Just in time. You will understand what that statement means during our live conversation on your full moon, but you will be better prepared as you view the messages that led you here.
Reflection Questions:
- What does “just in time” mean in the context of your current life situation?
- How might past messages prepare you for future understanding?
- What significance might the full moon hold for your personal journey?

There are no accidents in your life experience. Your reaction to whatever shows up in your life will acknowledge to the Universe whether or not you trust the integrity of your life experience. When you trust that very integrity, you allow all those desires to become manifest rather than the resistance you set up when you think “something has gone wrong”. All is always offering you experience to expand your awareness and when you accept that premise into your life, your journey is much more joyful and bountiful. Look to see what each experience has to offer you. There is always something there when you let go of your resistance. There is no stress in that.
Reflection Questions:
- What situations am I currently resisting in my life?
- How might my perspective change if I viewed these situations as intentional rather than accidental?
- In what ways has resistance created stress in my life experience?
- Can I identify an experience I initially resisted that later revealed its purpose?

Placing blame upon anything in your life experience, especially yourself, is one of the most detrimental things you can do. Detrimental means it halts or hinders your ability to go where you desire to go, and become who you desire to be.
In the moment you place blame on yourself, you will instantly produce guilt, which is a judgment that says you’ve done something wrong. Because you create your own reality, you then become the person who does wrong things. In that moment you fail to understand that anything you have done is merely a step, or progression, to where you desired to go.
The moment you place blame upon another, or a particular situation or circumstance, you simultaneously give away your power, and acknowledge that some outside source is responsible for your well being or happiness.
You create it all, and all of it, is always for your benefit and highest good.
Reflection Questions:
- Where in my life am I currently placing blame on myself or others?
- How has self-blame limited my growth or progression?
- In what situations have I given my power away by blaming external circumstances?
- What might change if I viewed my perceived “mistakes” as necessary steps in my journey?

Nothing that occurs in your physical world is as serious as you have made it. There are some subjective terms used here to help you grasp the meaning of the concept. You do indeed find certain events, situations, and conditions that you observe and witness as serious, and that is precisely to grab your attention, so to speak. This will indicate to you that there is a particular “issue” there that you have desired to know the truth about. The ultimate truth is that all things physical are transitory, and merely exist to aid you in your quest of great awareness and expansion.
To know this more vividly, you simply need examine past occurrences in your life experience that at the time seemed quite serious to you, however, now that you have gained the value, purpose and meaning from them, they barely exist in your present moment awareness. That is indeed advancement.
Reflection Questions:
- What situation am I currently treating as extremely serious in my life?
- Can I recall past events that seemed devastating but now appear insignificant?
- What truth might my current challenges be inviting me to discover?
- How might my perspective shift if I viewed all physical circumstances as transitory?

It is always your show and you create it as you go along. It is important for you to remember that nothing is cast in stone, and you always possess the ability to choose how you respond to whatever shows up in your life experience.
Simply because things do appear that seem to you that you had nothing to do with creating them, you always have the ability to choose your reaction. Your reaction is always based on your new level of awareness at any particular point in time. As you consider your future, you may now know you are creating it this moment with your thoughts, deeds, and actions. It would then be wise to create the sort of show your desire to experience.
Reflection Questions:
- In what ways am I currently accepting circumstances as “set in stone”?
- How might I exercise my power of choice in a challenging situation I’m facing?
- What thoughts, deeds, and actions am I engaging in now that might be creating my future?
- What “show” would I truly desire to experience in my life?
April 11, 2012
When you use your past to influence your now you limit your future. While it is valuable to use the gained knowledge and wisdom from your past experiences to guide your physical life journey, it can also become precarious for you when you use it to set limits. In other words, your past can give you a frame of reference, so to speak, of what is possible, but anything that you have already experienced is by its nature limited.
You always desire to experience and create more. Your next thing to create is right in front of you when you allow it to be revealed or come to you. Allow it into your awareness.
Reflection Questions:
- How am I using my past experiences to limit what I believe is possible now?
- What assumptions from my past might I need to release?
- What new possibility is trying to emerge in my awareness that I might be overlooking?
- In what areas of my life am I ready to expand beyond previous limitations?

You can only ever follow your path. Every soul comes to the physical plane with an intention of what they desire to be, do, and accomplish. Your intention was to continually expand. Expansion occurs in the spiritual realm and not the physical realm.
While you may use all things physical to cause that expansion, you always know its effectiveness by the way you feel. This can at times be confusing because you and others in your world have a tendency to measure “how well you are doing” by what physical things you acquire.
You have seen and experienced repeatedly that merely having physical stuff does not necessarily fulfill you or cause you to “feel” that expansion. Now you would do well to seek to do, attempt, and accomplish those things that provide you with a sense of contribution, fulfillment, and happiness. When you feel those you know you are expanding spiritually.
Reflection Questions:
- What activities or pursuits give me a genuine sense of fulfillment and happiness?
- How often do I measure my success by physical acquisitions rather than by how I feel?
- In what ways might I be straying from my authentic path by following external expectations?
- What contribution am I uniquely positioned to make that would bring me joy?

Your story, or your history if you will, is the most important and valuable story that you know. When you become willing to tell or share your story, it becomes even more because it also indicates that you now understand the uniqueness, purpose, and value your story has to offer.
In your effort to expand, you will notice all those moments in your past where you were unwilling or too uncomfortable to share you story, and that was an indication that you carried some level of guilt or shame about who you are. When you examine that behavior more closely, you will easily see how that was injurious to your own sense of worth and value. Everything you have experienced was and is valuable and purposeful.
Reflection Questions:
- What parts of my story am I still reluctant to share or acknowledge?
- How might sharing my authentic journey benefit others?
- Where do I still carry guilt or shame about aspects of my story?
- What value might exist in the parts of my story I’ve been most hesitant to embrace?

It is that simple. You come to a place in your life where you recognize that becoming the person you desire to be is that simple, and all the excuses you had previously held or reasons for not pursing your ideal no longer hold water, if you will.
You were struck the other day by observing someone saying to another, “just do that”. The other said “it is not that simple”. Then the only question left was why not? When you can no longer answer that question with certainty, then it is just that simple. All of the obstacles, difficulties, and challenges are now merely seen as opportunities for you to become that person you desire. Clarity is also progressive and goes hand in hand with your expansion.
Reflection Questions:
- What goal or change have I been complicating with unnecessary excuses?
- If someone asked me “why not?” about my biggest dream, how would I answer?
- What “obstacles” in my path might actually be opportunities for growth?
- What simple step could I take today toward becoming the person I desire to be?

The biggest obstacle in your life has been the fear of rejection. While you may initially think there are so many other things that have caused you difficulty, upon closer examination you come to see that they all contain that fear of rejection.
Now you have not been fully able to move through this because you have been starting in the wrong place, so to speak. You have thought that the rejection you feared was from others so you would do whatever you thought would cause them to accept or approve of you in some manner. In truth, the rejection that you feared the most and that fueled every other fear was the fear of your own rejection.
Your world is merely a reflection of your internally held beliefs and thoughts. You move through your biggest obstacle when you decide to fully and completely accept yourself.
Reflection Questions:
- In what ways have I been seeking external approval rather than self-acceptance?
- How has fear of rejection influenced my major life decisions?
- What parts of myself have I been unwilling to accept or acknowledge?
- What might change in my external world if I fully accepted all aspects of myself?
April 11, 2017
You asked for the doubt. While that might be a completely new way for you to examine the experiences of doubt that you have, it is one that is also purposeful.
The emotional experience of doubt for you is uncomfortable so you will do whatever you can to eliminate that feeling. Then whatever you do must cause you to expand in some way. You will answer a question that causes the doubt, then you have gained knowledge.
You will lack belief in yourself and then begin to doubt who you are, and as you seek to eliminate that feeling, you will come to own yourself more.
You are uncomfortable with the experience of doubt because it takes you to the unknown which you have come to fear. Your intention in life is to overcome fear, so now you know why embracing doubt can help you accomplish this.
Reflection Questions:
- What doubts am I currently experiencing, and what might they be inviting me to learn?
- How have past experiences of doubt ultimately led to greater knowledge or self-awareness?
- In what ways might I be avoiding the discomfort of the unknown?
- How could embracing my doubts rather than fighting them lead to personal expansion?

Attempt to extract the wisdom from this message beyond the words used. You and all others are born with intention and purpose. Because of this, you allow yourself to have specific experiences that would enable you to fulfill your original goal of becoming your best self. It is only your “job” to know and understand your journey. You had a vision of who would wanted to be, and then began to doubt you could do so. You still held the vision, and so you allowed conditions to show up that would keep you on that journey. Now you understand the hardships. You even made it difficult to halt your journey for you knew you couldn’t go back. Now just keep going.
Reflection Questions:
- What vision do I hold for my highest self that I might be doubting?
- How might current hardships be serving my larger journey and purpose?
- In what ways have I made it “difficult to halt my journey”?
- What would it mean for me to “just keep going” in my current situation?
April 11, 2019
Yes, it took a while for you to receive this message because you were too busy judging yourself to be open enough to accept it. We are pointing this out for all because most engage in this behavior and it is always counterproductive.
Every experience you have is for your benefit, and when you stop attempting to label or judge it, you will receive that value. Your current experience is uncomfortable because it is revealing to you a new behavior which is something foreign to you, but also desired.
Here is the gem we wanted you all to have. At times uncomfortable emotions are only that because they are new because you are deciding to take care of yourself. As you study this, its truth will emerge. Be patient.
Reflection Questions:
- Where in my life am I judging myself harshly and how might that be blocking me?
- What uncomfortable experience am I currently labeling as “bad” that might actually benefit me?
- What new behaviors or emotions feel foreign but might represent growth?
- How might my discomfort actually be a sign that I’m beginning to better care for myself?

Please utilize this message today. We have said you and your world are moving through a restructuring, which is to let go of your past and the past of your world. That can only occur through you. We gave you a message on this date in 2012 as we want you to understand the changes in your life and world and how to best use them for your progress, success, and happiness.
Reflection Questions:
- What aspects of my past am I still holding onto that might be limiting my future?
- How might I participate in both personal and collective restructuring?
- What changes in my life could I embrace rather than resist?
- How might the message from 2012 about not letting the past limit my future apply to my current situation?
April 11, 2024

- What is the next clear step in front of me that I might be hesitating to take?
- How am I uniquely positioned to contribute during this time of collective restructuring?
- What significant strides have I already made that I might not be fully acknowledging?
- In what ways can I more fully embody and embrace who I am becoming?
