The Decades in the Shadows
For most of my life, I operated under the childhood conditioning that something was fundamentally wrong with me. In school, I was criticized for drifting off into my imagination rather than watching the board. At age 12, I fell through the ice and nearly drowned—an experience that marked a profound awakening but also seeded deep-rooted fear.
Then came the physical trials: decades of suicidal cluster headaches, severe health crises, and losing part of my left foot, forcing me to learn how to walk all over again.
Yet in 1989, amid that suffering, automatic writing began. Day after day, I was instructed to preserve every transmission. I didn’t study astrology or celestial physics, yet the transcripts systematically mapped our species’ emotional, mental, and energetic evolution alongside cosmic cycles.
I kept it hidden. I told myself, “I am a vocal coach; this isn’t me.” When publishers approached me, I declined. When the messages demanded I bring them forward in 2005 and again in 2021, I doubted.
The Turning Point: Consciousness Is Dynamic
In two weeks, I turn 76. Today, my health is completely restored: the cluster headaches are gone, the chronic illnesses have vanished, and my physical vitality is clear. That transformation didn’t happen by accident; energy carries intelligence, and alignment heals.
