You always hold the ability to interpret your life experiences in any manner you choose so it would seem to make sense for you to do so in a way that causes you to feel good. Now what you and others do most times, however, is find the interpretations that cause you to feel bad about yourself or assume you have done something wrong.
For instance, when you are attempting to do something and encounter difficulties and challenges, you question why you would have done this or allowed it to occur. Here is a helpful interpretation. You wanted to know for sure that what you are going for is what you want, and if you keep going, you know for sure.
