Stop torturing yourself and start trusting yourself. That is a powerful admonition and while the two ideas contained within it may not seem connected at first, in fact they are.
When you think of the saying making a mountain out of a molehill, the intended meaning will make more sense. In one instance you will make a decision and then worry if it was the right one when in fact the answer to that question is inconsequential to your expansion, and actually stops it. When you let go of the questioning and begin to trust yourself, you gain new information that was designed to come to you from whatever decision you made.
Every action that you take has good and bad, so to speak, that might be gained. You can decide to look for the good. Those are subjective words, but you know what they mean to you. Become lighter.
