Your most difficult emotional experiences also hold for you the greatest opportunity for exponential expansion. Yesterday you had an experience of anger that felt so deep to you that you wondered what could have caused it to be so palpable.

Firstly, you have enough awareness at this point to know that anger is always self-projected; meaning it is caused by something within you that you are either attempting not to notice, or you are using it as a distraction from something else you are either doing or not doing in your life. You have the anger when you fear you lack the ability to change something
