Wilhelm Messages: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Collective Evolution

June 16, 2025

We gave you self-mastery. We thought that would be what you each would want, but as you come into physical existence, you are plagued with memories of what you believe might be possible. Even when we have demonstrated the effectiveness of our work through our messenger, you still hold disbelief as he did. We told him to change that today by raising our rates because many of you have become accustomed to suffering, typically in a financial sense, as he has; however, we wanted more of you to move beyond that limitation.

  • Reflection Question 1: This message suggests a human tendency to cling to suffering, even when offered a path to self-mastery. Where in your life might you be inadvertently holding onto a familiar form of struggle, and what belief might be preventing you from moving beyond it?
  • Reflection Question 2: The message implies a direct link between the messenger’s actions (raising rates) and a collective shift away from financial limitation. How might a bold decision or action on your part, even if seemingly small, contribute to a broader positive change in your life or the lives of those around you?

You are indeed the master of your life experience and your universe. You came into physical manifestation in order that you might gain a “knowingness” of that fact through physical experience. Whenever you place blame or fault on another for any part of that experience, you have momentarily given away your power to create, and you have become a “victim” of your life instead of that master you desired. In any circumstance, it would be much more beneficial for you to ask the question, “What did I desire to gain here?” You immediately will access the awareness you desired without struggle. You are simply on a journey of discovery that leads you to the remembrance of your true “Self.”

  • Reflection Question 1: The message states that blaming others gives away your power. Can you recall a situation where you placed blame, and how might reframing that situation by asking “What did I desire to gain here?” change your understanding or empower you?
  • Reflection Question 2: The concept of life as a “journey of discovery” to remember your true “Self” suggests an inherent wisdom within you. How can you consciously cultivate this “knowingness” in your daily experiences, even amidst challenges?

July 16, 2009

Everything that shows up in your physical life experience, all the events, situations, and circumstances, were ordered up by you, so to speak, in order to provide you with an opportunity to make a decision. That very decision is, “Who do you desire to be in this lifetime?”. When you fully take that concept into the deepest levels of your consciousness, you will then welcome and embrace everything that shows up. This gives you a very different attitude as you attempt to do anything. You then know that no matter what the event, situation, or circumstance is, you placed it there because you desired to make a decision to become the highest version of your “Self” while on this physical life journey. There is such amazing power, freedom, joy, and abundance in that concept the more you accept and embrace it.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message posits that all life circumstances are “ordered up by you” to help you decide “Who do you desire to be.” How might this perspective shift your reaction to a current challenge in your life?
  • Reflection Question 2: Embracing the idea that you placed circumstances there to become your “highest version” promises power, freedom, joy, and abundance. What specific attitudes or actions could you adopt today to more fully embrace this concept in your own life?

Approval seeking is indeed one of the most counterproductive activities in which you can engage. This has been a continual theme for you and still holds great value in examining its contents. When you are seeking the approval of others, it is not possible for you to accept your own. When you are seeking the approval of others, you are simultaneously discounting the validity and integrity of your life experience. This is not to say that you do not gain great value from the opinions of others, but it would be far more beneficial for you to simply use their opinions as a source of contrast to make your own choices. Your life experience, again, is precisely that: yours. This should further explain the adage, “To thine own self be true.”

  • Reflection Question 1: The message highlights that seeking external approval hinders self-acceptance. In what areas of your life do you find yourself most susceptible to seeking approval, and how does this affect your ability to trust your own choices?
  • Reflection Question 2: “To thine own self be true” is emphasized. How can you more effectively use the opinions of others as “contrast” rather than as a benchmark for your own validity, allowing you to make choices truly aligned with your authentic self?

Problems are situations, circumstances, and events that you allow to show up in your physical life experience in order that you may solve or overcome them. The manner in which you approach anything in your life will affect the ultimate outcome. When you adopt this particular approach, you begin to view what you would term as problems as opportunities to facilitate your own expansion rather than being or feeling like a victim of your own experience. Whatever it is that you attempt to do to solve or overcome the problems will always cause you to expand in some manner, as you intended. The joy of your life experience will be measurably heightened when you see problems as opportunities.

  • Reflection Question 1: This message reframes “problems” as opportunities for expansion. Think of a current “problem” in your life. How might viewing it as an opportunity for expansion change your approach to it?
  • Reflection Question 2: The message suggests that overcoming problems always leads to expansion. Can you recall a past difficulty that, in retrospect, significantly contributed to your growth or led to a positive change you wouldn’t have otherwise experienced?

June 16, 2012

Recognizing your inability to say no at times can provide you with valuable feedback, if you will, in terms of areas of your expansion that you desire to develop. Those moments where you do find yourself unable to say no, you will also find that it is typically motivated by some fear. The fear may be that you will not feel worthy, that you will lose something, that you will not be valued by others, or that somehow others will think less of you. It also points out your unwillingness to chart your own course, so to speak, as you guide your physical life experience. None of this is “bad”, and can be very beneficial when you decide to use the feedback for your benefit.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message links the inability to say “no” to underlying fears like not feeling worthy or losing value. Where in your life do you struggle to say “no,” and what specific fear might be driving that struggle?
  • Reflection Question 2: How can you intentionally use the “feedback” from moments where you compromise your own needs to chart a more authentic course in your life, transforming these instances into opportunities for growth?

June 16, 2013

All you ever need do is take one step and move into the future of your dreams. You can actually use the words, one step, as a mantra of sorts to help you remember to live in your moment of now; focus on the first step, and that is always the one right in front of you. When you are faced with so many different things that you either feel you must accomplish or desire to accomplish, it is easy to feel somewhat overwhelmed, and then you end up procrastinating or doing nothing at all. This occurs because you have unwittingly unleashed a fear that it is all too much or somehow you are not capable of getting it all done. When you focus on one step, you come back to your moment of now; you begin to enjoy whatever it is you are doing and end up accomplishing so much more. You can always remember to decide to make it all fun as well. That is indeed a decision you make.

  • Reflection Question 1: The “one step” mantra is offered to combat overwhelm and procrastination. What is one area of your life where you feel overwhelmed by too many tasks or desires, and what would be the very next “one step” you could take right now?
  • Reflection Question 2: The message emphasizes deciding to make things fun. How can you intentionally inject more enjoyment and a sense of play into tasks or goals that currently feel daunting or burdensome?

Seeking help is not necessarily a bad thing. Subjective words must be used here for your understanding. All souls come into the physical world with what you may think of as difficulties, challenges, or obstacles before them. Some may be more apparent than others, but all souls have them, or they would not have certain motivations to expand and evolve. Many times, dealing with those issues, so to speak, may require help from others. Many times, you have interpreted seeking help as meaning somehow you are a weak person and then attach a stigma to the act of asking for help. You have done this on many different levels with emotional, physical, and psychological issues. Seeking help means that you recognize, above all else, that your goal is to live a happy, fulfilling, and prosperous life by whatever means necessary. What you also find in the act of seeking help is that there is always a benefit, reason, or value in whatever issue, and collaboration with others also accomplishes your goal of knowing oneness.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message challenges the stigma associated with seeking help. Where in your life might you be resisting asking for help due to a belief that it signifies weakness, and how might reframing this as a pursuit of a “happy, fulfilling, and prosperous life” change your perspective?
  • Reflection Question 2: Collaboration is highlighted as a benefit of seeking help, leading to “knowing oneness.” Can you identify a situation where seeking help from others not only addressed your issue but also deepened your connection or understanding with another person?

June 16, 2015

The most important part of your process of expansion is you becoming willing to take ownership of your physical life experience. That statement may at first sound ridiculous to you because it is your life, after all, but as you examine it more closely, you will very easily notice all the times in your past when you have relinquished that ownership. There have been many reasons for this, but it is not necessary to uncover them all now; it is far more important to make a decision in your moment now to resume that ownership. When you fully understand and believe that the only manner in which you can evolve and make a contribution to others is when you feel and experience your own fulfillment, then you also know that is only attained by taking ownership of your life.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message stresses taking ownership of your life experience. Can you identify a past instance where you consciously or unconsciously “relinquished ownership” of a situation, and what were the consequences?
  • Reflection Question 2: The text links personal fulfillment and contribution to others directly to taking ownership. How does this connection motivate you to more fully embrace responsibility for your current life circumstances and personal evolution?

Your experience of frustration can always be beneficial for you when you understand its purpose and then begin to use it in the manner for which it was intended. The purpose of the frustration is to cause you to examine yourself for its cause and then use your wisdom and guidance to change or eliminate the experience altogether. You always desire to leave the experience of frustration because it is also uncomfortable for you. Unfortunately, many times, when you have not fully identified the source of the frustration, you will attempt to escape from the experience by deflecting it. The manner in which you then attempt to deflect it is to lash out or blame others for your experience of the frustration. That never places you in a position of power in your life. You come into your power when you understand the experience of frustration is within you, and you can do something to change it.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message reframes frustration as a beneficial signal to examine its cause within yourself. Think of a recurring frustration in your life. What might be the underlying internal cause you are being prompted to address?
  • Reflection Question 2: How often do you find yourself deflecting frustration by blaming others, and what specific steps can you take to shift your approach to acknowledge that the power to change the experience lies within you?

June 16, 2017

You knew that your entire purpose for living was to become more or to evolve and expand. You also knew that the experiences of particular circumstances and situations would enable you to accomplish this. You then agree, if you will, on some deep level, to have those experiences show up so that you can use them to help achieve that goal of becoming more. You then allowed yourself to have the experience of abandonment, which led you to discover your underlying feelings of insecurity and being undeserving. Then you used certain techniques and theories to move beyond all of this, and to your surprise, you find you are in the place of feeling empowered, which was actually what you wanted all along. In other words, you merely required proof that your theories and ideas would work. Now you have proof that your ideas worked, what will you do with that?

  • Reflection Question 1: This message suggests we “agree on some deep level” to have challenging experiences for our evolution. Can you identify a past difficult experience that, in retrospect, led to a significant discovery about yourself or moved you towards a greater sense of empowerment?
  • Reflection Question 2: The message concludes by asking, “Now you have proof that your ideas worked, what will you do with that?” Considering your own past breakthroughs or moments of empowerment, how can you consciously apply those proven “theories and ideas” to your present challenges or future aspirations?

June 16, 2018

You always know, but you don’t always know right now. When you understand this message, you will also know you have done so because you will experience more trust in yourself as well as belief. Your story of yesterday will help convey the truth of this to you and others. Yesterday, a friend discovered something you had written more than two years ago where you set forth certain things you desired to manifest. Then, the ensuing events of your life did not seem to be relevant to those aims, but you can look at your life now and see the perfection of them all and how they led you to your previously stated destination. You do this all the time because it is how you create your reality. This last sentence will have it make sense. Knowing what you want is far more powerful than where you happen to be right now.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message highlights that “knowing what you want is far more powerful than where you happen to be right now.” Can you recall a time when you clearly desired something, and even if the path was unclear, you eventually found yourself moving toward it?
  • Reflection Question 2: How can you cultivate more trust in your “always knowing” even when the immediate path or solution isn’t apparent, especially when facing current uncertainties or challenges?

June 16, 2019

What do you want now? That question is one that you and all others would do well to ask yourselves each day. Now, the reason you fail to do this is due to what you have just demonstrated in your life. We gave you this instruction several days ago, and while in a different form, it was the essence of the question we wanted you to query. You didn’t answer the question because you attempted to answer it from your old self, which is why we say ask it today or in your moment of now. Today, you feel more capable than yesterday. Today, you believe in your intuition, abilities, and instincts more. Please answer the question.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message encourages asking “What do you want now?” from your current, evolving self, not your “old self.” What specific desires or intentions might emerge for you today if you truly answered this question from a place of increased capability and belief in yourself?
  • Reflection Question 2: How does the act of continually asking “What do I want now?” from an updated, empowered perspective help to chart a more authentic and fulfilling course for your life, rather than being guided by past patterns or limitations?

June 16, 2020

Why did we say you wanted this? Yes, we are referring to the current times, and we are using the collective sentiment of the word you throughout this message. Part of the genesis of this message was Roger’s guilt. Last night, Roger received a call from a friend experiencing emotional turmoil due to the world conditions and feeling a sense of doom. Another called who was experiencing emotional pain due to the ending of a relationship. Roger helped each through their ordeals and then questioned why he was able to do that. Roger also wondered why he was experiencing these current times differently than most. This morning, we told him, and now he wants to tell those of you who may be experiencing similar doubts as you are being asked to step up to your life purpose. We meant every one of those words. We told Roger to search our messages for the phrase “you wanted.” You can do the same if you wish, and what you will discover is we have said those words for decades. It is only now that they make sense. We will explain our philosophy to each of you, and it may mitigate some of your uncertainty and surprising feelings of guilt. You were born to accomplish or achieve certain things you wanted. You knew there would be some experiences that would help you more than others, so you agreed to have them. You knew some would be fearful, challenging, depressing, painful, and also joyful, exhilarating, and uplifting. Then, you knew that if you allowed yourself to accept and move through this evolution process, you would evolve, and so would the world, as you are all one. Now, we are quite clever, so go back and reread this message and think of the collective you, and you will mitigate your current level of fear. Some of you have also recognized your mission.

  • Reflection Question 1: This message suggests that current challenging times were “wanted” on a deeper, collective level for evolution. How does this perspective shift your understanding of global or personal difficulties, and how might it alleviate any feelings of guilt or helplessness you might carry?
  • Reflection Question 2: The message implies that you “were born to accomplish certain things you wanted,” including experiencing a range of emotions and challenges. What “mission” or purpose do you feel is emerging for you in this current global climate, and how can you embrace both the joyful and challenging aspects of that journey?

June 16, 2021

Stop denying who you are because the world needs you now. If you are reading this message, then it means these words are for you. You do not end up in accidental places in your life, which we will help you come to understand through this message. Roger had a terrible night’s sleep because we kept bugging him. We do that when his resistance is so strong. As we tell the story, you will see yourself. Yesterday, in a group meeting Roger attended, one person commented that so many now are struggling to find their businesses, clients, and correct life paths. Roger heard us say to him that we have given him that information repeatedly, and we led him to one message he shared with the group, but now we will share it with you. We are doing so because this current restructuring is so vital that you following our guidance now will accelerate the evolution of your world. After all, you are that powerful, and you will be fine.

September 25, 2013 (Contextual Message)

The biggest irony that you discover during your physical life experience is that the key to the expansion you seek is being you, and the fear you hold is being you. Your awareness of this irony also provides you with the opportunity to resolve it. Notice that whenever you hesitate to do something you know you desire to do and that you know it will further that expansion, and you decide to wait, that very waiting period is when you have allowed your life to be controlled by that fear. Now, you will also understand that the fear is there not because of who you are but what you think others will think of who you are. When you study this entire concept, you will find it difficult to see any exceptions to this.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message from June 16, 2021, urges you to “stop denying who you are because the world needs you now.” What aspects of your true self, your unique gifts, or your authentic path might you currently be denying or holding back, and what impact do you think that has on yourself and others?
  • Reflection Question 2: The September 25, 2013, message points out the irony that the fear you hold is often “what you think others will think of who you are.” How can you begin to release this fear of external judgment to fully embrace and express your authentic self, especially given the “vital” restructuring mentioned in the 2021 message?

June 16, 2022

You had one goal. The goal that you had was the same as every other person. When you consider that, you will also understand the importance of fulfilling your one dream. When you do so, the restructuring of your life and world will be successful. You have moved into a new phase of the current transition in your life, and the occurrences in your world will move you closer to your goal. That goal is also the same one we have always spoken of; it was our only intention and the purpose we wanted you to achieve through our work. We had said that the greatest influence in this particular shift of your world would occur in the United States. They have created the most significant influence on the creation of your world. They have also held the most contradictions as you have carried within yourself. Yesterday, we encouraged Roger to move closer to the expression of the one goal he recognized for himself, which he gained through our work. He recorded a video we would like more to see when it is released later, for he decided to tell his story and that of our work and why it would matter in your life and world now. Your only goal, and the biggest irony of your life, is your only goal was to become yourself. Roger found himself saying he had no fear during the recording. He said that because he now knows when you reach the place of authenticity within yourself, it is impossible to experience fear. For you have touched your eternal nature, you wanted to be alive now to know more of it and add your essence to the collective consciousness. When you contemplate this message, you will understand why the act of becoming yourself is so essential. You then provide an example for others and no longer need anything from your outside world, which means you love yourself and all others, and you accomplish the goal you held for your life. You will now understand why we were so passionate about more of you accomplishing your goal, for you will energetically change your world’s trajectory. Eventually, you have no more wars within yourself, which is also your world. You will be fine.

  • Reflection Question 1: The central message states that your “only goal” is to “become yourself.” How does the pursuit of authenticity in your own life contribute not only to your personal fulfillment but also to the larger “restructuring of your life and world” as described?
  • Reflection Question 2: Roger’s experience of “no fear” when he reached authenticity is highlighted. Can you identify moments in your own life when you felt most aligned with your authentic self, and did those moments correlate with a significant reduction or absence of fear? How can you cultivate more of that authentic alignment?

June 16, 2023

Say yes to yourself. Every soul is born into the world with worth and value implanted within their genetic code, and there are no exceptions to that rule. You are the one who must discover, own, and accept your unique gifts. Your actions not only cause you to expand and evolve, but so does your world, for all souls contribute to the formation or creation of your world. It all depends on how much you decide to love yourself and your life journey, for all of it has been needed at this time of restructuring in your world. We gave you a message on this date in 2012, for we knew you might have difficulty accepting your new self due to the rapid changes in your world and the emerging opinions of others that could cause you to doubt yourself. It is also the reason for our live conversation this Sunday. We want you to own your importance and love your journey, for that is the only way you and your world ascend.

  • Reflection Question 1: The message asserts that “every soul is born with worth and value” and that you must “discover, own, and accept your unique gifts.” What unique gifts or inherent worth do you recognize within yourself, and what is one step you can take today to more fully own and accept them?
  • Reflection Question 2: “Say yes to yourself” is emphasized as crucial for both personal and collective ascension. In what specific area of your life are you currently hesitant to “say yes” to your own desires, needs, or authentic expression, and what might be the impact of choosing to say yes?

June 16, 2024

Today, you have the power to say yes. We recall our message of 2012, urging you to embrace your individual and planetary ascension. As you delve into this message and apply it to your life, you will ignite a profound transformation in your evolution and contribute to the betterment of our world.

  • Reflection Question 1: Building on the previous messages, what specific “yes” are you being called to say to yourself today that would ignite “profound transformation” in your personal evolution?
  • Reflection Question 2: How does the understanding that your individual “yes” contributes to “planetary ascension” empower you to make choices that align with your highest self and serve the greater good?
