The nature of all things that appear in your physical world is duality, meaning that there is always more than one way to see, interpret, and utilize what appears before you.

You have been given free will of choice, which you may exercise anytime you desire. You may see poverty and decide it’s an opportunity to access abundance, or you may see it as a horrible disaster for you.

If contrast of all things did not occur, you would indeed have no choice at all. You have learned to try and see things in one particular way, and what you desired was a greater vision. Only in allowing and accessing that greater vision do you facilitate your own evolvement and expansion.

There is great joy simply in knowing that you have the choice, and your choices create your reality.

  1. What challenging circumstance in your life right now could you consciously choose to view through a completely different lens—one that serves your expansion?
  2. Where in your life have you been seeing things in “one particular way,” and what greater vision might be available to you if you allowed yourself to see the contrast?

Perfection is all that exists. The only time that you do not experience that to be true is when you are judging what is occurring before you with your limited perception based in the past.

That very past is the only reference that you have to use to judge what is occurring now, and that is indeed always faulty. When you accept this premise to be true, you will more easily accept all that shows up in your life experience and welcome it wholeheartedly, for you then know that whatever is occurring is leading you to new awareness, which is always your intention.

Even your disasters are all quite perfect.

  1. What current situation are you judging as “wrong” or “imperfect” based on past experiences, and how might it actually be perfect for your present growth?
  2. If you truly believed that “even your disasters are all quite perfect,” how would you approach the difficulties in your life differently today?

You thrive on change when you become willing to embrace it, and you impose self-limitation when you choose to fear it. Many times, you continue with certain routines, patterns, and behaviors because of your underlying fear of change. Most times, you are not even aware that it is what is holding you back, for you have simply become comfortable with the familiar and known.

It is not possible for you to achieve your intended goal of expansion unless you become willing to find your comfort in change. You learned at a very early age to become comfortable with the known, but as you have matured on many levels, including physically, intellectually, and spiritually, there is little reason or purpose for you to continue in that pattern.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What routines or patterns are you maintaining simply because they’re familiar, even though they no longer serve the person you’re becoming?
  2. How can you begin to find comfort in the very experience of change itself, rather than only feeling comfortable with what you already know?

You are living in a state of grace when you no longer have to think about that for which you are thankful. Right now, you use your moments of focused attention on thankfulness or gratitude, because you do not recognize that it is your natural birthright to have everything.

You were born with the ability to manifest or create anything you desire. When that ability is not conscious in your awareness, it then becomes necessary for you to use your process of thankfulness to recognize it. This is part of your physical life process and always will be as long as you are in physical form. Each and every step of that process is expansion. When you leave your physical body, you now embody that state of grace.

  1. What would shift in your daily experience if you truly accepted that manifesting what you desire is your natural birthright, rather than something you must earn or prove yourself worthy of?
  2. How is your current practice of gratitude helping you become more conscious of your inherent creative ability, and where might you still be limiting that awareness?

Many times, what you experience or think of as a nightmare during your sleeping hours usually involves some situation or event where you feel you have no control. This should also alert you to the times during your waking hours when you also experience that sense of a nightmare because you think you have no control.

The control that you always possess, and the only one that truly matters in how you experience your entire physical life, is the control over your thoughts. This is brought back to your awareness again and again because each time you grasp more of the concept, and ideally begin to implement it.

Reflection Questions:

  1. In what areas of your waking life do you feel like you’re living in a “nightmare” because you believe you have no control—and what would change if you redirected your focus to the one thing you can control: your thoughts?
  2. How would you respond to today’s challenges differently if you truly understood that your thoughts are the only control that matters in determining your experience?

The creation process should be a bit scary, intimidating, and uncomfortable for you. It is important to note that many subjective words are necessary here so that you fully absorb the meaning.

When you are truly in that creation process, your objective is to create, discover, and ultimately share something new. Knowing that your desire is to create something new, you need to move into unknown territory that is somewhat unfamiliar to you and others. This is indeed purposeful because your intention while on the physical plane was to break ground, if you will, or cause some type of awakening within yourself that is then shared with others. This causes not only your expansion but that of mass consciousness.

Now it becomes imperative that you decide to fully embrace the process with all of its uncomfortableness, fear, and intimidation, and become determined to come out the other side as the evolved being you desired.

  1. What are you currently creating or considering creating that feels scary and uncomfortable—and how might those very feelings be confirmation that you’re on the right path?
  2. Where have you been avoiding the creation process because it feels intimidating, and what would it mean to fully embrace that discomfort as necessary for your evolution?

Make this process fun. The process itself is creating your physical life experience and who you desire to be. There is nothing more important than the mental attitude you choose to hold as you approach this. This is to alert you to a habit you have developed of coming to a place in your life where it feels to you that you are starting all over again and feeling disheartened. In actuality, that is a glorious place to be because whatever you thought you might have been up to creating previously in your life, you were doing with a limited awareness. So now all that you have done and accomplished provides you with greater awareness and wisdom to create the “new” life you truly desire.

Celebrate this and make it fun.

  1. What mental attitude are you holding toward your current life circumstances, and how might choosing to make the process fun transform your entire experience?
  2. If you’re in a place that feels like “starting over,” how can you recognize this as a glorious opportunity created by your greater awareness rather than a setback?

While you may always use what can be thought of as temporary remedies to certain conditions that show up in your life, what you are truly seeking are permanent cures.

You will experience, for instance, certain physical ailments and then find things you can do or take, such as those remedies to alleviate the condition, but when you have not found the original cause of that condition, you most likely will repeat it in some form or another.

The point is to make the connection that whatever is occurring in your physical body has a correlation to some condition in your mental, emotional, or spiritual body. This is precisely where you will find your permanent cure, and you merely need to remain open to receive it.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What recurring pattern or condition in your life—physical, emotional, or circumstantial—keeps returning despite your temporary fixes, and what might be the deeper mental, emotional, or spiritual cause you haven’t yet addressed?
  2. How open are you to receiving guidance about the true origin of your challenges, and what resistance might you be holding to discovering the permanent cure?

You could do nothing better this day than to decide to consciously acknowledge your progress. You all have collectively decided to set aside this day to express gratitude and thanks, and the thing that is most important in your life to express that gratitude and thanks for is your own progress. Progress, as it is being used here, means that you are actively moving toward the person you always desired to be.

You are grateful that you are consciously aware you are in the process; that you are enjoying it in this moment of now, and you have no concern for the final destination. The reason this is important is that whenever you decide to express thanks or gratitude for anything, you are adding energy to that and thereby manifesting more of the same, precisely as you desired.

  1. When was the last time you consciously acknowledged your own progress toward becoming the person you desire to be, rather than focusing on how far you still have to go?
  2. What specific evidence can you identify today that you are actively moving toward your desired self, and how can expressing gratitude for that progress amplify your manifestation of more growth?

You almost missed this vital information you received from events recently in your life, and that is typically the case for you and all others. This process is purposeful because when you come back to examine it, as you are doing now, it becomes almost new information that you might efficiently use in creating the rest of your life.

You had a desire that you wanted to manifest. You never even verbally expressed that wish, and you were completely fine with any results, as you knew they would be for your highest good. Then you noticed that the result you wanted to be manifested showed up, and it was not only for your highest good but that of all others, and you hadn’t worried about it occurring. Keep doing this.

  1. What vital information from recent events in your life might you have almost missed, and what does it reveal about how manifestation works when you release attachment to outcomes?
  2. How can you apply the principle of holding a desire while being “completely fine with any results” to something you’re currently trying to create or manifest?

You wanted it to be uncomfortable. Settle in for a bit as this message may take a while. It may not, but we wanted you to anticipate the importance of this message.

First of all, we said you wanted it to be uncomfortable, and not that you needed it to be, because there is nothing that you need. Now you wanted it to be uncomfortable so that you might wake up, so to speak, and accomplish the goals you set in your life of being the person you wanted to be and achieving all you wanted.

You wanted to experience autonomy in your life, and you cannot experience that state of being while you are using blame in your life to explain your current circumstances. Because you wanted to become more, you wanted to become aware of your dis-empowering thoughts, behaviors, and actions. When you do become aware, you tend to want to blame someone or something else, and now you have usurped your goal of empowerment.

When you remember your ultimate life goal is to live as an empowered being, you will even become grateful for the people, situations, and circumstances that cause you to feel uncomfortable, so you can drop all that old stuff. As you understand this message fully, your life will change.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What uncomfortable situation in your life right now might you have actually wanted in order to wake up to dis-empowering patterns—and where are you still using blame instead of claiming your autonomy?
  2. How would your perspective shift if you became genuinely grateful for the people and circumstances that make you uncomfortable, recognizing them as opportunities to release old limitations and step into empowerment?

You have chosen limitation. That sentence is true for every human, but it is also necessary and purposeful. First of all, if you believe that you were born as an unlimited being and you are experiencing any manner of limitation in your life, it means that you have chosen it. Now, you don’t always know why you have done this, but a little examination on your part will always reveal it to you.

Roger didn’t want to talk about this, as when he and you become aware of this, you may tend to judge yourselves, and that is not helpful. You chose limitation because it was all that you could see, or it was what was in front of you. We gave Roger a wonderful visual in a video. Try to imagine a hamster in a cage. His enjoyment is found in continuously running around in a wheel. They have no idea what exists outside of that wheel, so they accept that limitation. You all have done that. When Roger attempted to ignore this writing, we “arbitrarily” placed a video in front of him that spoke of limitation, and he knew he couldn’t let it go, and he exclaimed an expletive. You all do that, too, when you try not to hear the guidance you are given.

Yesterday, Roger made the connection between what he has recently studied on brain activity and, more specifically, neuroplasticity. He thought it was the most interesting to understand how humans program themselves to certain behaviors and ways of being. Roger then realized we had been giving him that information for decades, but we called it focused attention. You can search the messages and see how many times we have done so. Then Roger saw elements of his personal life coming into alignment and realized that it was an occurrence that he and others did not believe was possible because they all chose limitation.

Then, Roger had scheduled a live video feed but was unable to make it at the designated time. But when he did get there, several people were waiting with anticipation, and he thought they couldn’t be waiting just for him because he had chosen limitation. There were several other incidents throughout the day. Still, he received one comment that he interpreted as negative, and despite all the “good” things that had happened, he focused his attention on that single comment. Now he knew how he had been creating his limitation, and now you will find yours. (Roger asked us to make our messages shorter, and we will do our best, smile)

Reflection Questions:

  1. What is the “hamster wheel” you’ve been running in—the limitation you’ve accepted simply because it was all you could see or because it was in front of you—and what exists beyond that wheel?
  2. Like Roger focusing on one negative comment despite many positive events, where are you directing your focused attention in ways that reinforce your chosen limitations, and what would happen if you redirected that attention?

You were meant to awaken more now. We are using precise words to describe the current moment of restructuring you are experiencing in your life and witnessing in your world. Let us assure you it is all for your highest good, no matter how it may appear or feel to you now.

Roger is being tasked with interpreting a lot of information we are sending cohesively, but we believe he will do it well. As we have said, you have lived many lives, and each time you evolve more. For that to occur, you require guidance, which is always available to you, but many of you do not believe it exists, or if you entertain that notion, you fear others may think you’re a bit strange. We want to keep this as light as possible, for we are also mindful of the level of fear some of you might be holding now. It is for a good cause, however.

We mentioned Roger’s call with his family, which was uncomfortable for him, and he could not make heads or tails of it, and spent most of yesterday in a bit of a funk because he wanted to know what was occurring. Many of you may be feeling that now, and again, it is for a good reason. Then last night, Roger noticed a short documentary of Rev. James Lawson, a pioneering civil rights leader. While Roger had heard of him, he did not know the details but felt an overpowering “urge” to learn more. In the early morning, Roger watched, and then he knew why we led him there. You each have things revealed to you that are meant to remind you of the mission you set for yourself in this life, and you did do so.

The documentary then tied together all the other events. Roger even saw an email come last night from a family member, but we told him not to read it before giving him this message. You picked your family to help you come to know who you are. You see, Roger, like you, has always known who he wanted to be, but that didn’t seem attainable. He got closer and closer in this lifetime and many others, which is what you are doing.

We will continue more tomorrow, but we will leave you with a message from a year ago, which informs this one, and hopefully will tell each of you that this period of your life is another step in the right direction, and you are evolving.

May 17, 2019 We may have broken you, finally. Please transcribe this message without censorship, and it will help not only you but others. You often have and have continually been aware of our communication, while at the same time doubting whether it is real. You then pretend that the conversations never occurred; you can forget them, and you can disregard some voice you hear in the distance that is directing you to do something or to be someone. But you never believe that any of this could possibly be true.

Then you create situations in your life that fall far outside of what is deemed “normal” by others, and you know on a deep level why you have done this, but you deny what you intuitively feel because of what you think others might think.

This morning, you took arbitrary actions that brought you outside of your routine, and you heard recordings discussing the coming Scorpio full moon and how powerful it is. All the descriptions you heard described how you felt. How could that be an accident? How could you be an accident? How could you now ignore what you are to do in your life? Now you know how we broke you, now help break others.

Reflection Questions:

  1. What guidance have you been receiving—through uncomfortable situations, synchronicities, or “overpowering urges”—that is trying to remind you of the mission you set for yourself in this life?
  2. In what ways have you been denying or doubting the communications you receive because of what others might think, and what would it mean to finally stop pretending those conversations never occurred?

Now you can change. We are giving you information today that will further inform our live conversation with you on Saturday. Your current restructuring is presenting you with the opportunities you desired when you were born, and all of those opportunities will require action on your part, and that will always be a change you make. The change each of you will make is how you think of yourself and your value and worth. You have underestimated what that could be, and you did that in your thinking.

We have said our intention now, with our conversations, is to help you move through more of your fear and doubt, which is why you wanted to change. You each have doubted your role in this lifetime, or you would not be here. The doubt enables you to expand and evolve, for it is far too uncomfortable to remain in doubt.

We are using a page we gave you in our 2012 work, as we knew the opportunities present and available today. We know that it will require a stretch in your imagination to accept this premise, but that is also why you wanted to be here: to believe in something beyond what you know now or have experienced.

The information we wanted you to receive in the following message is that your power is always in your thoughts and, therefore, within your control when you decide to change. You will come to understand that sentence, and once you do, you all will be fine.

  1. How have you underestimated your own value and worth in your thinking, and what opportunities currently before you require you to change that self-perception?
  2. The doubt you feel about your role in this lifetime is actually meant to propel your evolution—so what would happen if you decided to change your thoughts about yourself today rather than remaining in that uncomfortable doubt?

There was no nightmare. You will understand that statement as you read what we gave you in 2012 and what we said yesterday during our live conversation.

You are moving through a massive period of ascension, which we lovingly refer to as restructuring, for that is what you are achieving. You are doing so first within you so that it is reflected and manifested in your world.
