You can change. It just takes time, but you will be more willing to receive what we provided a year ago on this day. You have always been guided.

You were born to change everything. We have said you are moving through a massive restructuring in your world, and you contribute by deciding to recognize and own your worth and value and add light and love to your life and the world.

We have also said we guided the way, but many of you found it challenging to believe, just as you have found it difficult to believe in the significance of changing your life and world.

Ten years ago, we provided a message that will resonate when you examine your life and world. It is time to stop complaining and begin creating and receiving.

Every complaint you have merely calls for a change in your behavior. Your immediate reaction to that statement might be to find instances where you feel justified, so to speak, in having your complaints. Every time you accept that thinking, you give away the power to control your physical life experience and your ability to experience peace.

It does not matter if you think your complaints are caused by a particular situation or person in your life experience; you always have the ability to change it. You can choose to leave the situation, person, or circumstance; ultimately, you can change your thinking, which always changes your experience.

You can use every instance where you complain as an opportunity to regain your life and experience that peace.

You have a divine plan. We know it is you; otherwise, you would not be reading our words, as you have never been in an accidental place. All that does occur is that you decide when you want to hear us because we speak to you with a universal consciousness, just like your higher self, which you sometimes choose to hear.

We have been guiding you through this planetary ascension because the most vital thing you can do for yourself and your planet is to love yourself and gain a higher awareness of your importance and all you have traversed in your life.

We have given you this information on specific dates to reinforce your belief in yourself. We did so ten years ago.

Your life is always waiting for you to show up. It would be helpful for you to imagine a path in front of you waiting for you to follow to your magnificence. It is always there, but sometimes you are unwilling to walk that path.

Nothing is challenging on this path, but you can sometimes obscure it in your thinking. You should seek to merely recognize how you get in your way and block your path. You will do this by not doing what you know will lead you down that path, not making choices or decisions you know will accomplish the same thing, or simply giving your power to others.

You are never waiting for anything or anyone else but yourself.

Your worth always increases. While you may not have noticed that, we will remind you today as we have done for years. It is only a matter of time until you believe that. We would like more of you to do that now, for your world needs what you came to offer.

You must accept your worth. Every soul is born with worth and inherent value, but you must also discover, accept, and own it. We wanted you to recognize your authentic self, for all abundance is there.

We also said you exist in your world at this time to experience a restructuring so your evolution continues and you aid your planet’s ascension. That can only occur when you offer your essence to yourself and the world.

Your world took another step toward expansion yesterday. We said the United States would lead the way in this transition, which is also why we planned our Sunday chat. We want more of you to be empowered and abundant, and we gave you advice ten years ago. Please heed it today.

Your first responsibility is always to yourself. You have struggled with this concept throughout your physical life experience because you have attempted to gain value and worth by believing that your first responsibility was to others. 

You thought if you made a different choice, you would somehow be perceived as selfish or egotistical. That approach is quite arrogant, for you are attempting to take away the responsibility and free will of choice that others have for their own lives and experiences.

When you make choices and decisions based on what is best for you and become willing to take responsibility for your expansion, all others benefit, for you are all one. 

This principle is also why everyone expands when you seek to find win-win solutions in any situation.

Love yourself more now. We say now because you typically only do that in increments, and the other times, you judge yourself for what you have done or not done previously. You exist at a time in your evolution and that of your world when the power of love to transform your life and the world is needed now.

That is why we have provided all our work and Sunday chats. We want more of you to accept your importance and let go of your self-judgment. Many of you were ready to give up before you reached the epiphany. Others have been too fearful, and loving your authentic self will alleviate that emotional pain. Ten years ago, we gave you something that you will understand and utilize today.

We are pointing this out because each of you has a divine plan unfolding now. Your belief in your worthiness is needed, and we want you to stop hiding who you are.

Choosing to live inside your comfort zone will also curtail your expansion. Your comfort zone is everything you have experienced, felt, attempted, thought, and created until this moment.

Those are all the things you know. If you desire to expand and evolve continually, you must become willing to step outside of your comfort zone. The only thing that prevents you from doing so is fear or your built-in need to comply or conform with what you and your world have already established and known.

This process requires you to become willing to trust in the integrity of your physical life experience and let go of your attachment to anything physical. One of your biggest obstacles is the fear of judgment, and judgment of any nature has nothing to do with the real you.

You have often considered your ego but have yet to examine it more deeply and gain a new understanding. When you enter the physical world, you begin to form what can be considered your ego. This formulation has already been started with or through your caregivers. Their purpose is to attempt to protect you or help you learn your way around the physical world. As you mature, you begin taking on that task by allowing an ego created by you to develop and serve as that protection.

The ego then serves to protect you from everything previously unknown to you. This process begins to foster fear of things unknown. Now you know everything you desire and who you want to become, and your innate gifts are all in the unknown. Now you can figure out the rest.

None of you knew. When you come to the physical plane, you have little awareness of your role, but every soul has one, and it was called for now. 

We are providing our message today in this manner because we don’t want you to judge yourself or think you should have been somewhere else by now or are questioning the events in your life. But we did know and provided you guidance every step of the way on your ascension journey.

You would do well to seek to begin to notice and release all the contradictions in your physical life experience. A contradiction would be having an idea or image of who you desire to become, what you want to accomplish and manifest, and then taking contrary actions or speaking contrary words, as well as becoming unwilling to do what is presented to you that you know will cause those desires to become your reality.

You may attempt to pretend that you do not notice the contradictions, but they appear to you in your moments of pure honesty. As you are engaged in this process, there will also be times when you begin to notice that some of your goals and desires have changed, which also causes those contradictions. Those changes are part of your expansion.

Picture it as all going well. This mindset is merely another way of thinking about using your visualization, imagination, and projection power. There are times when your awareness becomes uncomfortable for you. In other words, you come to a place where you know that whatever is showing up in your experience is a result of your creation in some manner. If you were not to accept that premise, then you have no power to do anything in your life.

You had an experience and wanted to blame another, but your awareness told you that would result in giving your power to the other. Now, your awareness tells you that to change your outer experience, you must change your inner experience.

You only lacked self-belief. We have spoken of this often, but you will understand why today. We refer to a message we provided several years ago on this date and our live conversation with you later today. 

“Seek and ye shall find”. Another interpretation of that saying is that whatever you believe is real for you will indeed be found. You create your reality through your thoughts, which are powered, if you will, by your beliefs.

If you believe that the world is scary and dangerous, you will find it so. If you believe you do not deserve what you desire, that will be the case for you.

It is important to begin examining particular results in your life experience and recognize that they show up for you because, on some level, they are following your underlying beliefs about yourself and the world in which you live. To change your results, seek to change your beliefs.

Please choose authenticity. You are born into the world with gifts, talents, and abilities that were God-given and meant to be developed by you. They become apparent as you move through your life, but you also must contend with your judgments of yourself. No person is born better than another, and you use your cognitive processes while in physical form to accept your authentic self, but you also hold fear and doubt.

You exist at a time in your world where your authentic self is needed for that energetic contribution you make to yourself, and therefore, your world will aid its ascension.

You usually doubt your worth and value, which is why we gave you our work. Even our messenger doubted we did so in this manner. Still, we did, and you are uncovering what you thought was lost now or believed you couldn’t achieve. You will succeed when you utilize the message we provided in 2012. You have a divine plan.

Any defense you offer is your resistance to your own expansion. You may argue that there are many reasons to provide a defense, but that only becomes true when you believe in the mortality of the physical body. 

When you remember that you are an eternal spiritual being and that you and all others are one, you never need any defense.

Whatever you are defending is something within yourself that you are unwilling to acknowledge at that moment. This process does not mean that you will not have your own opinions or preferences, but those will never cause you to offer a defense.
