How many times in your life have you heard the phrase “please stop playing small”?
And we question: What does that mean? How am I playing small?
We all do it. Because we don’t know who we can become. Or we’re afraid of who we could become.
That was true for me. I feared who I could become. I’ve done it for 36 years.
Today, I’m stopping. So that you can stop too.
The Message from Five Years Ago
On January 6, 2020, Wilhelm gave us this message:
“Please stop playing small. Yes, you. We are speaking to each of you as it is natural for humans to operate in this manner. You do it because you fear your future.”
That sentence may not make sense at first. But it will.
We play small because the unknown version of ourselves—the fulfilled, shining, powerful version—is terrifying. What if we actually became that person? What would change? Who would we lose? What would be expected of us?
So we stay small. It feels safer.
The Beam of Light
In that same message, Wilhelm described something I experienced:
“Roger saw a person wholly fulfilled and projecting a beam of light in their experience that was undeniable. He had to ask himself why he hadn’t had this.”
I saw someone living fully. Projecting light. Undeniably present. And I had to ask myself: why haven’t I done this?
The answer was simple. I was playing small. I was waiting for permission. I was waiting for others to believe before I would believe in myself.
The 18-Year Curriculum
I never studied astrology. I never studied astronomy. For 36 years, I simply sat down each morning and wrote what came through.
When I finally analyzed Wilhelm’s messages, I discovered they were aligned with celestial events I had no knowledge of. The infographic below shows what technology revealed—not what I designed.
This is the point: consciousness and the cosmos are connected. Wilhelm used the structure that was already there. I just transcribed it.

The January 6th messages across 18 years (2008-2026) form a complete curriculum:
Phase 1 (2008-2011): Foundation of Self — Learning to listen to yourself. Love vs. fear. Creating reality. Mind-body connection. The power of stillness and imagination.
Phase 2 (2012-2018): Mastery of Creation — Learning to direct your reality. Imagination as workshop. Overcoming resistance. Giving and receiving. Honoring your timeline. Trusting your manifestation power.
Phase 3 (2019-2026): Ascension & Global Responsibility — Learning to share yourself with the world. Ask for more. Stop playing small. Navigate global restructuring. Inner peace as mission. Planetary ascension. Shining authentically.
The 2026 message: “More of you will shine today.”
What I Had to Own
This is the most sophisticated consciousness-raising system that’s ever been created in human history.
I had to be able to say that. To own it. To stop playing small about what I was given.
For 36 years, I received daily guidance that turned out to be aligned with astronomical events I never studied. 17 years of 365 days a year of consistent information about moving consciousness to a higher state.
If more people were to use this work, their lives would change. And so would our world.
I was told that in 2021. I doubted it. I hid from it. I played small.
Not anymore.
Your Turn
There’s no reason for you not to have this really great life. I went through all the work of putting it together. I was the messenger.
Now you can have it. There are no excuses anymore.
Whatever you’re afraid of becoming—that’s exactly who you’re meant to be.
Please stop playing small.
