You can ask for more today. Asking for more means you have reached a point in your physical life experience where you recognize that you deserve more. You would not necessarily make that choice naturally, as part of the journey is the discovery of something new within you that you want to bring to the world. As you become willing to do so, your life changes, as does that of your world.
Reflection Questions:
- What areas of your life have you been settling for less than you truly desire, and what would “asking for more” look like in those areas?
- What new aspect of yourself have you discovered recently that you’re ready to share with the world?
September 9, 2008
You always receive what you ask for, whether you think so or not. It is merely your interpretation of the events and circumstances of your life experience that obscures this fact from your view. All you ever need to do is be aware of your dominant thoughts. That collection of thoughts molds and shapes your life experience.
Reflection Questions:
- Looking back at recent experiences you initially judged as unfortunate, how might they have actually served your highest good?
- What are your most dominant thoughts throughout the day, and how might they be shaping your current reality?

Simply become willing to be the observer of your life experience rather than a reactor to it. When you become the observer, you take the stance that you do not know in your present moment of awareness what is ahead; however, you maintain a positive expectancy that it is for your highest good.
Reflection Questions:
- In what situations do you find yourself reacting rather than observing, and how could you shift to a more observational stance?
- How would your daily experience change if you maintained positive expectancy about unknown outcomes?

There is no situation, event, circumstance, challenge, or difficulty that shows up in your physical life experience that you did not request. When you do begin to allow yourself to accept this concept, you understand you are never a victim of anything. This provides you with the ability to have the happy and joyous life you intended.
Reflection Questions:
- What current challenge in your life might actually be something your higher self requested for your growth and expansion?
- How would your perspective on difficulties change if you truly believed you were never a victim of circumstances?
September 9, 2011
There are many distractions that you allow to appear in your physical life experience because, on a fundamental level, you have yet to accept that you possess the ability to manifest and create what you truly desire. When you begin to remove those distractions, you will uncover abilities and powers you had yet to experience.
Reflection Questions:
- What distractions in your life might be serving as excuses to avoid pursuing your true desires and ambitions?
- What abilities or powers within yourself have you not yet fully explored or accepted?

Faith is being able to observe or experience something that you would initially label as a problem or challenge, while knowing at the same time there is benefit and value for you in the experience itself. When you choose faith, you also choose your inner peace.
Reflection Questions:
- What current “problem” in your life could you choose to see through the lens of faith rather than fear?
- How does choosing faith over worry change your internal state and your approach to challenges?

Attaining awareness has been difficult for you at times because it can show up with mixed emotions. Often, you do not even accept the new awareness because you believe you are admitting to some sort of failure. When you acknowledge that this is a natural part of evolving, it becomes easier to release the judgment and embrace the awareness.
Reflection Questions:
- What new awareness about yourself have you recently gained but struggled to accept without self-judgment?
- How can you reframe your relationship with “mistakes” to see them as natural steps in your evolution rather than failures?

You would do well now to concentrate on building your muscle of choice. Free will means that you know you have the ability to make choices about your life and its direction, who you desire to be, and you are doing so consciously. Not developing this muscle means you give control of your life to something outside of yourself.
Reflection Questions:
- In what areas of your life are you unconsciously giving your power of choice to external circumstances or other people?
- How can you more consciously exercise your free will in making decisions about who you want to become?
September 9, 2015
Today, decide to set your plan for your physical life experience with the full awareness that it will change tomorrow. You fail to engage in this process because you do not want to disappoint yourself by not achieving what that plan might be.
Reflection Questions:
- What vision for your life have you avoided creating because you fear not living up to it?
- How would your planning change if you embraced the idea that plans are meant to evolve rather than be rigidly followed?
September 9, 2016
Being a little uncomfortable is exactly the existence you desired in your life. A little discomfort is more about excitement and positive outcomes. When you become comfortable with being a little uncomfortable, you will do great things.
Reflection Questions:
- What opportunities are you avoiding because they make you feel “a little uncomfortable,” and how might this discomfort actually signal positive growth?
- How can you distinguish between the discomfort of growth and the fear that indicates actual danger?
September 9, 2017
No one else could cause you to experience an emotion by their actions if that emotion or feeling did not already exist within you. You could not feel unworthy unless you were holding the belief that you were unworthy. Now you can decide to practice being worthy, for that is your birthright.
Reflection Questions:
- What emotions do others trigger in you that might reveal beliefs you hold about yourself that need examination?
- In what specific ways can you begin practicing the belief that you are inherently worthy?

When you become willing to receive more in your life, you will stop accepting less. You may find certain people and situations falling away as you move into the experience of autonomy. All of these changes indicate you are willing to receive more.
Reflection Questions:
- What relationships or situations in your life represent you “accepting less” than you deserve?
- How do you feel about the prospect of increased autonomy, and what fears might arise as you stop accepting less?
September 9, 2019
Please be delusional. How could you or your world hope to evolve and expand unless you are willing to be delusional? You have forgotten that your particular set of circumstances was only meant to serve as a foundation from which you are to create more.
Reflection Questions:
- What “delusional” dreams or visions do you have that you’ve dismissed because they seem impossible or impractical?
- How can you use your current circumstances as a foundation for creating something greater rather than as limitations?
September 9, 2020
You are attempting to become more. The restructuring first begins with you. You may look at world conditions and believe things are falling apart, yet they are not. Change that phrase to restructuring, and you will notice the effects in increased awareness of your humanity.
Reflection Questions:
- What aspects of your life that seem to be “falling apart” might actually be restructuring for something better?
- How has recent global or personal upheaval contributed to your increased awareness and growth?

We told you what to do. Your only “job” is to live and experience your physical life journey fully. At times, you get distracted and begin to mistakenly believe that part of that job is to help others live theirs. However, their purpose is merely to provide you with a context to choose who you desire to be.
Reflection Questions:
- In what ways do you try to control or fix others’ journeys instead of focusing on fully living your own?
- How do your relationships serve as mirrors, helping you choose who you desire to be rather than who you think you should be?
September 9, 2022
You are the one who has to believe. You all doubt yourselves, and it is not something to beat yourself up about because you cannot know who you can become until you decide to find out, and that is the path of self-discovery.
Reflection Questions:
- What aspects of your potential do you find most difficult to believe in, and what would change if you decided to believe anyway?
- How can you approach self-discovery with curiosity rather than self-judgment when you encounter self-doubt?
September 9, 2023
A new perspective will provide greater understanding. Everything you experience in your physical life is done through your consciousness. Judging yourself for what you did not understand about yourself does not help you become the person you want to be.
Reflection Questions:
- What past version of yourself do you still judge, and how could a new perspective help you understand that person with more compassion?
- How might shifting your perspective on a current challenge reveal understanding that was previously hidden?

It’s time to move forward. Your life experiences and the wisdom and knowledge you have acquired are needed. We have given you advice for preparation, but you must act. You will do so when you embrace the next step on your unique journey.
Reflection Questions:
- What wisdom have you gained from your experiences that you’re now ready to put into action in the world?
- What is the next step on your unique journey that you’ve been preparing for but haven’t yet taken?
