Analysis of the Wilhelm messages for September 11: http://bit.ly/3K2xvS0
Self-belief is all that was required. That statement is true for every soul who decides to have a physical life experience. You made that decision, and you did so at this time on your evolutionary journey, because you held something within you that would cause your world to become more. You uncover it as you gain experiences, and we have been stimulating your consciousness along the way so that you would accept more of your importance on this day.
The guidance will not be lost on you today.
Reflection Questions:
- What aspect of yourself have you been hesitant to believe in, and how might strengthening that self-belief change your current circumstances?
- How do you recognize when you’re receiving guidance or “consciousness stimulation,” and what prevents you from fully accepting your importance in the world?
September 11, 2008
All that is ever required is your very own belief.
In your creation process, you first decide what it is that you desire to create, and then go about taking the steps to manifest that creation. It is not up to you how exactly that will be carried out, but your willingness to “know” that it will, according to your highest good.
When you maintain the vision of your unique and valuable creation, the universe will deliver it to you based on your belief.
Your trepidation will also point out to you the very areas of your life experience where your own belief may be lacking.
You will experience the joy in the process, for that is what you desired. You intended it all to be fun.
Reflection Questions:
- What creation or goal are you currently working toward, and where do you notice trepidation revealing areas of lacking belief?
- How can you shift your approach to make the manifestation process more joyful and fun, rather than filled with struggle?

You are always seeking complete ownership of every aspect of your beingness. Beingness is used here to refer to your state of being while you are in physical form. While you are in physical form, you develop very particular and unique characteristics and qualities, as does every other soul. Your intention was to always own, as it were, yours.
You may only accomplish this as you become willing to release any judgment about that. As you do, you also simultaneously reestablish your connection to your true identity or all that is. You then also have now granted yourself access to everything and anything you desire, which was always the goal.
Your actions, deeds, and thoughts will always alert you to whether you are accomplishing this or not. That ownership will become evident when you share every aspect of it with others.
Reflection Questions:
- Which aspects of your personality or characteristics do you still judge rather than fully own, and how does this judgment limit your connection to your true self?
- When you think about sharing “every aspect” of yourself with others, what parts do you hold back, and what would change if you expressed these aspects more freely?
September 11, 2010
Your history was predetermined. In other words, before you came into physical form, you set forth all the conditions that you knew would provide you with the greatest opportunity for expansion. Those conditions included your parents, family, friends, places you lived, and everything you can think of that you now consider your history.
Now, on the other hand, your future is never predetermined. You also were given free will of choice to use your history to create the greatest life experience you can imagine. There is such power and freedom in that concept that when you begin to accept it, you will also fulfill your intended desires, and those are always expansion, more life, experience, awareness, and knowledge. You get to choose.
Reflection Questions:
- How might viewing your challenging past experiences as deliberately chosen for your expansion change your relationship with those memories?
- What would you create for your future if you truly believed you had complete free will to design the greatest life experience you can imagine?
September 11, 2011
Your experience of grief is a process that enables you to consciously decide to live in your now as you always intended. When you are in that moment of grief, you begin to appreciate where you are now, and it is as if all your physical world stands still for a moment, and all your other distractions and worries take second place. When you are in that experience of grief, you often find the renewed motivation to create and do all those things you intended.
The grief always passes, unless, however, you use it against your own best interest and stay there. The choice is always up to you, and with your honesty, you always know the difference.
Reflection Questions:
- How has grief in your life served as a catalyst for appreciating the present moment and clarifying what truly matters to you?
- When you’re honest with yourself, can you recognize the difference between processing grief naturally and choosing to remain stuck in it?
September 11, 2012
You never intended to live in sadness, but to use it as an emotional tool to strive for eternal happiness.
It becomes important for you to remember that you did indeed desire to experience all manner of physical emotions, but to also understand that at the same time, you hold free will of choice to choose where you desire to be, who you desire to become, and the physical life experience you desire to have.
If you can remember to remove any particular self-judgment as you might experience while you are in one of those undesirable emotional states, all of them become tolerable and acceptable because you know you are using them all to lead you to your happiness.
Reflection Questions:
- How can you reframe your current challenging emotions as tools pointing you toward what you truly desire, rather than as problems to solve?
- What self-judgments do you hold about experiencing certain emotions, and how would removing these judgments change your relationship with your emotional life?
September 11, 2013
Vulnerability is indeed a virtue. That statement may appear to you at first to be quite radical; however, once you understand its meaning, you will also be able to use it effectively during your physical life experience.
It is not possible for you to expand unless you become willing to be vulnerable. This runs counter to what you have been doing most of your life, for you have feared being vulnerable. This very fear means that you do not trust the integrity of your life experience, or that there are certain things you must protect yourself from, and there are certain things you must never let anyone else know or discover. This all means that you have yet to know, own, and trust your own perfection.
Reflection Questions:
- What are you most afraid of others discovering about you, and how does protecting these aspects limit your growth and authentic connections?
- In what areas of your life could embracing vulnerability actually lead to expansion rather than the harm you fear?
September 11, 2014
One of your biggest problems, if you will, throughout your physical life experience has been needing validation. The operative word here is needing. While all souls desire validation, needing it simply means that you are still in the process of coming to trust your own way.
The more you begin to notice that need lessening, the more you are expanding. One of the dangers you might face in reaching this place is thinking that somehow you must become arrogant or narcissistic to no longer need validation, but in fact, precisely the opposite will occur. When you recognize that you no longer need or require validation to follow your own path, you grant that freedom to others, so instead of becoming arrogant or narcissistic, you become magnanimous.
Reflection Questions:
- In what areas of your life do you still seek validation from others, and how does this need prevent you from trusting your own inner guidance?
- How might reducing your need for external validation actually make you more generous and supportive toward others’ paths?
September 11, 2015
And sometimes you just need rest. While that may sound to you like a solution that is too easy, it is also one that can be powerful and effective.
This is not merely referring to the rest of your physical body, but probably more importantly, rest from your constant mental activity. It means rest from worry. It means rest from too much effort on your part to try to accomplish something. It means rest from your continual self-judgment.
The reason these periods of rest that you may grant yourself are so powerful is that you can only accomplish them in your here and now, or this present moment. You might even surprise yourself as to how quickly you begin to feel a sense of renewal from this manner of rest.
Reflection Questions:
- What forms of mental activity—worry, excessive effort, or self-judgment—do you most need to rest from right now?
- How can you create more moments of true present-moment rest, and what resistance do you notice when you try to simply be still?
September 11, 2016
When you shift your perception of what you consider to be a tragedy in your life and your world, you will cause your own expansion, and you will feel better.
Try to think of it in this manner, which will require a shift in your previously held beliefs. You allow yourself to experience tragedies in your life and your world because you knew that the experiences themselves would cause you to make new choices in your life and thereby evolve.
Whenever you feel as if you are falling apart or your world is falling apart, it is in order that you and your world might come together and become more. That is always the process of evolution.
Reflection Questions:
- What tragedy or challenging experience in your life might you reframe as a catalyst for positive change and evolution?
- When you feel like things are “falling apart” in your current life, what new choices or possibilities might be emerging from this apparent breakdown?

Your intention will create your motivation. That sentence is meant to point out to you that many times in your life, you have not been aware of this fact, and find yourself perplexed as to why you couldn’t do certain things. You were going about it backward.
Intention is used here to mean what you set out to achieve, create, or manifest through what you do. Every soul will find their purpose that is unique to their life experience and what they wanted to actualize.
In everything you have done in your life, you have had one common intention, but because it showed up in different forms, it escaped your awareness. You intended to know that whatever you did caused something that felt “good” to you to manifest.
Reflection Questions:
- What is your deepest intention behind the goals you’re currently pursuing, and how might clarifying this intention reignite your motivation?
- Looking back at your life experiences, what common thread of “feeling good” or fulfillment can you identify across seemingly different activities or achievements?
September 11, 2018
It is not possible for you to hide from yourself, even though you may attempt to do so. You and others do this all the time, but there are times when your awareness is so vivid that you are not able to ignore what is in front of you.
Imagine this scenario. You have an idea of what you want to create, and you also have a deep, unwavering feeling that this is precisely what you were meant to do, and create or be, but then you notice you are not proceeding. Here is when asking yourself why is valuable.
You may receive various answers, but none of them matter now because you know you have to do this, or you will never develop trust in yourself as you desired.
Reflection Questions:
- What idea or calling have you been avoiding despite having a deep feeling that it’s what you’re meant to pursue?
- What would change in your life if you stopped making excuses and trusted that inner knowing about what you’re meant to create or become?

You cannot be another person! You know that whenever we use the exclamation point, we are yelling at you, or in other words, pay attention! We have given you this message over and over, and some of you, especially Roger, have been reluctant to receive it.
You will know if you have not accepted the title of this message, or if you have been attempting to accomplish the impossible notion contained in the title. Here is a big statement, so give yourself time to accept it. You only ever experience a state of depression, anxiety, fear, inadequacy, loneliness, and any other uncomfortable emotion when you are attempting not to be yourself.
Reflection Questions:
- In what ways are you currently trying to be someone else instead of fully being yourself, and how might this be contributing to any negative emotions you’re experiencing?
- What would it look like to completely accept that you are a “vital ingredient” in the world’s “cake,” and how would this change how you show up in life?
February 12, 2019 – How to Bake a Cake
When you think of baking a cake, you know you will need certain ingredients to manifest the final result. You know that each ingredient is necessary or important, so you do not choose one above the other, or eliminate some because you need them all. As you diligently go about combining the ingredients, you witness every step of the way the formation of your cake, which only required some time to bake in the oven for it to rise, and now you have a beautiful cake.
That is your life.
Reflection Questions:
- What unique “ingredients” or qualities do you possess that you’ve been undervaluing or trying to eliminate from your life’s recipe?
- How can you trust the natural “baking process” of your life more, rather than trying to rush or force outcomes?
September 11, 2020
No one has taken your power, but you have chosen to give it away. This message is a bit challenging for Roger, as we gave him a lot of information, and he is dealing with his resistance to hearing our words and not believing them, just as you have done throughout your life.
We told you your world is moving through a massive restructuring, and that includes you. You have held on to the belief that you needed to receive your sustenance and nurturance from something outside of yourself. Your only challenge is your resistance to change.
Stop looking at everyone else and decide to change for yourself and harness the power you gave away so long ago.
Reflection Questions:
- Where in your life have you been looking to external sources for sustenance and validation instead of recognizing your own inner power?
- What changes are you currently resisting, and how might embracing these changes help you reclaim the power you’ve given away?
September 11, 2021
It could be your time to shine. We say that it could be because you are born with free will to manifest anything you want. It was never that you didn’t possess this ability. Your evolutionary journey would only allow you to become aware of this in your physical life experience at certain times. You picked the time of the restructuring of your world to do so.
If you decide it is your time to shine, the universe will also be pleased with your actions.
Reflection Questions:
- What would “shining” look like for you personally at this moment in your life, and what’s preventing you from stepping into that expression?
- How does knowing you chose to be alive during this time of global restructuring change your sense of purpose and responsibility?
December 17, 2017 – Stop Running from Yourself
You uncovered a transcript of a dream you had twelve years ago. In the dream, you witnessed a group of men you deemed to be leaders in some way, and there was a call made for a volunteer, and you stepped up. Immediately as you did so, you questioned your actions or why you would do such thing, and even asked at the end, “why me”?
To stop running means to let go of the resistance you have had in becoming your true self. Everyone does this to a certain degree, and now you get to decide if you will stop running.
Reflection Questions:
- What signs or dreams from your past have pointed to a calling or purpose that you’ve been questioning or running from?
- What would it mean for you to “stop running from yourself” and fully embrace who you’re meant to become?
September 11, 2022
Please remember your strength. Today may bring memories with varied emotions for different reasons. Ten years ago, we provided something appropriate for all.
Reflection Questions:
- When you reflect on difficult anniversaries or challenging memories, how can you reframe them as evidence of your strength and resilience?
- What strength have you developed through past difficulties that you can apply to current challenges?
September 11, 2023
Your history has never been more valuable. That is your life history and your generational history. Both are in the process of evolving. When you reinterpret all of your histories in a manner where you unearth the wealth of wisdom and knowledge you hold, you not only accelerate your evolution but also your planetary ascension.
Reflection Questions:
- What patterns or stories from your family lineage contain hidden wisdom that could serve your current growth and evolution?
- How might reinterpreting your personal history as a source of valuable wisdom rather than past mistakes change your relationship with yourself?
September 11, 2024
There are no accidental occurrences in your life and world. Only the events and circumstances that emerge in both allow you to take the next step on your evolutionary journey that will occur today.
The message we provided last year and the events in your world today will move you closer to self-acceptance, which is your life’s goal.
Reflection Questions:
- What recent events or circumstances in your life might be perfectly timed opportunities for your next evolutionary step?
- How does viewing current world events as part of a collective movement toward self-acceptance change your perspective on global challenges?
