You passed the test. Roger attempted to resist this communication from us because he “thinks” he doesn’t believe in the concept that tests are given to you as you move through life. But, it would be highly unlikely that he, like you, would not hold some level of belief in that ideology because it is prevalent in your society. You are never being tested, but only giving yourself opportunities to discover who you are.
This story will explain. Roger commitment to himself that he would begin on a project he felt was the next step for him to take in his life, but he also recognized his resistance. He found his day full of stressful experiences that left him emotionally and physically depleted. But he decided he would stick to his commitment and begin the project. After that, he experienced another uncomfortable situation with a friend, but this time, it felt different. Just before the encounter, he watched what he had created, and was pleasantly surprised at the result. The unpleasant encounter no longer mattered.
Here’s the moral of the story. When you are doing something in your life that feels purposeful and meaningful for you, not even your existing conditions will hold you back. Give yourself an A.
