Make this day an exercise in using your power of choice to focus your attention on what you wish to create. Your mind will find plenty of opportunities to take you elsewhere. However, you have the ability in your moment of now to make a different choice and see what you desire to see.
As with any exercise, the more you use it, the more you develop your strength, power, and endurance and find joy in that endeavor. This process is what you have always used, but many times, you have been unaware of its powerful aspects. Now, you have the conscious awareness to use this innate ability to deliberately create the life you desire, for, after all, it is your life.
