You are in the best place of your life right now. In actuality, that is always the case, but usually, you do not notice it, especially when you are experiencing something difficult or challenging. However, you can now even think back to those situations and in hindsight, know that was the case then as well.
The more instructive part of this was you sensing that when you recognized you were in this best place, it did not feel emotionally comfortable. That realization will alert you to the fact that you have been training your thinking to expect less than the best, or usually what you think might be “bad.”
Decide today to relish this “best” place, and change the old thinking and create more of what you want.
