The why not process is one that when you decide to employ it, you will be led to uncovering your limiting beliefs, desires, and destinations you had in your life that are no longer valid, or any fears that may have been holding those things in place.
The process itself is straightforward while it might be emotionally uncomfortable. Look at the thing you want to do or who you would like to become and ask, why not? You will find, if you are honest, what you are unwilling to do to cause that occurrence, or how you have been fearful of doing so. When you have your answers, you always know what to do.
