But that is also why you are on the physical plane during your planetary ascension. We would like all of you to make it much easier today on a date that is his lucky number, and many of you will find resonance.

You desired to experience trusting every aspect of your life experience.

In this manner, you affirm the integrity of that experience and know, on the deepest level, that everything is being offered to you for your expansion.

You will notice when you are missing the mark, so to speak, with your initial reactions to events, circumstances, and events that cause you discomfort.

At those times, instead of judging yourself for those reactions, it would be much more beneficial to simply acknowledge you have momentarily forgotten your goal of accepting all of the life adventure you have laid out that offers you greater awareness.

Simply get out of your own way and desire to trust all of it.

Reflection Questions:

  1. When you experience discomfort or resistance to life events, what would it mean to see these as opportunities for expansion rather than obstacles?
  2. How can you practice getting out of your own way, and what specific self-judgments or patterns tend to block your natural flow?

It is not possible for you to continue on your desired path of expansion while simultaneously holding on to the concept of “too good to be true”.

This is a belief you learned in your physical world, have adopted, and then adapted to your life experience. It is so insidious that most times you are not aware of its existence in your thinking. There is nothing that the Universe cannot provide, and this was your intention to experience. The concept itself causes you to question, doubt, and fear what is ahead for you, and will also halt you from attempting anything.

It should also bring you back to one of your favorite sayings: “There is nothing to fear but fear itself”. Now, if you will take that concept at its deepest meaning, adopt and adapt that, you will create the very life experience you desired.

  1. Where in your life do you unconsciously believe something is “too good to be true,” and how might this limiting belief be preventing you from receiving what you desire?
  2. What would your life look like if you fully embraced the idea that the Universe has no limits on what it can provide for you?

You are never dependent on anything outside of your Self. The capitalization of self here is used to indicate all that is, the Universe, or the greater part of you. You will continually allow particular scenarios, which will seem quite familiar, to show up in your life experience so that you may gain a greater understanding of this.

You are not dependent on another person, situation, or any circumstance for your existence, well-being, or abundance. There are all things that are natural and inherent for you, and this you will always desire to know and expand upon. As you accept this more, those particular scenarios will no longer have a purpose or value and will not show up for you. Now you will be more able to focus on simply creating, as you intended.

  1. What recurring scenarios in your life might be showing up to teach you about your inherent wholeness and independence?
  2. How can you shift from seeking external validation or security to recognizing your natural state of well-being and abundance?

Continuation is all that exists. The more you are able to hold on to this concept, the more you will release your needless worry about your future and what happens next. You always intended to enjoy and experience the now. It is only in this manner that you can attend to your very own expansion.

You see evidence of this continuation around you, or little hints, if you will. You observe a flower or plant that appears at times to have lost its life, only to emerge again and blossom. This is precisely what you are up to in this lifetime, and you would do well to honor it.

You always get done what you intended, and you will always set new goals to get done, and you will accomplish those as well.

  1. What examples of natural continuation or renewal have you witnessed that remind you of your own resilient nature?
  2. How can you honor your own cycles of growth, including the apparent “dormant” periods, as essential parts of your expansion?

The timing of all events, circumstances, and situations that show up in your physical life experience is always perfect for you. It is perfect because it provides you with clues, so to speak, of the Divine Plan that is laid for you.

Most times, you do not notice this, for you have learned the habit of being impatient and lacking trust. Yes, they are indeed habits that have been reinforced for many years throughout your life.

When you make an honest attempt to notice the timing, its perfection will become evident for you. It can even be in the smallest situations or moments, but that is enough for you to begin to trust the integrity of your physical life journey.

  1. Looking back at a challenging time in your life, can you now see how the timing was actually perfect for your growth or development?
  2. What small daily occurrences might be clues about the larger pattern or purpose unfolding in your life?

Your personally held attitudes about the acts of giving and receiving can reflect back to you your personally held beliefs about your self-worth when you choose to examine those attitudes.

You will know when your own issues of self-worth are involved because you will experience some form of being uncomfortable when you are involved in those acts of giving and receiving. You may find yourself reluctant at times to receive and experience that uncomfortableness, because you believe you do not deserve what is being offered. You may feel uncomfortable when you give something because you think it is not enough, and then you know that you believe your self-worth is based on how much you give.

While these attitudes may puzzle you at first, you will always gain clarity, understanding, and wisdom when you earnestly take the time to examine them. You will know you are in the process of your expansion when you become comfortable with your acts of both giving and receiving.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What discomfort do you notice when giving or receiving, and what might this reveal about your underlying beliefs about your worthiness?
  2. How can you practice receiving gracefully as a way of honoring both the giver and your own inherent value?

While there are many different ways to state the principle behind this concept, the one that is easiest for you to understand is that your physical life experience begins in your thinking. Everything your experience in the physical world stems from how you decide to think about it.

In order to experience expansion in your life, you must first experience expansion in your thinking. Until now, you have maintained what can be thought of as limited thinking. This occurs because you become easily hypnotized, if you will, by your current surroundings and circumstances.

You could do nothing better than to attempt to “see” beyond what is before you now. You hold unlimited potential awaiting your release once you decide to have unlimited thinking.

  1. How have your current circumstances or environment influenced your thinking patterns, and where might you be limiting yourself unnecessarily?
  2. What would it look like to think beyond your current situation, and what unlimited potential might you discover if you expanded your mental horizons?

Your life is waiting is probably one of the most important ideas you could decide to hold as you begin your day, and actually, the moment you awaken each day. It reminds you that yesterday has passed and new opportunities are now available.

You are always in a continual state of becoming more, but because you can get so busy in attempting to accomplish this, you do not even recognize it is occurring.

When you understand your life is waiting, then you know it merely requires you becoming willing to step into it, so to speak. Courage will be experienced by you deciding to take those steps. Bravery is experienced when you decide that the opinions of others do not need to affect you in creating your life in a manner you desire. Reflect on this and go for it.

  1. What new opportunities might be waiting for you today that you haven’t yet noticed or been willing to step into?
  2. How do the opinions of others currently influence your life choices, and what would change if you prioritized your own authentic desires?

Doubt and expectation are bound together and can either work for your expansion or against it, depending on how you decide to use them. You have probably never thought about them together, but now is a good time to do so.

You think that you might be better off without them, but that is not true, and also not realistic. You will set a goal, and it is natural then to form some manner of expectation around that goal. Most times, your expectation is limiting, so in this case, you would be better off to only hold the expectation that whatever occurs will be for my highest good.

Now, as you have set this expectation or goal, you will then engender doubt. This is also inevitable because you typically never move beyond doubt until you have done the thing you doubt. So now, as you understand this, you would do well to make becoming comfortable with doubt a goal.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How might your current expectations about your goals be limiting what’s actually possible for you?
  2. What would change in your life if you became comfortable with doubt as a natural part of growth rather than seeing it as a problem to eliminate?

There is nothing more valuable and productive you could do today than actually take the time to re-imagine your life. Every word used there is intended. You may wonder why this is important, and the fact is that today you are a different person than you were yesterday, and your desires, wants, and goals have changed. They have changed because you feel more capable of achieving them, but at the same time, you fear making the changes in your life that you know are necessary to accomplish this.

If you re-imagine it all first, the journey and the process will not be as scary for you, and you will once again know your choices and preferences. The hard choices you make today yield excellent results tomorrow.

  1. How have your desires and capabilities evolved recently, and what outdated versions of yourself might you be clinging to?
  2. What would your life look like if you re-imagined it based on who you are becoming rather than who you used to be?

Yes, there are times in your life when you will experience what you might term good fear. Now, the meaning of the words used here will all be interpreted by you to be relevant to your life.

The reason it is termed good fear is that it is the type that causes you to do something that is leading you to or close to becoming the person you desired. The fear may be to alert you to the things you are doing that are preventing your expansion. Or, as you heard the other day, the fear of living your life in a manner that does not allow you to manifest what you wanted.

When you find yourself in those situations, say to yourself, “I asked for this,” the reason will be revealed, and you will receive the benefit of the good fear.

  1. What current fears in your life might actually be “good fear” – pointing you toward necessary growth or change?
  2. How can you reframe your relationship with fear to see it as guidance rather than something to avoid?

Why would you choose to hurt yourself? We want you to examine that question; allow it to sink in, and we will now say to you, it is always your choice. This message will take you on an emotional journey, but the result will be your emerging liberation, again, if you choose to accept its truth.

Now you hurt yourself in various ways, and we will enumerate just a few. You choose to think that the experiences of your life that are difficult are some form of punishment, rather than opportunities for you to know who you are. You choose to believe in lack because then you have an excuse for not fully living as you desired. You choose to make others’ thoughts, opinions, and feelings more important than yours because you choose to believe in inferiority.

There are many more, but they all serve the same purpose, and that is to prevent you from experiencing your magnificence, the perfection of your life, and all that you can be. Guess what? You can choose to stop hurting yourself in each moment, and in every word you speak, action you take, and thought you choose to believe. Now you have a path.

  1. In what subtle ways do you choose to hurt yourself or diminish your experience, and what purpose might these patterns have served?
  2. How can you begin to choose thoughts, words, and actions that honor your magnificence rather than diminish it?

Your ancestors are watching now with curiosity. We are giving Roger quite a bit of information, and we will do so in bite-sized pieces.

As we have said, you and your world are moving through a massive restructuring to enable evolution. That process can seem scary and frightening, both in your personal life, and that of your world. But all of that is purposeful as well.

We are now speaking to you. You decided to be born to experience this time and offer your essence that would be more than what your family and ancestors could accomplish because you knew you had more to offer. This time in the history of your world is providing you with that opportunity. You will have two choices from which to choose, and those are love or fear. You came to be love, so when you offer that, all will evolve, and your ancestors will say you did a good job.

  1. What unique gifts or perspectives do you bring to this time in history that perhaps your ancestors couldn’t have offered?
  2. In the current challenges facing your world, how can you consciously choose love over fear in your daily responses and interactions?

There is no secret. There is no secret to anything you want to do, be, or have. There is only the choice that you choose to make. You were born with the ability to have anything you want, but you also came with your unique set of circumstances and experiences you wanted to have, for they would allow you to evolve, for that is why you are alive.

Like so many others, you believe that if you could find that secret to success, money, or love, then your life would go well, and you would end your struggles. You can accomplish that, but there is no secret involved. The only thing you had to do to have everything you wanted in life was to believe in yourself.

  1. What “secrets” have you been seeking outside yourself that you might already possess within?
  2. How can you strengthen your belief in yourself and your inherent ability to create the life you desire?

Self-love is a choice. It is also the goal you set for yourself during your physical life experience. No one can make that choice for you, and it is one you make with every thought you hold about yourself and with every judgment you have chosen to believe that said you were inadequate.

We gave you a message on this date in 2012, for we knew where you might find yourself and the world now. You choose self-love when you accept and understand the significance of your life journey. No insignificant souls were ever born, but you are the one who decides.

Your choice now is more consequential than you might have known, for when you choose to love yourself, you place an energy of light and love into your life and your planet, which is the purpose of this restructuring.

  1. What judgments about yourself have you been holding onto that prevent you from fully embracing your inherent worth and significance?
  2. How might your choice to love yourself more fully contribute to the healing and evolution of the world around you?
