How many of you will believe us today? You each come to the physical world with gifts and talents within you that come forth as you live your experiences.
You are each meant to find those unhealed or unloved parts of yourselves or your lineage to heal. That is your unique mission.
Then, others agreed to bring in new information on ways of viewing your human experience, so that you all continue to evolve. Our messenger made that agreement.
As you view your life and world today, more of you believe in yourselves today, as that is what we desired. It was never about believing us.
Reflection Questions:
- What unhealed or unloved parts of yourself or your family lineage are calling for your attention and healing right now?
- In what ways have you been seeking external validation or belief systems rather than trusting in your own inner knowing and gifts?

Nothing you see or that appears to happen to you has any meaning except the meaning you give it.
You are always seeking to develop your ability to see beyond your physical world and truly live in your spiritual world, which is your home.
You decided to come into physical form for this very experience, and you intended to enjoy it all. All of it is temporal and merely used by you to further your goal of evolvement and expansion. In that effort, you also contribute to the collective consciousness for the same end.
This is precisely why it is much more beneficial for you to pay more attention to your inner world than the outer. In this manner, they serve each other.
Reflection Questions:
- How might you reframe a current challenging situation in your life by examining the meaning you’ve assigned to it?
- What practices help you connect more deeply with your inner spiritual world rather than getting caught up in external circumstances?

Change is the only constant that you seek. There is so much power in that statement, and as you continually unravel it, more will become evident to you.
Your entire life purpose, if you will, was always intended to be about evolvement and expansion, and it is not possible to accomplish this without change. Your resistance to change is always based on fear, which is an ego-oriented concept that never serves your purpose. Ego is merely used to refer to that part of your life experience that has already been known to you and therefore has already served its purpose.
The very experiences that you have had then, serve your evolvement and that of all others. Those experiences become purposeful when you share them, and you do this through change. More will be revealed.
Reflection Questions:
- What changes in your life are you currently resisting, and what fears might be underlying that resistance?
- How can you view your past difficult experiences as valuable contributions to both your own growth and the collective human experience?
September 24, 2010
The only agreement you ever seek about anything at all is your own. You use everything you see and experience in your life to find that agreement. Your difficulty many times is thinking you are seeking agreement from others when, in actuality, you use the disagreement you find with them as a means of coming to know and own yours.
Your life experience is uniquely yours, and the only agreement with others you then find of value is knowing you are all on the same path, so to speak. You have many times come to fear those moments and experiences where you find disagreement with others, and it would be much more beneficial for you to embrace and come to know your truth.
Reflection Questions:
- In what areas of your life are you seeking external validation when you should be trusting your own inner agreement?
- How might disagreements with others actually be serving to clarify and strengthen your own authentic truth?

Linear time is a system you intended to use on your physical life journey as a means of creating a sense of order, if you will, through the organization of sequential events. You never intended to use it to measure anything else.
When you begin to use linear time to analyze your life experience, you will inadvertently begin to use and accept judgment and limitation. You will begin to believe that as time passes, you may be “too old”, “too limited,” or any other belief that you have come to associate with aging.
Linear time, then, is merely an illusion, and in actuality, all things are happening in your now. This is the only place you intended to live.
Reflection Questions:
- What limiting beliefs about age, timing, or “being too late” are preventing you from pursuing your dreams or making changes?
- How can you more fully embrace living in the present moment rather than being trapped by past regrets or future anxieties?
September 24, 2012
Today, choose to become more you. All that you do during your physical life experience is based on whatever conscious choice you decide to make. Your life experience is not determined by what occurs in your world, but by how you decide to see it.
You can observe any situation and decide to see what you think is “bad” about it, or what you think is “good” about it. In every single instance, you will always find what you decide to find.
It is your perception that determines how you experience anything at all. Today, you can decide to fully live in your moment of now. Today, you can consciously choose to enjoy it all. Today, you can choose to move toward your own expansion.
Reflection Questions:
- What would “becoming more you” look like in your daily life, and what conscious choices would support this authentic expression?
- How might shifting your perception of a current challenge reveal opportunities for growth and expansion?
September 24, 2013
Some of the greatest challenges that you experience during your physical life involve the resolution of your issues of giving and receiving. Both of them are intricately interwoven in your ideas about your own self-worth.
When you begin to examine these issues in this way, you can use the process for your continued expansion. This is something that you have struggled with, and at times attempt to avoid examining.
Many times, your giving is based on a need to feel better about who you are. There is a delicate balance to be sought here; for giving and feeling good about yourself can help you expand, but when it comes from a feeling of doing it because you feel inadequate, it can work against your goal.
The same can be said about receiving. When you become uncomfortable with receiving something, it can indicate a feeling of not being deserving or a lack of self-worth. When you decide to seek to know the difference in all these actions you take, you will always know and expand because of it.
Reflection Questions:
- When you give to others, what is your underlying motivation—is it from genuine love and abundance, or from a need to feel worthy?
- What makes you uncomfortable about receiving help, gifts, or compliments, and what does this reveal about your sense of self-worth?
September 24, 2014
The only expectation that is valuable for you to hold is that no matter what occurs during your physical life experience, it will be for your highest good. This is the most valuable expectation, and the one that is the most difficult for you to hold.
When you hold any other expectation, you will inadvertently place limitations on your own expansion. This occurs because in any given moment of now, you only have a certain amount of awareness and wisdom, so it is not fully possible for you to know what the Universe will deliver to you. You will have some experiences that are challenging and difficult, and you will not know, as they are occurring, that they are for your highest good, and you will even doubt that they are. You always come to know this eventually, so it will help you to know this now.
Reflection Questions:
- What specific expectations about how your life “should” unfold are currently limiting your openness to unexpected possibilities?
- Looking back at past difficulties, can you now see how they contributed to your growth, and how might this perspective help you trust current challenges?

This is what you have been waiting to hear. If you follow your heart and do what you enjoy, you will experience a happy, successful, prosperous, and meaningful physical life experience. Any part of that sentence that you think is not true or is not possible is merely an idea or belief you have accepted from others, began to believe, and therefore imposed on your own life.
You never intended to follow those rules or ideas, and there is no pre-established way of doing things that you must follow. This is what you desire for yourself and all others, and it is within your grasp.
This requires looking beyond what you see in your life now because you created that, and you can now create something completely different as well.
Reflection Questions:
- What beliefs about success, happiness, or prosperity did you inherit from others that may be preventing you from following your heart?
- If you truly believed that following your joy would lead to success, what would you start doing differently today?

This will be called the assumption awareness game. You would do well to think of it as a game in order that you might have fun with it and enjoy the process.
Assumption, as it is being used here, means a thought, idea, position, or attitude you assume when something is presented to you. Now this will require your awareness because most times you make assumptions so automatically that you do not realize you have done so.
As you engage in this process, you will notice how many of your assumptions are also limitations. You will see a task or goal and assume you are not able to accomplish that. You will imagine who you desire to be and assume you are not capable enough to accomplish that. Now you understand that the more you uncover, the more helpful it will be to keep it a game, so you move through it more easily.
Reflection Questions:
- What automatic assumptions do you make about your capabilities when faced with new opportunities or challenges?
- How might approaching the discovery of your limiting assumptions as a playful game rather than serious work change your willingness to examine them?

Refuse to be held hostage. You wrote that sentence some time ago, and now it will make sense for you. This is a behavior in which you have participated for a great deal of your life, as many others do. It would be fun for you to look up the definition of hostage and apply it to this message.
Now, typically, a hostage is someone who is being held by another party against their will. You have been holding yourself hostage in your life. Now, because of that, no outside force that needs to release you, but it is only you who can accomplish that task.
You stop holding yourself hostage when you make choices based on what you know is for your highest good instead of trying to please others. Devour this.
Reflection Questions:
- In what ways are you holding yourself hostage by making choices to please others rather than honoring your own needs and desires?
- What would it look like to “release yourself” from the patterns where you sacrifice your wellbeing for others’ approval?

When you decide to stop being afraid, you will have everything you want. You have always known this on a very deep level, but your sense of the power that existed within you was actually the realization that frightened you the most. As you begin to acknowledge this, you also start to see the perfection of all the events of your life. You can see how they all enabled you to be the person you are now.
Every soul has the ability, opportunity, and the right to stop being afraid, and your example will aid them as well. Congratulations.
Reflection Questions:
- What are you most afraid of about fully stepping into your own power and potential?
- How have the events of your life—even the difficult ones—perfectly prepared you to be who you are meant to become?
September 24, 2019
Please humor us for just a bit as you dive into this message, and you may be pleasantly surprised at the end.
What if, before you were born, you knew the right guardians to choose who would offer you everything you needed to be successful? What if you knew that you chose them with very specific perceived flaws so that you could develop your characteristics that would diminish their flaws? What if you knew that every relationship in which you would choose to enter was for the express purpose of causing you to know who you are and become more? What if you knew every experience of lack you would provide yourself would also hold the impetus for you to actualize yourself and manifest abundance? What if you knew that particular physical ailments you would choose to endure would be the ones that cause you to know you are far more than a physical body? What if you knew that any uncomfortable experience you would provide yourself would cause you to seek comfort? And what if you knew the only way you would do this is to be yourself fully?
Now you understand your life.
Reflection Questions:
- How might your most challenging relationships have been perfectly designed to help you discover and develop specific aspects of yourself?
- What uncomfortable experiences in your life have ultimately led you to seek greater comfort, growth, or self-understanding?

A message for your family. While we are directing this message to Roger and his family, many of you will relate, as you will experience similar circumstances. First, let us say that this is all a good thing, and we will provide a bit of proof.
[Message continues with specific details about family dynamics and restructuring…]
You will move through some turbulent times ahead as each of you will attempt to prove the others wrong, so you will feel right, but in the end, as we have told you, the result will be the same as it has been for eons. You will evolve and come to accept and include more of yourself. Yes, we mean you and you collectively.
Reflection Questions:
- In what ways do you find yourself trying to prove others wrong so that you can feel right, and how might this pattern be blocking your growth?
- How can you practice accepting and validating yourself without needing others to agree with your beliefs or perspectives?

Your world will heal as you do. We are directing every single word of that sentence to you. As we have said to you during our talks on Sunday, you have decided to be in the world now to facilitate healing within yourself and your world. Your only challenge was accepting how vital you were to the process and how it could not even occur without you being here.
You are alive now because there is a part of you that you have yet to realize, accept, and own, which is why you are here now, and if we keep pushing you to believe this, you will achieve your goal. For you will heal more this time, as will your world, and you all will be fine.
Reflection Questions:
- What part of yourself have you yet to fully realize, accept, and own that might be essential to your healing journey?
- How does understanding your vital role in the world’s healing process change your sense of purpose and responsibility?
September 24, 2022
The divine plan of your life is before you now. You were born to achieve something in your life that would cause your expansion and that of your world. You chose this time in the trajectory of your world to be alive because it provided you with the most excellent opportunity to add your unique contribution to create the new world you desired.
You stand at a critical place now in your evolution and restructuring your world. We have said we provided guidance, and the only difficulty any of you has had is believing that was true, especially Roger. None of you knows what you possess until you become willing to look.
Reflection Questions:
- What unique contribution are you meant to make to the world that only you can provide?
- What gifts or abilities do you possess that you haven’t fully acknowledged or utilized because you haven’t been willing to truly look at your potential?
September 24, 2023
Change can only come through you. That is, any change you desire to experience in your physical life experience and that of your world. That change happens when you remember who you are and your connection to all that is.
It also requires a reinterpretation of all you have lived and a desire to accept your abilities and power, which means changing your mindset. You do this over time. You decide when you will change and love who you are.
Reflection Questions:
- How would you reinterpret your life story if you viewed all your experiences as perfectly designed to help you remember your true power?
- What would change in your life if you fully accepted your abilities and decided to love who you are unconditionally?
September 24, 2024
You will change your world. That will be your internal and exterior worlds, for they are the same, and we have provided a pathway for you to actualize both. We had our messenger provide you with a sample today so more of you can come to accept your vital role in restructuring your world, including our messenger.
Reflection Questions:
- How are your internal world (thoughts, beliefs, emotions) and external world (circumstances, relationships, experiences) currently reflecting each other?
- What steps can you take today to begin restructuring your inner world in ways that will positively transform your outer experience?
