptance?
  2. How might complete acceptance of others—especially those closest to you—actually set you free?

October 18, 2021

The piggy bank. We used that title because we knew it would arouse your curiosity to read this message, and that has been our intention for quite some time. We even told you on Saturday during our live chat how some of you will hear something we have said, and it awakens some knowing within you, yet you choose not to take action. Many of you couldn’t take the time to listen to the recording we took so much time to orchestrate for you. We did all that so you might be more willing to accept this information, for as we also told you on Saturday, your world needs you now.

[Message continues about the piggy bank metaphor]

The object you are purchasing now is your new life and world. The coins you placed in the jar were all of your experiences, fears, doubts, failures, successes, and all of your loves. Now you have that bank before you, and you need to use a hammer to access it all, and you chose to use this restructuring as your hammer. On Wednesday, we will tell you what you were attempting to purchase. You will understand how vital and essential you are now in creating that shiny new object or your new world, and you will be fine.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What “coins” of experience have you been accumulating throughout your life, and what are they preparing you to create?
  2. How is the current restructuring in your life acting as a hammer to break open everything you’ve learned and experienced?

October 18, 2022

The pain will end when you change. We are speaking to you, the individual, and your world collectively. We used the word pain to make this personal for Roger, as we use his story to inspire you.

We have said you are moving through a global transition, and it is something none of you have experienced, so there will also be new aspects of you that emerge. We also mentioned that self-discovery might be shocking, which is why many of you don’t do it. You experience times of physical, mental, and emotional pain because you refuse to change and accept who you have become.

[Message continues about Roger’s journey and significant years]

We will continue this tomorrow, as it could be too much information to absorb at once, but we will end with this. You each have a vital role to play, and it is unique to you, and it is before you now, and if you move to it, you will begin to end the pain for yourself and your world.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What pain in your life might be a signal that you’re resisting a necessary change or refusing to accept who you’ve become?
  2. What new aspect of yourself is trying to emerge, and what would happen if you stopped resisting it?

October 18, 2023

The savior is you. We know some will have difficulty with that statement since you have assigned the responsibility for your life and world to those outside yourself. We have advised you that the salvation you seek is within you.

Our message has been the same as any other ascended master, but you don’t necessarily hear or accept that belief as a collective society and civilization. But today, you can listen to us.

We mean that in two ways. First, we revisited a message we provided three years ago on this date. You have each grown in awareness over time. Secondly, our messenger and his team placed it in a video so you will hear us.

Examining your world and life today will inspire you to take more action. That action is to recognize your importance, love who you have become, and release any negativity you have held about yourself and others. Then, restructuring you and the world you are experiencing will be aided.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What responsibilities for your life and happiness have you been waiting for someone else to fulfill?
  2. How would your actions change today if you fully recognized your own importance and power?

October 18, 2024

You have reached another fork in the road. Although you experience many throughout your physical life, today might be more meaningful for you due to your restructuring.

As you view the message we gave you many years ago and listen to the channeling session we held yesterday on your full moon, you will be more motivated to take the fork that serves you.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What fork in the road are you standing at right now, and which path truly serves your evolution?
  2. Looking back at previous forks you’ve encountered, what do you now understand about why you’re facing this choice today?

October 18, 2025

One of the most pivotal days of your life. You may not have recognized the importance of this day or your life, but we are here to assist you today.

You are in the world now to evolve exponentially, especially in today’s world. The collective energies of this day will enable you and your world to take a significant leap forward in your restructuring.

We will provide you with extra help today through our messages, but they will only be effective if you ask yourself the questions we provide.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How might your perception of today shift if you truly believed it was one of the most pivotal days of your life?
  2. What questions are you being called to ask yourself right now, and what are you afraid the answers might reveal?
